I do apologize, we are unable to accept mattresses in return if there is no manufacturer defect The foundations can be returned and replaced, but with only a year prorated warranty per Corsicana Bedding's warranty policy Please see the attached warranty packet and highlighted information

We did receive the photos with their warranty claim, however we explained to Mrs [redacted] that we must receive a photo measuring the body impressionPer Corsicana Bedding's warranty policy, we must receive the photo showing the measurements instead of hand written measurements I have attached a copy of our warranty packet

Per Corsicana Bedding, if the store that the consumer originally purchased the set from is open, the consumer must handle the warranty through them The only way we as the manufacturer would handle the claim is if the store is closed or they no longer sale our product If the store continues to ignore the consumer, Mr [redacted] can fill out the warranty claim attached and submit the packet to [redacted] for review

Any and all stains will void the warranty of any Corsicana Bedding's product as this is stated on our warranty card in section I have attached a copy of our warranty card for your review We are unable to warranty the mattress for them due to it being dirty

The mattress specified in complaint below is a mattress manufactured for Mattress Firm The consumer will have to contact Mattress Firm for the warranty due to Mattress Firm handling their own warranties, although if Mattress Firm denies the warranty please contact us so that we can handle the warranty at that time

The consumer's replacement mattress was order [redacted] on 09/15/and should be deliver [redacted] to the store the middle of next week Please have the consumer ask for [redacted] at the store in Chicago for any further assistance The warranty is being honor**

Per Corsicana Bedding's warranty policy our Crazy quilt mattress only has a day manufacturers warranty This mattress has no warranty left

Per Corsicana Bedding Inc.'s warranty policy, any stain will void the warranty as stated in the warranty card that was attached previously

Per Corsicana B**ding's Warranty Policy, the store where the mattress was purchas** from is to handle all warranty claims. The only time the manufacturer (Corsicana B**ding) is to be involv**, is when the store is clos**, no longer our customer, or the consumer has mov** out of state. The warranty claim has been handl** through the store as stat** before. The consumer was instruct** to speak to ** regarding the mattress delivery, Corsicana B**ding does not coordinate the delivery of the replacement mattress to one's home

Corsicana had not sold a faulty mattress without the law label I would not need to pay an additional delivery feeThe extra delivery fee is a direct result of Corsicana's defective manufacturingHad the mattrrss been made propelry and with the law label I would not need a rrplacemwnt so Corsicana should be responsible for the delivery feeEspecially seeing as it is illegal toproduce a mattrrss without that lavle in the first placeThat mattress should have been in the store to be sold without that label and in its defective conditionAs it can be seen the mattress is falling apart this occurred prior to 11/30/i was told to sen an email of the bed I did and still have been having a hard gettinf Corsicana to consider even replacing the mattress, and am now being charged a delivery feeThe replacement of the mattrrss and Corsicana's responsibility as should the delivery fee beAs I stated I would not be in this situation had Corsicana abided by the law and included the law label during manufacturing and if they had made a mattress that was not defective.

Per Corsicana Bedding's warranty policy, if the retail store is still open, the consumer is to return to that location for warranty issues. The customer referenced is still open at this time

We have reviewed your photos again and determined that the warranty is denied due to the body impression measuring less than in. A body impression of 1/in or more is considered a manufacturer defect. I have attached the photos submitted by *** *** showing the measurement. Please also see our policy attached as well

I am rejecting this response because:The person that has always slept in this bed as of today is years old, an currently weighs only lbs. This mattress is giving her back problems because when she is on it, it severely collapses where she sleeps. It didn't do this for the first year we owned it from purchase. As the months go by, the mattress sinks even further, to the point that my daughter has made us aware that her back aches in the mornings because of the lack of support from the mattress. I know this company doesn't want to loose money on a faulty mattress, but the reason we purchased this mattress from them was simply because the manufacturer is part of the Revdex.com. We research all companies we purchase from for all our major purchases to make sure they are part of the Revdex.com, with a good rating. We are true advocates of what the Revdex.com does for consumers. We hope that the Revdex.com is going to hold companies like this liable and not take advantage of customers. Please don't allow this company to get away with an A+ rating because it's truly clear that they have gone around in circles with our warranty for their benefit. They are trying to get away with the excuse that it doesn't meet the standard indention without weight on it right now. We are pointing out the problem and trying to be proactive because it's getting worse quickly and affecting our daughters health. We sent them pictures and emails of how bad this mattress is. We are including these pictures so you at the Revdex.com and the manufacturer can see them againThis mattress is only years old, and feels like a year old or more mattress

Per Corsicana Bedding's warranty policy, in order for the foundation to have the full year warranty the mattress and foundation would have to be returned in a setIf you are only returning the foundation, the foundation only has a year warranty
