This company allowed my credit card information to be used by someone else. They did not process my order. I was not charged by them, but I have outstanding charges on my credit card that my bank is working to resolve.

I placed a small order online with Trust Deals Mall on 7-24-19. They would not accept payment through PayPal. I tried 2 different credit/debit cards. Both were denied. They asked me to pay with an Amazon gift card which I did. I wasn't given a total before I had to buy the gift card. The order amount was $4.00. The Amazon Gift card was for $10.00. After the order I received a confirmation email, and later an email with a tracking #. The tracker indicated it came to my local post office and was delivered 2 or 3 days later. It was not delivered 8/22/19. I called the local P.O. It did not arrive there. Before they claimed it was delivered, one of the 2 debit cards I had tried to use for the purchase was blocked due to suspicious activity. The card company said someone tried to use it 3 times for $1.00 & $0.00 transactions. All 3 were caught and did not go through. I sent a scathing email to Trust Deals Mall, telling them the the item did not go through USPS, was not delivered, that my credit card was compromised & that I suspected them of fraud. They answered that they were legit, that they called the delivery service who said my order was delayed... It has now been about 2.5 months. I have emailed them several times since & they have not responded. My last email requested a $10.00 refund (The amount of the Amazon Gift card) and for my order to be cancelled. There has been no response since 8-24-19. I have not received the item, "change from the gift card, or a refund.

I ordered domino racks online from "Fair Deals Mall." The order never arrived. I received a delivery tracking notice--however, I believe that "Fair Deals Mall" is just a scam as is their tracking notice. Both the company website and shippers website are dead ends. The purchase was only $10, but fraud is fraud.

I made a purchase on 4/15/19 then 2 days later I cancelled my order. It's July and I still haven't received my refund. I tried calling the company at and get that the number is not in service.

I was looking to purchase an Orbit Chaise Lounger online and Fair Deals Mall was advertising the item for $179. I placed the order and tried to pay with my credit card. It was rejected: "your card has been declined by our Merchant Gateway. Please try using different credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover). So I tried 2 more cards and they were also declined. I emailed the company and they responded very quickly saying: "unfortunately, our Merchant Gateway declined your card(s) due to security reasons. Probably, you've submitted virtual or prepaid card with low trust score? We've checked your order and all items are in stock and ready to ship. We kindly ask you to complete your order using another credit card or try our alternate payment methods (like PayPal, Gift Cards like Amazon, Walmart, ITunes, etc. or Bitcoin)".
They offered a 15% discount if you pay with Bitcoin..... so it sent a Bitcoin payment of USD $152.15.
The transaction was successfully sent and received. That's the last I've heard from Fair Deals Mall.
I've been emailing and calling them daily, but I've gotten no respond from them.
I've cancelled all 3 credit cards. I want the bitcoins refunded or the chaise lounge sent!!!!

I did not receive my ordered item. I paid thru pay pal when I disputed it the company provided tracking info to show it was delivered. But it only stated the name of the town. when I called ups they verified that it was addressed to a completely different address. I contacted customer service and was told via email that my item was delayed and if I didn't get it it would be reshipped. They have since deleted my order and the address provided by their website is false and the phone number does not ring thru.

I placed an order on May 23rd and received an email confirmation. When I tried to click the links they did not go anywhere. The transportation company did not exist. When I opened a case with Paypal this company sent them a UPS number signed by a foreign name. They never replied to any of my emails and Paypal sided with them based on the UPS number that wasn't to my address. I am appealing it now. I am out $432 for a pool that never came. This company has a really good scam going on and needs to be shut down. My order # was

I ordered a straight talk home phone modem from fair deals mall April 23, 2019. I paid for it with my debit card. The product was suppose to be delivered in 5-6 business days. I waited and waited for the product. I used paypal. I called them and they gave me a recent tracking number. Paypal told me to call UPS. I called UPS 3 or 4 times and each person told me the same thing. Ups looked up the tracking number. Ups delivered the product I ordered and paid for $39.00 to a stranger with a different address. Ups told me to contact fair deals mall.com and ask them about the address they had on file. I e-mailed them they were suppose to check on the delivery. I e-mailed them 5 or 6 times. I never heard from them again. I want the product or my money back. I was told to check the reviews and ratings. I did not like what I read about them. They are real scammers. I have my e-mails that I sent to them. Those people operate bad businesses and uses different names. They need to be stopped. I hope that you will help.

Handed off to USPS 4/10 and marked "delivered" 4/13

No package was delivered. I contacted Fair Deals Shop via email several times with no response. I have reported this to the USPS as well.

I have been tracking my order #*** since 3/30/2019 when it was shipped. I have sent numerous emails to the company and the emails that I have sent since 4/21/2019 have been returned as undeliverable. When you call their phone number is , it will ring once and then go to a busy signal.
They did send a confirmation email in regards to my order and also a response to one of my emails.

Please assist with me getting 5he order or refund my $27.00

I purchased a toy from Fair Deals Shop on March 29, 2019. I received a tracking number by mail from another fraudulent company USP Carrier (I since found they are fraudulent by calling the listed number that doesn't work. They have the package tracked for a month. I watched the tracking. The mail service said the package was delivered and it was not. I keep emailing them back with no response.

