I am rejecting this response because: We did send the picture of the mattress using the bed picture and no--repeat no picture, would properly show the impressions.  They are trying to say we are not telling the truth and so we suggest they send someone out to us to verify what we are saying.  We have certainly tried to do this to the best of our ability.

The consumer's replacement mattress was order** on 09/15/15 and should be deliver** to the store the middle of next week.  Please have the consumer ask for ** at the store in Chicago for any further assistance.  The warranty is being honor**.

I am rejecting this response because:This is the entire nature of our complaint.  The manufacturer is again pushing us back to the store, where we can not get an answer.We have already sent ALL of these forms, pictures, measurements, etc. to the manufacture at that exact email address, and to the store manager, Mr. [redacted].  Mr. [redacted] is the store manager, not a Mr. [redacted].  So I have no idea why the manufacturer would have Mr. [redacted] or Mr. [redacted], for that matter, send in everything I've already sent in personally by email on November 13th, 2015.Again, getting pushed around so they don't have to deal with it IS NOT A SOLUTION.

I am rejecting this response because:They got belligerent on the last phone call......hung up on me.....and didn't call back.  As usual......we usually give up on warranties and buy from another company.Thanks for you assistance anyway.

Per Corsicana Bedding, if the store that the consumer originally purchased the set from is open, the consumer must handle the warranty through them.  The only way we as the manufacturer would handle the claim is if the store is closed or they no longer sale our product.  If the store...

continues to ignore the consumer, Mr. [redacted] can fill out the warranty claim attached and submit the packet to [redacted] for review.

for a Full mattress and foundation is 52X74 (variance of up to 2 inches), The retailer
where [redacted] purchased the mattress is our customer and active with us.

originally purchase occur to obtain a refund. if the store continues to avoid
and denied the claim [redacted] has the option to call Corsicana Bedding with
reference #[redacted]. Corsicana Bedding is offering [redacted] to fill out a
warranty packet and follow the process stated for a replacement for the same
unit or a unit comparable for the unit in question once the warranty has been
approved. A refund is not offered to [redacted] due to Corsicana Bedding is the
manufacture not the retailer where the purchase was placed.

I do apologize, we are unable to accept mattresses in return if there is no manufacturer defect.  The foundations can be returned and replaced, but with only a 5 year prorated warranty per Corsicana Bedding's warranty policy.  Please see the attached warranty packet and highlighted information.

The mattress specified in complaint below is a mattress manufactured for Mattress Firm.  The consumer will have to contact Mattress Firm for the warranty due to Mattress Firm handling their own warranties, although if Mattress Firm denies the warranty please contact us so that we can handle the...

warranty at that time.

response because:We are happy to return them as a set.  The only policy that was stated to us is that it came with a 10 year warranty - this should mean that both of them come with that warranty regardless if it is just the foundation, mattress or both that have the issue.  Saying that because there isn't an issue with the mattress nullifies the warranty is just ridiculous!

I am rejecting this response because: I'm not going to go back and forth. Obviously Corsicana does not stand behind its warranty. I don't know how many times I have to say [redacted] Furniture does not care about their customer. I don't know how many times I have to say [redacted] Furniture does not want to do business with me. I did not go into great detail with how much trouble I have had to go through with [redacted] Furniture to get absolutely no where. Basically your warranty is only as good as the company you bought it from. So, if its bas** on that I have no warranty at all. I have to wait for [redacted] Furniture to go out of business before I can get a replacement mattress. Mind you, I've only had this mattress for 7 months before it went out. I shouldn't even have to go through all of this so soon anyway. I am going to end by assuming this matter will not be resolv**. I have a company ([redacted] Furniture) that does not care about warranties. I have another company (Corsicana) that will only step in after a company goes out of business. That puts the consumer in a great position.

Per Corsicana Bedding's warranty policy, all stains void the warranty.  I have attached a copy of our warranty packet.

Corsicana Bedding's foundations are made of wood and cardboard. They are manufactured of wood with wooden slats and then covered with cardboard and material.  As long as the foundation is 1 year from the manufacture date on the law tag attached, we can warranty the foundation for Broken Boards.  The mattress warranty is still expired due to only having a 30 day warranty.  I have attached a warranty packet for you to fill out and resubmit to [redacted].

Per Corsicana Bedding's warranty policy our 610 Crazy quilt mattress only has a 30 day manufacturers warranty.  This mattress has no warranty left.

Per Corsicana Bedding's Warranty policy, stains void all warranty on the mattress.  Please see the warranty packet attached.

Per Corsicana Bedding's warranty policy, if the retail store where the foundation was purchased is close, Corsicana Bedding will find another store near you to help with warrantying the product.  If the store is too far the only option is to pickup the piece at our nearest production facility.

I do apologize for any inconvenience, we will process the warranty as soon as possible and I will have Janice Brown to contact you immediately.

Any and all stains will void the warranty of any Corsicana Bedding's product as this is stated on our warranty card in section 3.  I have attached a copy of our warranty card for your review.  We are unable to warranty the mattress for them due to it being dirty.

Per Corsicana Bedding's warranty policy, if the store is processing the warranty claim, it is upon the store's discretion to charge a delivery fee.  This is the consumer's responsibility to pay the delivery fee if one is charged.
