Review: I have been gravely disappointed with the customer service, poor handling of documents, and lack of adequate information on the CKGS website. Due to the misleading information provided on the website, I had sent my papers to the NY Center instead of the DC center. I have been spending close to 3 hours each day with CKGS since I had sent the application in order to retrieve the package back, so that I can forward the package to the DC center. This OCI application package contains information for myself and my wife, including her original [redacted] Passport for renunciation. I have also sent them a 2-day pre-paid envelop for them to send the entire package back to me in "as-is" condition. It has been over 2 weeks now, and I have not received a single response from the CKGS people. I am extremely disappointed and concerned. I further hope that I will receive my documents, including my Wife's original passport, soon. I beg for help and assistance. These are sensitive documents, and I believe that CKGS is not managing them properly. I CANNOT lose these documents, especially my wife's [redacted] ORIGINAL PASSPORT. We need to go the India near the end of this month. PLEASE HELP. There is a huge PRIVACY risk the way CKGS manages the documents.Desired Settlement: Please send me my entire package as-is to my home address in the pre-pa envelop provided. It must have all the documents, especially my wife's [redacted] ORIGINAL PASSPORT. Privacy and confidentially must me maintained in managing these documents.

Review: I left my US Passport with Cox and Kings to order an Indian [redacted] for which I paid $139.05 ([redacted] card). I asked to pick up my passport at Cox & Kings, but the woman at the window insisted on courier service only. C& K claimed that my passport was delivered to my home address, but it was not. I did not receive it,. there was no proof of delivery. The delivery service [redacted] claimed they left it at the door. Neither [redacted] nor Cox & Kings is taking responsibility for the non-delivery of service, which is to deliver my US passport with the Indian [redacted] for which I've paid.Desired Settlement: Cox & King will replace my US passport with Indian [redacted] (10 year, multiple entry) as was their advertised service, and deliver to my hands in time for my travel to India, which is on December *, 2015.

Review: I had sent my documents and my original India passport, my Wife's Passport and my son's orginal American passport for processing of OCI applications for me and my wife. My sons application was for PIO service. All the documents were received by the office on 06/**/2014 by [redacted] tracking number [redacted]. Now after this there is no tracking of my documents.On 06/**/2014 I got an email saying my son's documents were not available and asking me to mail to Attention of [redacted]. I sent the documents and it was received by CKGS on June ** 2014 by tracking number [redacted] from [redacted]. Then I got a call from a [redacted] from CKGS New York saying that my son's PIO documents were not there and his passport was available on June [redacted]. He was kind enough to try to help asking me to scan and send the documents. I told him about the earlier email and asked him to try to track the other documents set I had sent. After that I have no replies or mecalls from him. On 06/** I got a call again from a Lady who asked about my OCI and passport and she put the phone down before I could ask her anything. I tried calling the phone number to no avail.

Now I am stuck without being able to apply for a visa since I dont have my son's passport. I dont know what status our OCI applications are in or my son's PIO.

I have my tickets to India on Aug ** which costs around 3000 dollars which if these dont come through, I will have to change and loose a lot of money.Desired Settlement: I would need my Son's PIO soon or atleast his passport back to apply for a emergency visa. Review: I send our OCI and renunciation application to CKGS in June. They acknowledged the receipt of my fees.On June [redacted] I received a phone call asking me to pay another $500.00 for me and my son's application. I send a money order for $500.00 which was delivered to their office on 7/*/14 and was signed by their employee [redacted]. On July [redacted] I received an email asking for the same $ 500.00 again. I send them 4 e mails after that stating the fact that the money was delivered to their office already, enclosed all necessary documents. I did not receive any response since then.I made 3 phone calls after that each one lasting above 30 minutes and I was told repeatedly that they need me to pay $ 500.00. Each representative promised to contact higher authority to resolve this issue immediately, but nothing is done until now. I have elderly mother in India and I need this card to visit her. Initially I applied through BLS international, they went out of business and never refunded my money. Then I was asked to apply through CKGS and I had to pay $1300.00 again. I have been harassed by these 2 out sourcing agencies sine February. Please help me to resolve this issue. I never thought that an application for OCI card can involve so much fraud and harassment.Desired Settlement: I want our OCI card delivered and our [redacted] passport returned as soon as possible.

After several months of delay, I finally got my OCI card and I was asked to convey this message to you by Cox and Kings.Thanks for your help. I am sure it would have been delayed further if I did not report it to you.

Review: Cox and Kings Global Services (CKGS) is the outsourcing company in charge of obtaining [redacted] visas in the United States. I sent my passport to the CKGS office in New York with a money order for $95.00. $80.00 of the money order was for the visa and processing fee. The remaining $95.00 was for CKGS to ship my passport with India visa included to my doorstep via FedEx. This has not happened. My passport and visa are currently sitting in the CKGS office in New York.Desired Settlement: I want my passport with visa for [redacted] shipped to my doorstep immediately.

