I am rejecting this response because: I want them to know how absolutely horrible their product is, and that they should be ashamed of themselves for selling box springs made out of cardboard.

Per Corsicana Bedding's warranty policy, stains indicate liquid has come in contact with the layering of the bed.  Liquid to a bed, whether intentional or not, damages the layers and causes break down of the material often causing body impressions.  Therefore, the damage is not caused by a...
