Apparently this company goes by several different names and locations.
I responded to their on line ad in which a small clause that read " if you return the product in 14 days, you will not be charged".I received the product, but was called out of town on a emergency and the shipment arrived while I was gone. I called their customer service and was told to ship it back and a credit would be issued. Did not receive the credit so I started the process to get my money back. After three attempts and a lot of time and paperwork to resolve the dispute, the company will not give a refund. Keep in mind that I no longer have the product, they do. Their business dealings are a fraud, and in violation of Federal law. I received a threatening letter from a lawyer which encourages me even more to proceed further with my attempt to get my money back.
They also go by the name of Refresh Cosmetic Products and show a address in Lewes, DE. Talking to their customer service dept is a joke. They obviously have been programmed to tell the customer that no refunds can be given, the file has been closed. I am also filing a complaint against their Delaware location.

Same thing just happened to me. I paid the $7.95 after completing a survey. It came from CVS so although I thought it was too good to be true I went ahead anyway. Checking my credit card statement I see a $150 charge. Called the 800 number and the operator said she would cancel my subscription for further product!! Something I didn't know they had. Then she said if I return the original product they'll refund me the $150. I'm doing that as well as disputing the charge with my credit card company. Scam, Scam, Scam.

company advertised free product, just pay shipping of 7.95. The product that arrived was similar to product bought online from Amazon for $10.00. I left for vacation within a few days and when I returned, there were charges on my cc totaling $239.90. I called and the rep said I had agreed to their terms and would not refund any money even though I had not received any addition products (none I wanted or ordered).

Confident Bright Smile was a free gift offer from Amazon survey for product and delivery from Amazon.
It stated a free gift would be sent and all I had to do was pay for the shipping. I completed the form for shipping and give my personal information to have the free gift sent. I receive a package and thought that was the end. Next thing my Credit card is being billed $89.95. I immediately contacted CBS and ask what they were doing billing my credit card. They stated I signed up for a membership for there product and that was the cost. I explained I never signed up for a membership and wanted them to refund my money to my credit card. After going back and front with them they agreed to remove the membership. I mailed what product sent to back them. I had to turn them in to the credit card company for fraud. They billed 1/15/20,2/15/20 and sent another bill for $89.95..

Read the complaints. Everything is true. This company operates on deceptive practices!

A trial product from “Bleach-White" for the cost of S&H $7.95 was ordered 1/29/20.The pymt info never indicated that additional charges would be pending after 14 days nor did I get an email relative to the terms and conditions after the payment. After recently downloading their terms and conditions, I found a very confusing factor in their terms indicating that the trial period for their product was initially 14 days followed by 30 day trial period?Magnificent confusing detail for consumers explaining their trial period.During the delivery of the product, I was out of state and did not have the opportunity to test this product. The delivery of the product was well after 2/3/20 as I was home until then. Question? Why would the 14 day period of time start from the payment date of 1/29/20 (S&H) and not start upon the delivery of the product? Holding me to their fourteen day period was unacceptable since the item was not in my possession for the entirety of the 14 day period. I then received a call from my credit card company asking if I was familiar with a $149.95 charge under a different company name. I told them to deny the charge and to flag my account accordingly. However, later that day,ANOTHER attempt was made by ANOTHER company for $149.95 and it went through! Calls to Confident's FOREIGN reps have not produced the return of this charge. They did not wish to discuss it knowing it was being disputed by my credit card co..I was also told that no supervisor was available to speak with.I also requested that a DATED email copy of the "their terms and conditions" be forwarded to me which she said I received. To date,no receipt of such email copy. Where exactly were the terms displayed prior to payment? Only after clicking pymt? Discretely buried where? A disgrace to advertise that they were based out of Idaho with a post office box address. This scam is supported by several of their back door companies and should be closed down before others fall prey to this sham company.

