ConfidentBrightSmile Reviews (%countItem)

I ordered a sample of a teeth whitening product which was free except for a $7.95 charge for shipping/handling. I later reviewed my credit card pending statement charges and saw $149.95 being charged as well as another charge for $89.95. I did not order any additional product and told them so via email. They confirmed the cancellation. No one would knowingly order a SAMPLE for $7.95 and be charged $149.95 for a product. Then in less than 2 weeks be told another product was being shipped when you did not request it. This company is deceptively advertising and involved in a SCAM to defraud consumers by misrepresenting their charges in the first instance ($7.95) and quickly reordering a 2nd product and billing without notifying the customer of this action. The only notice you receive is that another order was on its way. That prompted my response to the company to challenge the charges and contact my credit card company to dispute both charges.

This company advertised a teeth whitening kit for $7.95.. And two weeks later took$149.00 out of my personal checking account. I disputed it with my bank and somehow.. Didn't get my money back. I sent a picture of the product. Screen shots of the original email confirming the 7. 95 price and charge. I still am baffled as of what I got for 150.$. I have all emails and pictures of the small package they sent me. 2- 5ml tubes of whitening gel and a mouthpiece. Please help me. I was scammed. And I am a single mother with a very low income. I truly cant believe that they got away with this. And home many other people have been roped into this scam.

I ordered a sample product for $7.95. There was no where in the ordering process that I saw that the product had to be returned within 14 days or my credit card would be charged $149.95. I ordered it on October 18, 2019 and did not receive it until October 21, 2019. On November 2, 2019 my credit card was charged the $149.95. I immediately called the company and told them I wanted to cancel and send the unused product back. I was told that I could not send it back. I ask to speak to a supervisor and was told that no one was available. I returned the product upon the advice of my bank. It should have arrived in the PO box today. Now, I'm out the $7.95 which is what I was suppose to pay for the sample, plus the $149.95 and now an additional $5.72 to ship the product back. The advertising is very deceptive and the customer service is slim to NONE! I have not even tried the product, however with the unscrupulous behavior of this company I would fear for my safety. The fear would be that the product is sub-standard and not good for my health. The money was stolen from my account by this unscrupulous, thieving, deceptive company.

This company has misleading advertising and is illegally charging customers. In September 2019 I read their advertisement for a free sample of their dental cleaning product which cost $7.95 to cover postage. I procured the sample product on line and received the product about a week later. Without my acknowledgement they charged my credit card for an additional $149.95. Once I called them they stated that I could return the product for the refund which I did and I have the RMA number. Weeks passed and no refund. I called them once again and they stated that if read the terms and conditions I would have noticed that they could charge me $149.95 after 15 days of product receipt. These are guys are dishonest as the terms and conditions are hidden and are not clearly shown in the main face of the advertisement. I noticed several other customers have had the same experience with this company. They appear to go under several names and have probably taken many customers. Please assist to close this business or make their advertisements transparent in addition to having my money refunded. PS. their address only appears as PO Box number. I also saw on internet that similar dental products on internet sell at Walmart for under $15.00.

I ordered a "Free" trial teeth whitening gel and only had to pay $7.95 for shipping and handling. This is how they got my credit card information. Two weeks later I was charged $149.95 to my credit card. I never authorized it and was not impressed with the product. I would never order any additional product. I called the company and requested a refund or reverse the charge, they refused, I requested to speak with a supervisor and was told "none were available". I asked for the name of the president and was told to go search on the website...What kind of a company operates like this with their customers?
This is extremely DECEPTIVE advertising and this company needs to be stopped before more people get scammed out of their money!

I placed an order on a trial basis for $7.95. I didn't receive the product until 10 days later, didn't try the product until 4 days after delivery. now this company have taken $149.95 from my checking account without my authorization.
I have contacted my bank and am filing a claim. I also contacted this company and they said that in the advertisement that I had 14 days to give feedback or else they will charge me in which they have. I have a printout of the advertisement and no where on it states anything about being charged money for not giving them a feedback. how dare they take my hard earned money without my consent. what a scam. Plus the fact that I tried the product and it did nothing like they claimed it does.

I have received an advertisement for a trial of the product for $7.95. And this was a trap. I found out later that the company charged me $149.95. I have received a bill for $7.95 from the purchase. They also tried to charge $89.95.
I filed a complaint with my bank and to my surprise, this company said that it was an authorized transaction for $149.95. Mind you, they managed to have my credit card information and charging me without knowing it. The invoice for $7.95 does not include any term or conditions. Had I known, I would have NEVER bought the product.
I called the vendor today and complained, I have also emailed them as well.
This is NOT a good business practice.

Called the customer service to request for cancellation and refund the money taken from my checking account as payment for an ANOMALOUS online contract agreement regarding teeth whitening kit that was sent two weeks ago. My request for cancellation was granted but denied any refund due me. The customer representative said, no refund is due because it was over the 14 days trial period to cancel the subscription. Very SCHEMIC! I paid $7.95 for the trial kit but she said the $7.95 I paid was for shipment only and that the $149.95 charged to my debit card was for the two small syringe of whatever agent it was and a mouth piece. If it is a piece of 14k ring I would agree but a teeth whitening gel, $149.95 worth is a rip off and is too much.

We have returned the product and have been requesting a refund for two months.

The business indicated in an email stating that their product was free paying only shipping & handling($7.95). They subsequently tried to charge my credit card &149.95. When I questioned this, they stated that their terms & conditions stated that I had 14 days to cancel my account. I saw no terms & conditions in their email ad. If they were there they were conveniently small as to be unnoticeable. They requested I return their product(completely unused by me). This is a shady way to do business, trying to trap people into something they don’t want or don’t know they are getting involved in. When I spoke to the company, they kept trying to get me into their service at lesser amounts. Many people will let themselves be bamboozled in this way or just can’t take the time to do something about it. This practice should be stopped. At the very least this company should have a very low rating from the Revdex.com. I will further take up this issue with the Federal Trade Commission

This company may have hidden or misleading billing practices. After purchasing my first trial order for $14.99, I was unexpectedly billed again within two weeks for $149.95 and then another two weeks later for $89.95. When I called to enquire, the customer service representative was not very helpful, gave conflicting answers and refused to put me through to a supervisor. The first order was a trial offer and there was never any indication that I would be charged afterward nor that I would be charged monthly.
