Customer called after vehicle had left to state items were missing from vehicleI told him I would investigate the situationI went to talk to assistant manager who delivered the vehicle and the detail department as well Assistant manager told me that he saw the watch in middle console The detail department stated that the remaining items were put in a bag in the back of the SUV I called the customer back and relayed what I had found out He stayed that he would let his wife know were the items where and would get back to meNever heard from him again so figured the problem was resolvedIt is company policy that any personal items left in vehicle are not the responsibility of Body Tec This form is signed by customer

Vehicle is ready to be picked up by customerWaiting on payment from customer to release car Vehicle has been ready for over two weeks First issue we had with customer was that customer stated they never received insurance checkWe called insurance and they sent us verification that
they had sent check to customer and customer had already cashed ck Second issue with customer is that of the deductible Deductibles are reduced when customer brings in valid coupon and repairs are over $2, There is a limit of one coupon per customerCustomer was given the discount but still owes $which customer is refusing to payDon't know were the customer got the idea that their parts were used on another vehicleAlso customer has keys to his vehicle which he took two weeks ago when he first lied about never getting the insurance check

Have resolved all issues with customer on Kia Sorento.  Kia Optima is still under warranty and we will be more than happy to fix all issues related to the repairs done here. Company policy guarantees customer warranty on repairs done but does not cover any rental.

As a tow in facility we pay for the towing bill when a vehicle comes in. We then get reimbursed from insurance or the customer depending if the repairs get done here or not.  In this case repairs were not done here so we had to get reimbursed for the towing bill.  Also as a tow in facility...

we have the right to charge 30 per day for storage fees for having the vehicle here. Had the repairs been done here the storage fees are waived.  All fees are legitimate.

I am rejecting this response because:car has only been ready since friday a week ago when I went to pay balance they refused to give discount I have two coupons . we do not have the keys my wife can verify that I returned the keys after test driving vehicle on wed. Sept. 21,2016 I called to talk to owner and [redacted] refused to give me his number and would not give him message to call me back as a matter of fact [redacted] hung up on me as I was still talking. I will be glad  to pick my car up after not being able to pick it up for almost three months and [redacted] did not deny in front of two witnesses that he used parts that he had to order because they were missing from my car that were not part of the repairs they had to do. who ever responded is lying and I, my wife , and my son were the only ones present when I questioned [redacted] about using the parts on another car that they had in the shop that was like mine