I was RIPPED OFF by this company that goes by different names related to teeth whitening. I ordered a "Free Trial" of teeth whitening product from "Total Radiance", later I saw that they also go by the name "Confident Bright Smile". I paid $7.95 for the shipping of 2 little tubes of whitening gel and a mouth tray as well as $12.95 for shipment of a whitening pen. I ordered these on 1/9/20, and received them 5 days later. Then 10 days later I was informed by my bank that there was a suspicious charge of $149.95 to my bank account! I did some investigating and discovered that it was the company I got the teeth whitening stuff from! I called them and was told that I get 14 days to try the product and I have to let them know by then if I want to continue otherwise they will assume that I want to continue receiving the whitening gel every month. I had only had the product for 10 days and I told them I hadn't even had a chance to try it since I had been out of town. I told them I want to cancel, she tried to talk me into a smaller charge of $59.95 per month, I still said no, I wanted the $149.95 refunded to my account since I have not received any more product and I'm not interested in any more. She agreed to cancel the membership and it was my understanding that she would be refunding the charge to my bank account, but I discovered later that she did not refund my money. So I called them again today and spoke to a guy who said that the $149.95 is for the product that I had already received. Seriously?! Two little tubes and a whitening pen that was supposed to be free? He had no answers for my questions except to say repeatedly "you signed the contract". I told him that I never saw ANYTHING that mentioned having to pay that amount of money after 2 weeks even if I hadn't even tried the product yet. THIS IS A SCAM TO TRY AND RIP PEOPLE OFF. They trick you by leading you on with what you think is a little bit of free product to try and see if you like it, then they hit you with a huge charge and won't give it back to you. I have read so many complaints by numerous people about this same company under similar names with the same scenarios. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR TRICK. Is it possible for the Revdex.com to investigate them and shut them down or require that they conduct their business legally? I don't know how that all works, just hoping for something to be done about that company. I'm sure there are many more people getting ripped off by them everyday, it's so upsetting to know that they get away with it. It's especially hard on people like me who are retired and have little income. Thank you for listening.

I received a notice that for paying shipping and handling, I could choose from a number of products and get it free. I chose Confident Bright Smile, I was billed for the shipping and handling and then a week or so later, for the entire amount. I had not opened the package and promptly sent it back for a refund. They received it on 2-12-20 and I have made several calls as to my refund. Today I received an email from them saying it had been processed but my account has NOT been credited. I am tired of getting the runaround from this company and I want my refund. It is $149.95, which is substantial. I should not have been billed for it in the first place.

Any help you can give me will be appreciated.Thank you for your time .

Customer Response • Feb 26, 2020

I received my payment for 149.95 today, 2-26-20. Thank you very much.

On 2/6/2020 I completed a survey on CVS.com. As a thank-you I received a teeth-whitening kit which would only cost $7.95 for shipping. No other terms or conditions were given to me. My credit card company called me today (2/21/2020) to say they declined a payment of $149.95 for fraudulent reasons and cancelled that particular credit credit. It was an online transaction and I asked for additional information on the seller, Confident Bright Smile. I then called the company and spoke to Irene in Customer Service. She said I had the kit longer than 14 days so I owed her $149.95. I said that I never received any terms or conditions that showed that this would be an ongoing monthly transaction. She said the product was delivered but she could lower the price to $89.95, then to $59.95, then to $29.95. I told her I did not want the product and have never used it and was not going to pay any price for it as I did not make that agreement with their company. I also said that I do not sign up for this type of deal. I asked her to send me a copy of the terms and conditions that she says were disclosed to me. She would not do that. She told me to send the product back and she will cancel the account. I told her she is using deceptive business practices. They cannot give me a refund. At this point, I am out the original $7.95 and cost of shipping. I have the e-mail that confirms my order and there are absolutely no terms or conditions listed. Only a shipping/handling charge of $7.95.

