After trying to purchase a battery from this website, my credit cards were used fraudulently.

I visited this website after a Google search showed that they had the product in stock that I was looking for (https://buydealsmall.com/ip/Skil-SB18B-LI-18-Volt-Lithium-Ion-Battery/15173816)...⇄ When checking out, the order was declined stating something like this "The credit security score of your card is too low for processing", (something like that). When I reached out to support they suggested I try again with a separate card, not a bank card, which I did and the transaction did not complete. At this point, I had provided all of the needed information to TWO of my cards, which were both used fraudulently with in the next couple days. One card was my personal debit card, which I use a lot and could have figured that information be stolen from other transactions. BUT, the second card was a new credit card that I have not used outside of this transaction. This is the ONLY time I have used this credit card number.

The site scammed me out of $38 USD paid via the seller requested method of payment via amazon giftcardmwhich I purchased for the purpose of fulfilling y order online with best deals mall. The item never arrived and my customer on amazon has filed a claim against me now requiring me also to compensate my customer a full refund

I purchased on 11/28 through Bigdealsmall.com 3 BLow mold Wisemen for $69; order # 145727. My credit card was initially declined; and was advised I could use an Amazon gift card; so I purchased a gift card and applied that $75 towards that purchase. I was advised it was shipped on 12/3 tracking # *** and still did not receive the item. The "company" emailed that there was a delay; and should be delivered shortly; but I was never able to track the item. Since 12/24 I have tried to contact them again; and email comes back undeliverable and site says it can not be reached. I am a senior citizen on a budget and was donating this item to the town park's lights for Christmas and would like a total refund. Thank you Vicki

In the later end of Nov, 2018 I purchased an item on bigdealsmall.com for $18. After not receiving the item after one week, I notified Big Deals Mall via email inquiring about my item . I did not receive a response back from them. I began tracking the item via the hot link they supplied. The item apparently moved around from one location to the next on the East Coast for a month, finally coming to rest in my local post office. The tracking info then indicated that it had been delivered. However I never received it and my local post office has no record of it. This appears to be a scam by way of the post office and therefore should be a federal crime.

do not buy from this company - I fell for the scam and bought something from them over the 2018 christmas holiday that they had listed on their site. they would only take amazon gift cards, bitcoin, or other non-credit card ways to pay and I fell for the scam and bought with them. they promised shipping of my daughters #1 present would be within 3-5 days. Cut to two weeks later and nothing. Their customer service number is fake and so is the shipping site they use to track your order. What a shame to be tricked during the holidays for $200. I should have known better when it wouldn't take my credit card.

let this be a lesson to anyone smart enough to search out customer reviews on this site first (which I did not)

I ordered 2 Bog Pod precision shooting rests they were separate orders on 11/3/18 order # 143181 and 143179 the tracking numbers were from UPN
as follows *** and *** Cost $52.00 paid with Amazon Gift card. after waiting about 22 days of tracking it said they were delivered. I assumed that they were stolen from my mail box.
I reordered 2 Bog Pod precision shooting rests on 12/3/18 order # *** Tracking # *** tracking # was from UPST Post Cost was $102.00 paid by an Amazon Gift card. the same 22 day wait and tracking and tracking saying it was delivered the post office said they did not receive it or deliver it. In the process of purchasing the items all credit cards were declined and a few days later fraudulent charges appeared on two credit cards

Big fat 0 (but had to give 1 star to complete). I bought a toy for my granddaughter online. My never-before-rejected credit card was rejected so I hit the back button and PayPal was a choice. I paid by PayPal and they took money out of my account. Got more than one email from Big Deals Mall saying my order was being processed. When I got a link to track pkg, it goes to page saying my order was cancelled per my request. I NEVER cancelled, so I wrote them. They said they weren't able to take money from PayPal and I would have to re-enter my credit card info. Then I got an email from PayPal saying my money was being refunded by "Story Shop". Seems like a very shady business. Am now contacting my bank to see if I need to change my credit card

I resell items on ebay and I found in google about their site!It seens reallu authentic and I bought some items from them and paid via walmart gift card!they sent me tracking number and all the things but I my customers never received their items!!This site is fake!Please help me to receive my money back

I originally placed an ordered on Nov. 27th with an expected delivery of date 5 to 6 days later. The tracking function that their delivery service provided was terrible. It only updates once daily and then it was only after business hours. It has now been 25 DAYS and still no delivery. Although the tracking function shows that is was delivered to the Montrose, PA, Post Office on Dec 17th and delivered to me on Dec 20th. I am very dissatisfied.

