I purchased a toy from their website and they state 2 day free shipping, then found out they are already in trouble for not registering their business and they are not answering my emails and their phone number seems to be disconnected, I am hoping to receive the item in the next few days or get my money back so I can buy something else. after trying to make a purchase and entering my credit card information. My cards were declined. I know these cards were valid. After a couple of days and receiving a couple of email alleging to be the customer service. I had fraud alerts from 2 of my credit cards I attempted to use to pay for a product from the site. I have gone through some hassle getting the credit cards situated. I had to verify information and wait to receive new credit cards. This site if I type it in I am now redirected to buydealsmall.com instead of bigdealsmall.com

I purchased 3 tablecloths from this company way back in October. I have contacted them numerous times. I paid with a $50 amazon card because my card was "declined". Magically, my credit card was soon hacked. I have never received the merchandise - which only cost $25. I did not get any money back. These guys are crooked and should be prosecuted by criminal authorities. Obviously I cannot file since I live in Oklahoma. Their phone number is busy.

I made the purchase Oct. 20. I got message to use bitcom or amazon card that day. On Oct 24 I received notification order was shipped. Oct 29 big deals said they would track package. They did not respond to emails on Nov.22, Nov 30 and Dec 9

I believe this is a phishing website. I put my credit card information in to buy a toy and it told me my card did not go through. I ignorantly thought it was the card, so I entered a different credit card's information in. It told me the same message. It was then that I realized I probably had made a bad decision. a few days later I had fraudulent charges on both credit cards. Obviously not a coincidence. Honestly when searching the item online it was one of the top "hits" so it immediately made me think the website was legitimate. Also, when I went to check out, there was that green lock symbol in the search bar which I thought was to allow a computer user to decide if a website was secure.

I order on their website bigdealsbox.com and it refused my credit card so I put in another and it refused. I foolisly used paypal. After realizing I didn't put my son's shipping address I cancelled that order. I messaged the company and I did get a reply that it would be cancelled - plus I went to a link and cancelled it. I proceeded with a new order with the correct shipping address. The next day I had a bad feeling and I went to the email and then the link and the website was no longer there, the phone was always busy, and now my emails were bouncing back. I did notice that as I was on bigdealsbox.com it were all of the sudden end up in bigdealsmall. All of the sudden get a reply on my cancellation email that my order shipped. I cancelled the order plus the email that was through [email protected] and was bouncing back is now coming from bigdealsmall. I reported disputes on both orders with Paypal and I also disputed with my mastercard company. Also when I paid through PayPal the first order paid a foreign name and the next order paid and entirely different foreign name - never the company name. I also tried to contact the seller through the email address Paypal gave me and I heard nothing back.

On October 18, 2018 I purchased an item on bigdealsmall.com for $43. Order #***. After not receiving the item after one week, I notified Big Deals Mall via email inquiring about my item on October 26, 2018. I received a response on the same day indicating that they had contacted the UPN carrier and that there will be a "minor delay" and that if I don't receive the item within 30 days, they will ship the item again via Express Mail. I emailed them again on October 31st and again they informed me that the item was shipped out. I emailed them again on November 5th and this time I never got a response. On November 14th I checked the tracking link that was provided and it indicated that the item was delivered on November 8th, however it was not. I never received it. My last email was on November 14th with again no response.

My order #*** placed and fulfilled on Sept 20th was supposedly delivered by Big Deals Mall's carrier, UPN. I never received the merchandise ($100 worth of products paid for by an Amazon Gift Card). When I tried to call their carrier, UPN, the phone number shown on UPN's website is not a working number. When I try to call Big Deals Mall at , the number listed on their website, it is always busy. I have sent 8 emails to customer service, and have been promised that they would (1) look into where my order is, (2) check with UPN to find out where it was delivered, and (3) will re-send the merchandise to me via another express carrier. I have not received any satisfaction in any way nor have I gotten the merchandise I paid for. They seem to be a legitimate business online but I am doubting it now.

this is the confirmation of an order I placed ....they contracted a carrier named UPN carrier(upncarrier.com ...) to deliver my item it... states in the tracking that it was delivered ..it has never arrived... This is a scam. Bought phones and other items from this websites- bigdealsmall.com. Looks like items on this site are just screen shots/duplicates of walmart.com. The tracking is fake. I've been tracking thru this upncarrier.com, shows package moves, now shows the package is delivered but it's not. I also lost my Walmart gift card on another transaction.

I ordered 23 jars (28 Ounce) of Peter Pan Reduced Fat Creamy Peanut Spread for $99.00. The order number was #137938. They claimed they had the items in stock and would ship it. They gave me a tracking number of *** and said they shipped it using UPN Carrier. I placed the order on 9/5/18 and tracked it for the entire month of September. Finally, on-line tracking said it was delivered on 9/27/18. This of course is a lie. I never received the package. I tried to call the company that I ordered the product from but their number doesn't work. I tried to call the shipping company but their number doesn't work. I emailed both companies three times each and never received a reply. I believe I have been scammed.

This company's website sole purpose is to steal credit card information. When you try to purchase from them after entering in all your card information you are told you card has been declined. I tried two of my cards and a few day later they both had fraudulent charges on them. After the two different cards were declined I used PayPal to complete the transaction and never received the item or got any reply to my inquiries.
