Brandon O. was my maintenance tech. He was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Covered his shoes before entering my house at all times. He checked everything. He even discovered that my humidistat was not hooked up correctly and that is why it wasn't working. Funny part, I never told him it was not working. He also put back into the closet the brooms, mops and any other cleaning stuff I took out for him to check the unit. It's the same stuff in addition to the big stuff that gives him 5 stars in my book.

The Technician that performed the service on our a/c Oct 10/17 was one of the best I have ever had in our home.

I am over the moon with happiness! Conditioned Air returned within 24 hours to ensure my tune up was done perfectly. What fantastic customer service! The technician, Evan, even put all the 5 gallon paint cans back in the HVAC closet and moved the credenza back into its original position when he was done! Can't say enough good things about Conditioned Air and especially our technician Somert, who helped us late on a Friday. He called to discuss the problem and arrived exactly when he said he would. Then, he proceeded to diagnose the problem, and took extra care to not only solve the immediate problem, but service all the components to ensure great working order. His friendliness, professionalism and expertise were all excellent. Definitely will continue to be a customer, and know that we are in good hands.
