At this time, I have been contacted directly by Cox and Kings Global Services regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
"margin: 0in 0in 10pt;" class="MsoNormal">I contacted CKGS on August *** once again inquiring about my unreturned payment They responded on August * for proof of payment of the receipt I responded on August *** telling them the money order number and the tracking number of application On August *** they stated again the needed proof of payment in form of reciept On August *** I went to the bank and got the copy of money order and a copy of the cashed money order which shows that it was cashed by CKGS (Cox & Kings) I scanned and emailed them the copy and have not heard back since They have yet to refund my money despite not providing the service the money order was for

The applicant - [redacted] had applied and paid for 10 year business visa and
the application was processed by CKGS for 10 years Business Visa and sent to
the Consulate of India, New York for further review and visa issuance. Upon
review of application of the applicant, the Consulate of India, New York issued
a 3-year Business visa.
The issuance or rejection or duration of the visa is the Sovereign right of the
Government of India / Embassy of India in USA and the Consulate of India, New
York and this decision is not open to any discussion.
Furthermore, as far as the fees are concerned, the total fees paid by the
applicant is $260. Break down of Total Fees paid by the applicant is as
follows:
$240.00 was paid to Consulate of India, New York towards Visa Fees for 10 year
multiple entry Business Visa
$3.00 was paid to Consulate of India, New York towards ICWF Fees (Indian
Community Welfare Fund)
$17.00 was paid to CKGS towards CKGS Service Fee
(*Excluding credit card convenience charge on actuals )
All fees paid to the Consulate of India, New York at the time of submission of
the application and are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Please note that CKGS does not have any role to play in influencing the
decision of the Consulate of India, New York for issuance of visa and duration
thereof and CKGS has remitted visa charges of $243.00 to the Government of
India / Embassy of India in USA and the Consulate of India New York.
In the circumstances as aforesaid CKGS is unable to accede to Applicant's
request for refund of 70% of the visa fees paid due to issuance of visa
duration less than that applied for.

I had to go to the office in person to get the document. Cox and Kings has not sent me refund of $15 that they charged me to send the documents via [redacted].
