Excellent service done very thoroughly.

I had excellent service from Corky's Termatrac & Heat Specialist [redacted]. He did both treatments at my home.He explained everything that both treatments entailed so that I understood what was happening. He was very thorough and EXTREMELY polite.

I would like to say that [redacted] of Corky's Pest Control is an excellent technician. He is always very polite, takes the time to listen to any problem you may have and makes every effort to resolve it for you. He should be commended for the job that he does as his professionalism rates an A+++++ in my book. I would not want any other person to be handling my account. He deserves to be singled out as OUTSTANDING in his craftsmanship and his very friendly attitude. It is so rare today to find those who deserve such a rating with most company employees who are just interested in getting by, collecting a paycheck and that is it. Most employees seem to have a do not care anymore attitude, but not [redacted]. I think he deserves an award and recognition for his work, I hope his company recognizes how valuable an employee that they have and that they show it by treating him well and with the upmost respect. This man is the reason for my giving this company such a high rating and I have only given such praise in extremely rare circumstances. So, my hat it off to you [redacted] as you deserve it.

I had [redacted] from Corky's Pest Control perform a treatment for subterranean termites and he did a great job. He was very nice, courteous, thorough and knowledgeable with every aspect of the job. I would definitely recommend his services. I also love the fact that Corky's provides a 4-year warranty on the service.

I have had Corky's regular service for years. Would not go without it. When people tell me they are having ant or spider problems I am comforted to know that I do not because of Corky's Pest Control service. I love my service rep, [redacted]. He is so sweet and very attentive to any pest control issues. He is a real asset to the company.

Review: Corkys came to my house and sprayed for ants, I then paid the technician. A few weeks later the ants returned and i

called Corkys to inform them that the ants had returned. Corkys scheduled for another technician to return in which

he did and sprayed for ants. Corkys then billed me again and are now harassing me to pay them.Desired Settlement: Quit harassing me to pay.

Corky's Pest Control has been spraying my home for over 15 years and I am very satisfy with their service. [redacted], Branch Field Representative FR 39714, in particular has been great. I have been having difficulties with my ankle for the last 3 years an he has made it easier by letting himself in to the back to spray even making sure that my dogs water pail is cleaned and filled with fresh water when he is done spraying.

I am a fan of Corky's Pest Control, I had a gentleman by the name of [redacted] come to take care of some termites at my home. Very thorough, detailed so detailed he found a different type of termite. Thank you!

Review: Corky spot treated our attic for termite with a 4 year warranty. It is still within our 4 year warranty and the termites have returned. Corky will not come out and spot treat the attic again, they are giving me the runarounds saying the warranty is only good for 1 year. I have paperwork which states 4 years. They refuse to accept that.Desired Settlement: There are several ways to resolve this. First, they can come out and honor the warranty. Second, they can lower their fumigation price for the whole house by $750 which was the price for the spot treatment. And lastly, they can refund the $750 and I can take my business else where.

Our apologies for the delayed response; due to known issues we do not receive complaint notifications from the Revdex.com's email system.

Since we are just learning of this complaint one of our customer service representatives immediately tried to reach out to this customer to schedule a new inspection to honor the 4 year warranty which would expire March 2014. A message was left at the number provided in the complaint. In addition we called a cell phone listed on the account, confirmed the address with the woman who answered and who claims she is not having trouble with termites and would not allow us to come re-inspect the property. If this customer wishes to continue forward with treatment they may call us at their convenience. Their account has been noted that we will honor the warranty for 4 years.

Review: on dec 11 I called to make a payment for the month of november, I ok'd it with billing dept. having a payment due for the december service was in a couple of days, as they request payment at time of service, the employee told me she was going to again submit payment on thursday.My reply to her was "Oh no you are not I will call you when I want the bill paid". well today dec 22 I called to pay the bill and I was told the bill had already been paid. upon looking in my bank account I WAS billed again. oh my goodness. I called the manager of billing dept. I told him I was making a report to the Revdex.com, he did apologize and offered me a discount for my next monthly service. I declined the discount and just would like to make you aware I then had him remove all of my billing information and now will send them a personal check. By the way the service I do receive from the technician is awesome. I am very pleased with the technician.Desired Settlement: for the employees of the billing dept to NOT charge until the customer authorizes it. she was specifically told to not bill.

I have been using Corky's pest control for years and they do a fantastic job! I just wanted to compliment my technician, [redacted] for being timely, professional and pleasant and for solving my ant problem!

Our termite service specialist Hector did a superlative job treating issues on our point loma property. He was extremely diligent, professional and personable.

Today [redacted] was in our home treating for an OMG infestation of cockroaches. I didn't think cockroaches got into clean homes. We don't buy used furniture, don't buy at garage sales, etc. Well guess what even though we are a couple of 70+ year old "clean freaks", we have the nasty bugs. [redacted] is very knowledgeable, very personable, and very serious about what he does. Corky's is lucky to have [redacted] and [redacted] is welcome in our home any time we need professional help with "pests". Thanks Corky!