I made a purchase in September 2018, purchase order #***, the confirmation provided a UPN Carrier tracking # ***. departing a location in Moutainside J 07092 on September 19, 218 at 5:04 am the final entries showd processed at UPN Sort Facility New Lenox, IL 60451 on October 6, 2018 at 6:52 am, Delivery on October 11 at 4:34 am. Needless to say it was not delivered . This purchase was made with a Walmart gift card which currently has a 0.00 balance. Walmart has no record or responsibility for this. I have made several attmepts to email the service department to no avail.

I ordered coffee online from this company. My 2 credits cards were declined I received an email that they only accept paypal or bit coin. I told them I only use major credit cards

3 days later the fraud dept of my Mastercard notified me that two online charges were made to my credit card for $2000. & $841.

I went on the buydeals online website & their site was removed

On 11/26/2018 I ordered Holiday Time LED Lite Lock M5 Christmas Lights Warm White, 225 Count × 5 from Big Deals Mall. On the 27th I received an email saying that they were shipped by UPST Post and providing a tracking number. I followed the slow progress of my parcel for the next 3 weeks and on December 18 the tracking says that it was delivered. It was NOT delivered. We were home all day and there was no delivery. I have tried to call UPST Post, but their phone number doesn't work. I tried to call Big Deals Mall bt only get a busy signal. I have emailed both BDM and UPST Post multiple time with no response.
I could not find UPST Post as a listed business at the Revdex.com. As I can find no physical address on their website, I did not add them.
As a side note, shortly after this order, my credit card was compromised and I had to cancel and have it reissued.

I went to https://buydealsmall.com/ to purchase a toy for my little boy. Things seemed ok until I got to the payment processing section. I entered my visa credit card info and it said it was denied (which would never happen). It said that the it was denied because it was a "Pre-Paid card with a Low trust score" of some sort. I do not have pre-paid cards and my visa alone has an $18K limit on it. So I tried my American Express cc in which it happened again. I attempted to call the company and received only a busy signal over and over again. I then emailed them and received a response pretty quickly saying that they don't know why it didn't go through and it's a "low trust score card". They then attempted to get me to go and buy an Amazon gift card and use that to purchase the item on their website. They said that they accept Amazon, Walmart and iTunes gift cards as well as Bitcoin.... This is very suspicious for a company to accept other company gift cards.

They gave another customer service # which you can't get a person at *** also ***@***.com

Though they look mostly legit, I am positive this is a scam and wanted to report it to you guys.

This business is a fraudulent business. They list items for sale and when you attempt to check out they "decline" your credit card. Once you use an alternative form of payment (PayPal for me) they send you fake tracking information via a shell company and a few days later attempt to run your credit card to make online purchases. I had to cancel the credit card and dispute the charges and will be engaging PayPal to reclaim the funds.

Terrible company. Their website does not work properly, the amount of time to ship stated on the site is not true. All in all - frustrating to deal with and not worth the savings. The payment portion of their site would not accept an AMEX, Discover or VISA - all accepted everywhere else. After 2 days of trying, I finally ordered an Amazon gift card to pay with. They had to process it manually - killing 2 more days. They then apparently shipped it the cheapest way they could find as the order accepted on 12/4 has still not arrived by 12/17. Not worth any savings you may get. I ordered this for a party on the 15th believing the 2 to 3 days shipping - NOW it's for next year. AWFUL!!!!

I tried to place an order on bigdealsmall.com and it said my card was declined. I then looked up the company and saw several similar complaints about them stealing credit card info and making fraudulent charges. I promptly froze my credit card and 5 days later, there were 20 fraud charges attempted. I had to change my card. Why can't the website be shut down after 18 complaints?
