Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] The inspector did not say connecting to a septic system was in code He stated it was not He also expressed concerns of the condensation line going out side the way they did that it could freeze and back up into the furnace the back up in the original line was due to a back up in the septic system which has not happened in over years and they put the original one in I will accept $my deductible and the years premium service covering the furnace and A/C I think the trauma and stress caused by this on Christmas day and the fact I had just goten out of the hospital for heart issues and prep for heart surgery makes my request at this time not unreasonable

The unit and ductwork were not placed where I wanted themThis caused a complete change of the intended use of my entire downstairs, but I gave on that and agreed to work with itThe issues that I have brought up are all issues because your workers did not do them right the first time aroundI have had to repeatedly call you to get someone to come fix one thing after another that was not done rightI have given you lists of problems on multiple occasions only to get a few items on the list taken care ofThe last time someone came out to assess the problems I had they made a listweeks later when I called I was told you were waiting for vent covers to come in! A few days later I got a call saying vent covers were in and when the guy showed up that's ALL he had! He said he didn't know anything about any of the other issues and he couldn't fix them because it wasn't on his work order! They still are not fixed! This has been going on since early December! As far as your assumption that I was unhappy with the price, that is not the case at all!! I will happily pay a premium price for premium service! My problem is that I did not get premium service! I have had nothing but headachesI have had to hound you guys to get work doneYou tore up my house and stole my suppliesSo yeah, I finally lost it and cussed at youNow on to my new complainton Saturday it was the first really warm day and we were working in the houseAt 1:the temperature inside hit so I closed the windows and turned on the A/CIt was only outsideBy 6:the inside temperature hit and the A/C was set at 60! I opened the windows back up and turned it off! The price was not the issue, your shoddy workmanship and inability to communicate and meet your customers expectations is the problem! You also said you were giving me $back and revoking my warranty, but big surpriseI haven't received any money from you! It amazes me you guys have been able to stay in business this long! This is in response to Revdex.com ID [redacted] During a conversation with Mr [redacted] we offered to set up an appointment for a Carrier Technical Advisor to visit his home to access the situation We need Mr***'s approval to do so He has also previously been advised that we will cover all repair expenses related to the water damage We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of the situation and want to come to a resolution that will satisfy both parties However, removal of the system and a full refund is not an option We would very much like to coordinate having the Carrier Technical Advisor go to Mr***'s home but as stated we do need his approval We will await your response Thank you

This is in response to Revdex.com ID [redacted] We strive to do our best to meet and hopefully exceed our customers’ expectations in all aspects of serviceIt is encouraged to inquire about any aspect of our service including pricing if it’s thought to be out of line However, our prices are competitive in the market and generated using flat rate pricing which not only includes parts, but also labor & warranty Our prices are not excessive Quite frankly there is a cost to doing business & the price of the part is just a small piece of the puzzleBut, in an attempt for resolution and a sincere interest in satisfying our customer, we would be interested in making an adjustment to the price that he paid We would like to offer him a refund in the amount of $ Hopefully Mr [redacted] will consider this a fair resolution Please let us know We will await your reply Thank you

This is in response to Revdex.com ID [redacted] Please note that on 7/1/we spoke with Mr [redacted] to address his concerns & agreed upon refunding $for the Gold Club membership for resolution (The refund was issued on his credit card & should have already been processed through his bank.) Mr [redacted] phoned us again shortly thereafter as there was an issue regarding a breaker He was going to speak with his wife for clarification We did not hear back from him and are unsure it that was resolved If the breaker was replaced, please let us know & we can issue an additional $as noted in the Revdex.com complaint as the approximate replacement value Please advise Thank you

This is in response to BBB ID [redacted] . We did service Mr. [redacted] ’s furnace in Nov ’15. As noted on the invoice we did detect some rust around the inducer motor and noted some areas in the heat exchanger as well. We also listed other component parts that checked out okay. ... We state honestly what we see or don’t see. We did not include a quoted price for replacement or any repairs. Since Mr. [redacted] has a home warranty we are thinking he may have went through them to have another company service his unit. We most certainly will refund him the $64.95 that was paid by credit card. The reimbursement will be refunded in the same manner he paid. Please extend our apologies to Mr. [redacted] for any shortcomings he felt he received in the service we provided. Thank you.
