I am writing to in response to Mrs*** complaintDue to weather conditions we were not able service her account on 12/Safety is our number one priority and if the roads are bad we will not going to put our employees, our trucks or the public at riskWe apologize for not picking her
up on her regular day, however we did take all the trash from that week and the next weekWe bill per month (Quarterly) weeks in a month, there were Fridays in the Month of December and Mrs*** did receive pick upsWe understand that Mrs*** is upset, we will credit the one week worth of Service as a one time courtesyMrs*** will see that adjustment on next invoiceCounty Waste services approximately 180,households and we are sorry that Mrs*** was dissatisfied.Sincerely County Waste & Recycling

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. County Waste did not contact me. Although my barrel was picked up last week, my account has not been credited for the two pick ups that they did not provide service that I paid for.
TO close this matter, I request that they credit my account for the two pickups that I paid for that they did not render services for. One was Memorial Day week of the other was Christmas/New Years week 2016/2017.

I am writing in response to Mr ***'s complaintMr *** called our office on 11/21/Our representative advised that County Waste will credit the charges for the non-returned containers and process the refund immediatelyMr *** should expect his refund in about weeks

Mr*** contacted County Waste on January 3rd saying that there was no pick upCounty Waste tried calling Mr*** on both numbers provided but his mailbox was fullCounty Waste did pick up the following week since we were running on a delay that week due to the New Years Day holidayAs of
now, there shouldn’t be any issues with serviceFor the inconvenience, we will issue a one week credit to Mr***’s account. In the future, if Mr *** has any issues with service, he can contact me directly 518-877-this way we can get the problem taken care of immediatelyTell us why here
