We have purchased two toilets. We love the height and design. The customer service is excellent. They are very responsive.
I have *** and I needed a taller toilet than the ADA 17” due to severe weak leg muscles. When a regular toilet doesn’t meet your needs you look elsewhere for a solution. I first looked at installing a toilet elevator under the bowl which was $125-$200 (plus, labor to install). So I next chose a cheaper riser under the seat that I tried and used for several years. But these slip and are troublesome to clean. So I came across this 20” toilet from Convenient Height while surfing the Internet.
I called and emailed the company several times prior to purchasing and everyone I talked with were very nice and helpful. After dealing with all my concerns I placed an order and received it within 3 days. The toilet arrived without any chipping or breakage. A big box DIY store near me had the exact Convenient Height toilet for $515 with a $40-60 delivery fee. I compared that with buying straight from the manufacturer at $498 with NO shipping fees. Ordering it direct from the manufacturer was a no-brainer for me. I paid a plumber around $235 to install it.
I am so glad I went ahead with the purchase. It looks real nice with its clean contour design. But most importantly, it is at the same height as my scooter - very convenient. I am grateful this company realized there was a real need for this type of toilet. Well done. This toilet solves a lot of problems for handicapped people like me that need a higher raised toilet.
A side note about their customer service: Eddie helped me with some questions I had (many times) in getting a rebate from my county/state for it being a dual flush/Water Sense toilet. Because Eddie really cares about people he helped me out with this when he didn’t have to. I am so very appreciative. May you guys continue to make life easier for handicapped people, such as myself (or anyone), who needs special help to take care of life's necessities.

So thankful that I found the Convenient Height stool. Other brands state that their stools are tall, but none of their stools are the great height like Convenient Height. The height is a lifesaver for someone with bad knees. It is also a very nice looking stool. I believe it is one of the best item I have ever purchased. We are telling all of our friends about this great stool.

I ordered one of the 20 inch toilets through *** and when it arrived I was able to
quickly install it but when I got ready to place the seat I gad never encountered one quite
like it and there were no instructions included. I called the number listed and got no answer
but they returned my call in just a few minutes then e-mailed me picture instructions on how
to install the seat. It was a breeze! I am very happy with my new toilet!

Bought this toilet for an older family friend. She loves it. After 2 months a crack appeared next to the flush handle of the water tank and started to drip. As soon as I learned this, I called very late in the evening and left a message on the Convenient Height company telephone. The very next morning, I received a call. After a brief explanation of the problem, they wanted to know where to ship the replacement tank! I was so impressed by their customer service! I will use this company again and will recommend them to all of my friend!
I am updating my review from 1/15/19 regarding the flushing power. Eddie contacted us and we determined it was an installation error on our part. After adjusting the flushing mechanism we were at full flushing power. Great toilet and highly recommend.

Tickle pink with this toilet. I can not say good things enough. My wife is soooo happy with this 20 inch toilet, she just can't stop smiling. He had a *** replacement and sitting down with the lower 14.5" toilet was work for her to get up. BUT. . . after having this toilet installed, WoW is she happy, and when she is happy, I am H APPY Too. Thank you for such a wonder piece of equipment. Yeepee!

MY HUSBAND AND I ARE DELIGHTED WITH OUR NEW CONVENIENT HEIGHT TOILET. HE IS 6'1" AND I AM 5'10", THE TOILET IS THE IDEAL HEIGHT FOR OUR AGING KNEES.

This is a wonderful product. Exactly what we needed. Delivery was quite prompt and we live on the NW coast in a remote town. It was very well packaged. We had a bit of a glitch installing it but Eddie called back and guided us through the glitch and it works perfectly. A plumber would have had no problem. Couldn't be more pleased with the height and the double flush feature. Looks fine.

I LOVE my new Convenient Height toilet! It's 4" taller than the handicapped height toilet we installed 3 years ago in the downstairs bathroom and is the easiest one I have ever used. I love the dual flush water saver feature, plus the small water-saver tank. We have our own well and in very dry weather we worry about it pumping enough water to run our household. No worries now!

Extremely happy with Convenient Height Toilet. I wanted to pick up the toilet but was restricted by my time available to do so. Kelli and I talked and she was willing to accommodate my restrictions even if it was after hours or a weekend pick up. Eddie was very cordial and easy to deal with even after the sale. Just good people to do business with. The toilet is excellent and a quality product.

Installed today. Thanks for holding my delivery while out of town. Installation was a puzzle with the instructions provided yet I hear your working on that. May I suggest a installation video? I am 6’6 and was in the process of remodeling my master bathroom. I started searching the internet to see if there was a toilet taller than the tallest toilet the major toilet manufacturers make. I found the website for convenient height toilet and ordered one. It’s an awesome product. It’s definitely worth the price and wait time!

It took a while to get the toilet and I was skeptical because of the wait, but my e-mails were always answered quickly and very graciously. My mother-in-law LOVES her toilet! Thank you for a wonderfully helpful product.

Love the Convenient Height toilet. It is really good for people with accessibility issues and it is so nice to not have to use those plastic risers that turn yellow and take up space. As noted by another reviewer, the flushing power is great, no more clogs. We are very satisfied.

Yes, we build the Convenient Height toilets to offer an alternative to those plastic risers and our 20" bowl eliminates the need for riser seats. Thank you for mentioning the flushing power. Our toilet flushes better the most gravity based toilets due to how tall the bowl is, allowing the water flow pick up a lot of speed inside of the trapway. I have trouble with my knees so we ordered two of these toilets. They are really great and take no effort to be able to sit down on. If you are on the shorter side, your toes might be touching the floor instead of your entire foot, but that's okay. It's still really easy to sit down and stand up. My 4 year old granddaughter had no problem scooting up onto the toilet. They also flush very well and we like the slow closing lids. So glad we got these. Don't expect to get this quickly because it does take a couple months after you order them.

I am 6' 5" and had a taller "handicap" toilet installed in my home when it was built back before *** existed. After 30 years, it developed a slight crack in the tank, which started to leak, thus requiring replacement; however, in my search to do so, I learned that all of the well-known *** compliant toilets on the market were still 1-2 inches shorter than what I already had. Through an internet searche, I came upon the Convenient Height Company and placed my order. While waiting for delivery, the leak in my toilet continued to worsen to the point it was about to overcome the number of towels I had to continually replace around it to contain the water on the floor and keep it away from the walls. After explaining my situation via e-mail with Eddie, he made arrangements to expedite my shipment from newly arrived inventory. Thankfully, the new toilet arrived in time to prevent any major issues from my little "flood." All is good now and the new toilet is actually an inch taller than my old one.

My husband can't bend his knees . We had bought a "handicap toilet" that was only 17". We bought a plastic extender but too dangerous to use. Our contractor found your website. I am so thankful you designed this. It arrived in perfect condition and easy to install. Also the flushing action is excellent. Keep up the good work