Had ordered 8 placemats from Fair Deals Mall on April 16 2019. I had received an email stating that the order was shipped. I received a link to the delivery company. The delivery business was Usp Carrier. I followed the tracking on there website. On the tracking it stated that the delivery was made on May 8 2019 but I was home and no delivery was delivered. I started contacting Usp Carrier but the phone number was disconnected so I emailed several times with no response. I tried calling Fair Deals Mall but the number was not the right number. I emailed several times with no response. I do not know what else to do.

I ordered the EverStart Maxx Lead Acid Automotive Battery, Group 35. When I checked out using my credit card they declined and asked me to use the different card. So I used my 2nd credit card
and still got declined. I then research their company and found out that they are scammed! I then call my Amex to stop the payment and ordered for the new credit cards.

They now changed to new website: fairdealsmall.com

Purchased a truck tire (Goodyear Wrangler Authority LT265 75R 16E 123Q online from a company called BUYDEALSMALL.COM on December 16, 2018. The tire has NOT ARRIVED at any location. You had to purchase an Amazon Gift Card to pay for it. (Should have known on that method) Amazon card was #*** for $164.99
Received an email from BUYDEALSMALL.COM on December 19, 2018 stating that the order number was #***, and the tracking number was #***. The courier company was UPST POST. The email had a link to UPST POST which showed tracking from New Jersey to South Carolina to Harrisburg, PA to UPST sort facility in Jersey Shore, PA. I called the local post office in Jersey Shore, PA and they knew nothing about it. They did search for the tire, but nothing. The email from BUYDEALSMALL.COM had a sales customer support email address. I sent emails (***@***.com) to them with no response. The email did not have a phone number on it. It had their net address (http://buydealsmall.com) and you cannot access it.
The courier link to their address (upstpost.com) had a service phone number listing () which is bogus. They to had a customer service link on their site which took you to an email option ONLY. I sent them 2 emails with no response. It was a page you had to fill out options and then "submit". I need to find the tire or get a refund. Thank you.

On Dec. 11, 2018 I decided to buy my daughter a Christmas that was sold out everywhere, it was Grocery Mart by Melissa & Doug. When I tried to complete transaction, it declined my debit card from my bank institution. So I decided to try a major credit card, it was also declined. I didn't proceed. A day later I was contacted via email that my order was hold and wanted to know if I wanted to proceed. I contacted them via email (which is easier for me since I'm at work) and explained the difficulty I was experiencing. I suppose this is where I should have stopped altogether. They informed that other forms of payment. They sent me a link to purchase an Amazon gift card and use that, so I did. Once I did, I was able to finalize my transaction. I received an email of gratitude for using them, along with shipment and tracking information.

I slowly followed the shipment process throughout the following weeks. In the interim, the two cards I used as form of payment I had used originally were found by my bank institutions to have several fraudulent transactions from @STEAMGAMES.COM. I immediately had to cancel cards. Finally after 3 weeks of following shipping and tracking, it said it was out for delivery. I checked everyday. By the end of the week, I checked status again, to my surprise it read it was already delivered.

I emailed them again. They replied back and apologized as of Tuesday 1/8. They said it was delayed due a minor sorting overload at facility. They said to contact them after 30 days of dispatch and they'd ship out again. This morning I tried to email again, its now 30 days. But this time my email was rejected. It now says domain does not exist. I quickly started to research and realized I've been scammed.

I order skin products from the above, never received my order. The weird thing was that before I put in my order I did googled and found a page about them, and it was good. I do feel that they can see Your activities through you computer, tablet, etc.
At first I tried to pay by my credit card, and it I was rejected. I had to buy amazon gift card for my products. Then they sent me email on December 12, saying that my item had been shipped. On December 13, I got alert from my credit card company and was able to stop the process cause I didn't understand what happened. Now I do.
It's a lesson for me and it cost me $64.00. They have a page on the face book and instagram, however the comments are in foreign language I don't understand. How can we tell people about this place. It's scam

I ordered product in the very early part of December 2018. I have tried to call this company and every time I do it’s always a busy signal. I have emailed them a number of times and never get a reply back. I have never received my product but yet they kept my money. I cannot have them put it back on the debit card that was used because I had to get a new one because Ever since I ordered from them I’ve had people try to hack my account and use it for other products else where.I would like a refund of my money if possible. They can send a cashiers check..

Tried getting my money back because the kept delaying order arrival. Got the email back saying they couldn't be contacted

My product was never received and both of my credit cards use to purchase the product have had fraudulent charges on them.

I purchased 3 items for Christmas presents online with this business on December 10, 2018. They sent me a site to track the package and by December 22, 2018, I realized that my package was not going to arrive before Christmas. After having several conversations via email with the business they assured me I would receive it but it had been delayed. Next thing I knew the tracking site showed it having arrived at my towns post office and scheduled for delivery on January 3, 2019. Then on January 4th it stated that they had delivered it that day at 5:42 pm but I had not received it. After that I did not receive any more communication from the business.
I went to my local Post Office on January 5, 2019 and spoke with the branch manager there. He said the tracking number did not start with the same letter prefix that the Post Office uses and that their delivery people had finished their routes and were back at the Post Office by 3:00 pm on January 4th. So there was no way the Post Office delivered it that day. I then realized I had been scammed.
I payed them $67.97 by Amazon gift card for the merchandise I ordered.
