*** *** ***To Whom It May Concern:I'm sending this email, to inform those at County Waste, Clifton Park, New York that your complete disrespect of sending your 'recycling truck fleet' through my neighborhood at 2:a.mthis morning after I nicely asked you not to is not acceptable.I explained to County Waste in my initial/direct email a month ago,that people are ill, families are getting up early for school and work and that your fleet trucks slamming the containers down as they drive up *** *** *** at 2:30,3:and 4:in the morning is inconsiderate to those of us who live there.My email was ignored and I then followwith the Revdex.com only to receive a return email from County Waste, via the Revdex.com, which was untruthful,stating this was a 'one time occurrence.' It is notI have it all documented.I have a sleep disorder, which I have had for the last eight years and I am required to take medication for itThis stemmed from a major surgery I hadA two-part surgery, which I can provide all of the documentation on.When your fleet trucks come through and wake my family up by slamming the gallon containers down on the ground, I am unable to go back to sleepThis is having a negative impact on my health in addition to having negative affects on me driving to work, and my overall work performanceThis is at least the third time within a month and half that your company has made the decision to pitrash in the middle of the night, despite my kind request asking that you don't.It's unfortunate that the weather this winter has been difficult,but your business practice is hurting my health,as I have been up since 2:this morning (having to be to work for 8:a.m.). I do plan on taking this complaint further and contacting an attorney since you have ignored my simple request to pithe trash and recycling during hours,or if need be, pay your employees to piin the eveningCounty Waste has ignored all of my requestsIn addition to that lied and stated you did it only onceDisrespectful, unprofessional and inconsiderate. Where is pickup?????? Sat 12/31, 3:PM, still no pickup!!!!!! And also no pickup at *** *** * *** ** ** *** * **, As of 3:pm Saturday! (But County Route ** customers picked up*** Service!! Crappy, monopoly service!!Full refund of last payment

*** ***s account was cancelled effective September 30th and we have discontinued to bill her since that date. County Waste containers have were removed earlier today 10/Also, we are currently trying to work on solution to prevent our truck from coming to neighborhood

After reviewing Ms***'s account, it looks like the $was a late fee that was charged to her account since payment wasn't received until 1/We will be more than happy to reverse those charges. Ms*** will not be receiving any more
statements from County WasteIn addition, we will go ahead and refund $that was paid to the accountAs a company we strive to provide the best Customer Service. We proudly service almost 180,households and enjoy a very positive relationship with our customers. We are sorry that Ms*** was unsatisfied

I reluctantly accept County Waste answer Only because I have no other choice First of all the person from County Waste acts like they resolved the issue themselves I had to make many phone calls to them and was on hold for very long times No customer should have to make that many phone calls to get you to do your job Your company is incompetent What about all the time I spend trying to get my garbage cans picked up and then trying to get my money back Lets not forget that I already waited weeks to get my money back and now you are asking for me to wait another two weeks It should not take that long to receive a refund The only reason I spoke to a manager was because one of your employees told me that I had to wait another 6-weeks for my money When I asked to speak to a manager I was told they couldn't find one He called back several hours later and then again I spent more time on the phone trying to do YOUR JOB As far as I am concerned I should be getting my entire months payment back for all of the time I spend on the phone with your company So the only reason I am getting my money back at all is because I called and called you other wise I would have never seen a dime

as the service addressUsually, if the post office is not able to deliver mail at a specific address the mail will be returned to County Waste, we have no record of unreturned mail** ***’s account has been updated and she should be receiving mail from us with no issuesWe do show that the balance on the account was paid in full** *** should have received a pick up on Tuesday 7/14, we apologize that the pick up didn’t happenWe will apply a credit of $which will cover the pick up that didn’t happen on Thursday July 9thAt this time of the year we usually face a very high call volume, if ** *** doesn’t want to wait in the Queue to speak with a representative she could dial ###-###-#### to reach a live person immediatelyAs a company we strive to provide the best Customer Service. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***. County Waste states that February 7, was a 'one time' occurrence but that unfortunately is not the truth, they had picked up the trash and recycling prior to February 7, even earlier at 3:in the morning. I know this, because it wakes up the entire household.On a positive note, I am pleased as the last two weeks, the County Waste trucks have been coming later in the morning which is helpful to everyone in the neighborhood. I have been in touch with those that live on our street and they agree. I ask that County Waste continue to respect the elders, young families, and those that are ill on *** ** ** *** and continue to pias they have been the last two weeks (February 28th and 21st). It's unfortunate that we are experiencing a lot of inclement weather this winter, but 3:30-4:a.misn't acceptableThe residents appreciate you picking up the trash and recycle cans later as you have been the last two weeks. Thank you

I am writing in response to Mrs*** complaintCounty Waste & Recycling picks up trash and recycling on Wednesday's in the Troy areaWe fleet tracked our trucks and both trash and trucks are in the area between 6am & 6:30amOn February 7th the Capital District was expecting a snow
storm to start right around mid morningSince trash needed to get picked up we asked the Town and villages to start our routes early that morningOur trucks were indeed through the area between 3:30am -4:40am but this was just a one time occurrenceWe apologize for the inconvenience

By their own admission I was billed through August and my service was suspended in July!!! Furthermore, all equipment has NOT been picked up as the actual trash container is still in my yardYou can harass me for money I don't owe, but can't be bothered to leave a message on when you'll pick up your equipmentI will note that someone came on my property without my knowledge or permission and removed the recycling container which was emptyIf you'll kindly advise when you'll return to get the trash container, I will be sure and leave it at the end of the drivewayAs previously stated, I will not be paying any additional monies as service was NOT provided.
