I have had numerous phone calls, correspondence with this company and have had billing issues which they fail to recognizethey keep billing me for services in a month they did not performNow they are trying to send me to a collection agencyPlease help.to have the amount they are billing for taken off my bill and to thwart further collection and sending this to a credit agency

Mr*** contacted County waste on November 7th to let us know that we haven't picked up his trash on Friday November 4th which was his regular pick up dayAt that time the representative offered to send a truck back out to pick up both trash and recycling in addition to a service

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.County waste has again failed and refused to pickup on two subsequent occasions: February and March 3. We demand two additional weeks credit for these two additional non-pickups, and we want this credit reflected before County Waste issues the next invoice, covering April to June !!Furthermore we paid for the January to March invoice already, and we deducted one weeks non-service for the non-pickup on January However, County Waste issued an overdue notice, saying that the amount we deducted for Jan non-pickup is still due! Why did we get this overdue notice, when Rohannah answered you that they would issue one week credit ? They have not issued this credit yet !!Regards,*** ***

I do disagree that the "5th week" in the month is some sort of freebie that we should be somehow grateful forWe signed up for the service of WEEKLY PICKUPThey did not provide the service that we signed up for

County Waste has not credited me at all. There is an outstanding balance on my account of $17.96, this is the amount that they should be crediting for the times that they did not pick up my trash, once this past winter and again Memorial Day week of

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. Although their representative, ***, did tell us on 7/that we would be issued a two-week credit of 14.24, that credit has not yet shown up on our bill. On August 3rd when we received a bill for the full amount, we called County Waste again and spoke with ***. *** told us she saw that there was a record of the credit and that we should ignore the bill. Further,, to add insult to injury, we are now receiving robocalls telling us that we are past due on our bill ( one was received as recently as 8/14). We are not!
Also, on August 3rd, when we were scheduled to have our trash pick up, no pick up occurred. On Tuesday, 8/4, we called County Waste again to inform them that our trash had not been picked up on time yet again. It was finally picked up later that day. This is the day (8/4) we contacted Revdex.com
We did have one on-time pi(8/10), and hopefully this will continue. However, as already stated, we have yet to have the credit of $acknowledge on our bill, and we are receiving harassing phone calls saying we are overdue.Regards,*** ***

County waste has refunded me for two months services which is what I was expecting

Hi ***, I am writing in response to *** *** ***'s rejection to case number ***The office was unaware that only the recycling container was removed and not the trash containerPlease have *** *** place the container out on Sunday night and we will be there on Monday to complete the removalAlso, with regards to the billing County Waste is willing to credit all of August Services and will one week in July since *** ***'s account was suspended on 7/which means she received pick ups in the month of JulyWith that being said, *** *** balance on this account is $This account was already sent to a collections company, but has not being reported to the credit bureauIf *** *** makes a payment as soon as possible we will be more than happy to retract her account from collections Thank you!