To the best of my recollection, I responded to an ad that showed up on an online site. Since the total for the product was only $7.95 for shipping, I paid for it using a credit card not realizing they were going to charge me for an additional $149 without my knowledge. As soon as I realized there was an addition $149 charge on my card, I called my bank (***) and disputed the charge. I also called the company directly and requested an immediate cancellation which they did via an email. It is important to inform you that the charge they tried to put through was under a different company name.
Well, to my amazement I just found another charge for the amount of $89 under another company name (Bleach-White) this morning. I immediately called the bank and disputed the charge. Unfortunately, they advised me the only way to put an immediate stop these scam company is to cancel my credit card. Although it would cost me a considerable amount of time to notify and switch all the auto-pay with various businesses, I have agreed to it. I also called back the 'Confident Bright
Smile Company' and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Al, who assured me the transaction will be cancelled. Furthermore, he sent an email advising me of the cancellation. Well, I know my issue with this scam company will be stopped. However, I decided to bring it to your attention to protect millions of others who may not be able to help themselves. I was just thinking of the innocent elderly and the ones who have no access to instant banking or computers. Your help on this unfortunate issue would be very much appreciated! Thank you.

I ordered two separate items from them, a teeth whitening kit and a tooth whitening pen as part of a free trial offer. I paid two separate shipping charges but only got one package, which contained both invoices for both items but only the teeth whitened kit, no tooth whitening pen. I immediately called them to complain that I didn’t get all the items that I ordered and told them don’t bother sending me another pen just refund my $12.95 you charged me to send me one little pen and they gave me every excuse in the book as to why they can’t give me a refund, such as “we never changed you it was USPS we never had your money so take it up with USPS.”

at first I paied $7.95 for initial product but I didn't receive. I called the customer service of this company and the local post. nobody gave me response until now. and now this company charged me 29.95 dollars!!!!! for that initial product again! how can they charge me for this again and again? and at first they said the product is free and I just need to pay for the shipment. but now they say it is not free. it is SCAM

I done a survey for capital one and after completed, it gave me 5 choices of a free item. I picked confident bright smile. When I clicked that one it brought me to putting my address and phone number in for shipping. I hit next to pay and put my card info in as it said I would have to pay 7.95 for shipping. I look in my account and says 149.95 was taken from my accout! So I call my bank and they said it was bright smile. So I call them telling them I want my 149.95 bback because I was never told nothing about no 149.95 coming out 2 weeks after I had the product shipped.. I offered to send it back and the guy told me no refunds and was very rude. I asked to speak to someone else he told me no that he was the only one I could speak to.. I have been scammed!

This company has my credit card information because on December 2, 2019, I responded to a pop-up ad to try a sample of their teeth whitening product for just the price of postage, $7.95. That amount appeared on my next *** card statement, and I paid it. Later I received another product sample from them that I did not request and did not want. I immediately returned it, and they sent me an email message that said they would "cancel my account." I never had an account! Then I received my next *** statement, and they had put charges on there of $239.90! I have notified my credit card company that this amount is in dispute, and I want this company to remove it from my credit card account balance.

I saw a pop up ad on my phone for this product and I accepted a trial offer to try their product paying only $ 7.95 shipping and handling. I did not realize they would charge me $149.95, and then a "monthly subscription" for $90 per month. They auto ship and charge you without being clear. I feel I was deceived. WHO would pay this amount? A dentist would be much cheaper. The people at the call center are given a script to stick too. They know exactly what they are doing!

As a Costco customer, they contacted me by email about a week ago, offering me the choice of promotional gifts, of which I chose the teeth whitening kit @ $7.95 for shipping. Received it Jan 29, 2020. The amount was billed to my CC # which I had to give to get the gift. Yesterday I used it once, checked on line to check out the company and read of at least 10 complaints with the Revdex.com. I called my CC bank, Bank of America Alaska Airlines customer service and checked to see if they had charged me the $7.95, after calling the company and informing them that I wanted to "cancel my subscription", which they said I had agreed to with the order. They called the transaction a 14-day trial. I was grilled and given excuses as to why I couldn't cancel and had I not called within 14 days of the order, would have been automatically charged $149.95 initially & 30 days after the TRIAL, a monthly subscription of $89.95 for 2 5ml. whitening syringes, indefinitely, charged to my CC. I was told that I would have to return the unused product within the 14 days, which included the 4 days after it was charged to my CC, at my expense. BofA's cust. serv. recommended P. O. return with return receipt requested. Company gave me Return Authorization # ***, but refused to pay postage for return. This is definitely a scam and I am fortunate to have caught it on a website:

