As my wife is a right leg above the knee amputee, we were pleased to find a toilet that is truly a tall toilet.
It did take several weeks to arrive, but this is something they assured me they are working on correcting in the future as they are a new company and demand has been strong.
I had concerns about possible damage during shipping, but they have done a good job on packaging as it arrived in perfect condition.
There customer service is excellent as the founder has personally responded to all of my inquires.

I did a lot of research to find a toilet that was taller than the industry standard. After watching my 96 year old mother struggle for a few years, I wish that I had found this sooner. It took longer than I expected to arrive but the company was very responsive to my email inquiries and kept me updated all along. I love the way it looks and am pleased with the height. I have been bragging to everyone that I have the tallest toilet in town!

I forgot to mention one thing. For future sales, please mention that customer might need a longer connection in order to install. When I asked you if we’d need anything special or if the installation would be standard, you said nothing “different” was needed. We were set back a day because we had to purchase a longer hose and larger wax ring.
The *** is a perfect toilet for a person with leg disabilities. Unlike using toilet risers which never fit neatly, collect dirt, and stains this system is functional and beautiful. I would by it again if I ever move.

I am 6'6" and wanted the tallest toilet I could find. After finding out about this 20" height model I knew this was what I wanted. Placed my order and got a prompt response, but like most others I had to wait just a little to receive the shipment. I will say that they responded well to my question about the timeline, and the wait didn't turn out to be too bad, all things considered, with everything arriving in good condition. The product has exceeded my expectations and I was very happy with it as soon as it was installed.
I would suggest that the factory shipping schedule be outlined more clearly during the order process, and that installation instructions would be helpful for a novice like me (which I read they are working on now), but ultimately my install process was straightforward, and I unconditionally recommend this Convenient Height toilet. Thanks for making a one-of-a-kind product!

The improvements to accessibility and safety where always part of the mission. At one point, an idea of a 20" toilet came to mind and I decided to pursue. I am from Houston, Texas and found this on the web. I ordered a toilet as my handicap mother-in-law will be living with us. The delivery was as scheduled and they worked with me to see if the bidet I ordered separately would fit. It can on time and is just what I ordered. My mothering law can use the toilet without falling down and needs minimal help to get up and down.

Convenient Height Company was great to work with. I ordered the toilet online and had it shipped to Texas. The toilet arrived in about a 6 weeks in perfect condition. Convenient Height Company kept me updated through emails until arrival. The product was exactly what a hip replacement patient needed. This was the tallest toilet I could find in stores or online. The toilet is high quality and stylish for any style home. Excellent Company and product!

I bought a *** from this company about 2 months ago and it finally got her and is installed.The company told me ahead of time that delivery would be about a month and a half. True to their word, it came in exactly as promised. Correspondence with the company's owner during that time was friendly and fun. They seem to be a great company to work with.
Installing the toilet was easy and quick, we only needed the wax ring and a longer supply line.I am 80 years old and have 2 very bad knees. This toilet is worth every penny I paid as it is so much easier to get on and off at chair height.
I could go on saying good things about the toilet and the company but let me just say everything about it is 6 stars.

Convenient Height sells exactly the product I have been looking for and could not find at any other place. I have had the toilet for about 4 months and it meets or exceeds my expectations in all respects.
The owner, Eddie, has been a pleasure to deal with. He responds to my queries, follows up as promised, and had my toilet delivered in advance of the original target date. Everything about the company is transparent, fair, and customer-friendly.

Ordered 4/1, got confirmation email, double checked this morning on estimated date via phone, with no answer, left a message and then send the email inquiry on the website. I received a response within 15 minutes, informing me they were processing the shipping, 10 minutes later I received *** quantum view tracking info with an estimated arrival date of Friday. This is customer service done right ! I hope you more than succeede in this industry!

Placed order April 5, 2018; no response to emails and phone calls.
Needed this product urgently. Usually do research on company's but failed this time. If I had seen previous review would never have ordered. Will dispute order with ***.

Thank you for taking the time to write to us via Revdex.com. Your order was placed on April 5, and today is April 6. We appreciate your order, however we are completely uncertain of the reason for your disappointment 12 hours after your order was placed. Less than 12 hours to fulfill the order was simply not possible at this time. As you requested your refund has been issued back to your account in full.
Here is the process for order fulfillment on regular basis: we create *** shipping labels and upload them into our system one by one, customer by customer. The demand we are receiving for the product is above our current supply levels. Once your ordered product is delivered to our fulfillment center from the manufacturing plant we will create two *** tracking numbers for each toilet: one for the tank and then one for the bowl. We ship tanks and toilets separately to maximize package safety in transit. Two tracking numbers are uploaded them into our system, synchronizing it with your email, so you will be able to see shipping activity real-time as soon as the boxes are picked up by *** carrier, get to the local hub, and so forth until they reach your residence.

I placed an order with The Convenient Height Co. on Feb. 8, 2018 and as of March 16 still have NOT received my order. I haven't even gotten a definite shipping date. This order has been paid in full. I want to know IF and WHEN it will be shipped and the approximate receiving date. I very much need this order quickly.

Thank you for your email and once again thank you for supporting Convenient Company product Convenient Height toilet ***. My name is Eddie, the founder of the company and chief designer of the Convenient Height *** toilet. And yes, your question is very valid and I will respond to you here below. Please also kindly note that I am responding to your email within 3-4 hours from the time it was received, which beats the customer service industry standard by a wide margin. Convenient for Customers - in Everything! is one of our key parts of the mission at the Convenient Company.
Now to your question: as we indicate on our Convenient Height toilet ordering page with a written notification at the top of the shopping page, visible prior taking any steps to order: we are focused on informing our buyers and customers this batch will be starting to ship in March, which at this time is getting closer to the very end of this month. As you know we are a specialty toilet producer, making tall toilets in very small batches, and at this time our product is based on pre-ordering basis which means we are shipping orders of the *** toilet with some wait required at this time of our company early history. We did not realize customer interest in us will become so high!.. Which is truly awesome, however the high demand and still low supply leads to wait times, unfortunately - but we are fixing this by adding more production lines at our manufacturing facility. As we are a new company our production line capacity is still rather small, leading to wait times as we mentioned. If the customer and buyer is not able to wait once/after their order is placed, we immediately process the refund and order cancellation if requested by the buyer. After reading your email I am unclear if you wanted to continue to keep your order in line with everyone else for this batch or if you are looking cancel due to your urgent need for a 20 inch toilet. Please confirm if you are looking to cancel and we will immediately issue you a full refund.
However, if you decide to wait - that's great!. We know we will have your ordered Convenient Company produced toilet *** here in Holliston, Massachusetts at the very end of this month - we are counting the days for its last steps in our production and supply chain to reach us here in our Holliston, Ma sorting facility, and from here we will create a tracking number for your shipping address. Once the label/tracking number is created within our systems and *** account, you will receive an email indicating your order is ready to be shipped out. This will all take at least a week after we receive your *** in our hands at the sorting facility as well as after we very carefully inspect everything prior the final packaging and labeling steps. And then, once the *** carrier pick ups your Convenient Height *** toilet, you will be able to track its trip to your residence via tracking number provided by us to you. Please also note, that we will be shipping 2 boxes to your home: one box with the toilet bowl, and another with the toilet water tank. This packaging and shipping method was created to maximize the porcelain type of material safety and minimize content possible damage en-route to you.
We noticed you sent us another email, both in close time-proximity from each other, so I will go ahead also respond to that second email by re-sending the text above, just to ensure you receive our response promptly.
Once again, thank you so much for your support to our small company here in Massachusetts - the company which I started after working at the assisted living for over a decade, on the facility maintenance side... where I realized the large toilet seats to add toilet height were not what my assisted living building residents wanted to use, but there was no other way since no one was making Tall Toilets. It took me a year to design and produce the first prototypes for the Convenient Height toilet with 20 inch bowl and right now we are delighted to see our new product slowly becoming available to many of those who needed. As mentioned, this is still a very new stage in our business, but we expect to dramatically grow our production capacity in 2018 and this way we will be able to minimize or eliminate wait times for this great product.