Customer Response • Feb 24, 2020

My complaint issued Jan. 30, 2020 ID # *** lacks one figure for compensation. The company required me to return the product that is in issue. Their Conf. # ***. In order to meet the 14 day "trial period" they stated, I felt it necessary to send it U. S. Postal Service Certified Mail - Return Receipt Requested. The receipt shows the following: $3.55 for certified mail fees, $3.90 postage, RRrequested $2.85, for a total of $10.30. I would like this amount plus the $7.95 charged to my B of A Alaska Airlines credit card ending in #*** refunded to me a total of $18.25. They are listed on my CC stmt. as Whiteteeth8005739679 CA. They issued me a Return Auth # ***, shown on the front of the return package.

Total compensation for postage both to me and from me for what I consider a scam.

I purchased a trial product of a teeth whitener on Jan. 15th with an understanding of the terms and conditions that if I did not call the company within fourteen (14) days to cancel my subscription (of which I did, Jan. 17th), however, during that cal with "Rod" I was pressured to return a product I had yet to still receive or I was threatened with being billed $149.95 as the product is not "Free" (I was initially billed $7.95 S&H). Much to my surprise (and anger), that evening my bank account had a pending charge for $149.95
I proceeded to call and ask why it happened and was told it was a "computer glitch" which was later today told me directly billed (without authorization). In addition, I have incurred a $35 overdraft fee due to the pending charge, of which they have refused to pay (TD Bank even agrees it was their fault).
I speak with the same customer svce reps (if that's what you want to call them): Rod, Al, Irene, Michelle and they consistently tell me they are waiting to hear from the "higher management", of whom I can't contact but also tell me in the same breath, they only refund the $149.95.

After numerous complaints I have seen reported, I wonder how they still run this scam, also under the guise of a CVS Pharmacy email for a rewards survey.

I have emails documenting the process, along with receipts, photos and their terms and conditions.

I have a similar problem as the others that had complained. I had a promotional item that was to be 7.95 and then they proceeded to charge my bank acct. 149.956 without my knowledge and then again 89.95. This is shady business and when I tried to reach out to the number provided on bank statement as Glamorousteeth.com the number nor website exist.

I saw a pop up ad on my tablet for this product and I accepted a trial offer to try their product paying only $ 7.95 shipping and handling. I clicked "complete order" tab not realizing they would charge me $149.95 after receiving it unless I contact them to cancel a "monthly subscription" for additional product. When my Visa statement came, I called to find out what the $149.95 was and then I called the Bright White customer service to dispute the charge. I was not offered a satisfactory resolution. My Visa bank disputed the charge. The vendor provided a printout of the terms and agreement that was part of the "complete order" tab on the trial offer. The dispute was closed without resolution. I called Visa again today, Jan 15, 2020 and called the vendor, Bright White customer service, and reiterated that I was unaware of the fine print, allowing tgem to charge my Visa an additional monthly charge of $149.95. I stated that I am a senior citizen on limited income and I would NEVER agree to order a trial of a product that would charge me $149.95 for a monthly subscription. I thought I was offered a trial for only $7.95. I advised that the product is unused, and I am willing to return the product for a full refund and I will pay the shipping cost. The vendor refused because Visa disputed the charge, even though the $149.95 charge remains on my Visa because the dispute was not resolved.
I am reopened a dispute with Visa, but without documentation on my part proving that the offer did not disclose additional charges would occur, I most likely will not receive satisfactory resolution.
This company is getting away with targetting seniors online and most likely have fooled others like me into accepting a subscription under the guise of a trial offer. It is awful to be enticed this way.