This is by far the worst company I've ever worked with. I have been trying to get my visa for weeks now, and every time there is an issue, the company is either hard to get a hold of or not compliant. I wish there was another way in order to get my [redacted], but unfortunately, my hands are tied. I think the only way to get this company shut down is by not going to India on a large scale, or complaining with their government.

Review: I applied for a tourist [redacted] for my son * weeks ago. I was given an online update about a problem with one of the forms. I called them immediately and I was told I do not need to send anything and the application will be advanced to be processed. Since then 3 weeks went by and I have been calling them every 3 days regarding this issue. I was constantly told "the case is being advanced". I was also told that the normal processing time for a [redacted] is 3-5 days. I have still not received the [redacted] and in the process of this excessive delay I was unable to travel.Desired Settlement: At this point if they are unable to process the [redacted] I would like my sons passport back and a refund.

Review: My wife and I went to Cox and Kings office in [redacted] to apply for my Wife's and my two daughters PIO ([redacted]) card on 8/**/2014. When applying we chose the option to deliver the completed documents along with their US passports, PIO cards, and cancelled Indian Passports via [redacted] for additional charge of $15 each. At that time, the [redacted] on the window suggested that they can combine the two people's documents in one package, so it would be sufficient to pay $15 each for only two people and save $15. We did as recommended by the [redacted], Paying $15 for my wife [redacted] and one daughter [redacted] with assurance from the [redacted] that they will send my two daughters ([redacted] and [redacted]) document in one [redacted] envelope and wife's ([redacted]) in a separate envelope. After three weeks, we received one [redacted] envelope from Cox and Kings that contained my wife's ([redacted]) document along with one daughter's ([redacted]) documents. We thought my other daughter's documents would be arriving soon in a day or two, so after waiting for two days and not having received the other daughter's ([redacted]) documents, my wife called their customer support and described them the issue. Initially they even refused to act on her complaint asking her to provide prepaid envelope for sending my daughter's ([redacted]) documents. My wife refused to do that as she mentioned the agreement that two daughter's ([redacted] and [redacted]) documents were to be sent to us in one envelope and it is Cox and King's who have messed up so they should send us the documents without any further delays. The representative was still in refusal mode, but later said they will get back to us in 48 hours. Since then we have called their support line three times and have neither received my daughter's ([redacted]) documents nor any acknowledgement.Desired Settlement: I expect Cox and Kings to deliver my daughter's ([redacted]) documents to me immediately without further delay. They cannot ask to pay us (their clients) for their mistakes. I'm providing Cox and Kings Tracking numbers for you reference.

Review: I had submitted my application for Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) in summer of 2014. Early August 2014 I was informed that the OCI Card has arrived from India and I must submit my US Passport to the CKGS Application Centre in New York. I sent this via [redacted] with tracking and was informed that my US Passport was delivered to CKGS Office in New York on August **, 2014. I had also paid $15.00 via money order for return shipment of my US Passport and OCI Card. However, I did not receive these items for a month. I called CKGS customer service number to inquire when should I receive the documents as I need to travel to India soon. I was told that I should be receiving this shortly. Unfortunately, the customer service number is for New York office but the people you speak to are no where near New York and cannot give you accurate inofrmation. I am tired of dealing with such companies and calling them. IN a desperate attempt to get my documents delivered to my door, I even repaid the shipping fee of $15.45 through CKGS Website and in return I got an email stating my documents are ready for pick up from New York Office. I refuse to go to New York to pick this up specially since I spent total of $30.45 for return delivery. I demand CKGS to ship my US Passport and OCI Card and have it delivered to my door step in next 2 weeks. On the side note, my friend went to pick up the passport at the CKGS office and he was demanded to pay additional fees in addition to fees he had already paid during application process. I suggest that the Indian Embassy - US should be careful of contracting such careless companies as BLS International (they stole my $282.00 for previous application) and Cox and Kings Global Services.Desired Settlement: I want my US Passport with the OCI Sticker and my OCI Card to be delivered to my door step via [redacted] within 2 weeks since I have paid twice for this.

Review: CKGS is taking an inordinate amount of time to refund my duplicate application and courier fees for an OCI application. It is now six weeks since I sent the monies and every time I speak to someone, they give me vague assurances but never any exact date as to when I shall get my refund.Desired Settlement: Refund the $470 (Application Fee) + $30.90 (Courier Charges)

I would expect another $500 for the delay / repeated phone calls and time/energy spent in followups.

Review: I applied for a [redacted] card for my daughter on [redacted] October 2014. I sent her ** passport, [redacted] passport and all the documents as requested by CKGS and paid a fee of $391.40. Additionally, I included a prepaid [redacted] envelope so they can ship the passports and the [redacted] card back to me. On October [redacted], 2014, I received tracking number [redacted] to track the progress of the application on their web site. According to the web site, they received the documents back from the [redacted] Embassy on [redacted] November 2014. Since then, I have sent three emails and spoken with their customer service representatives three times. They requested me to send the prepaid [redacted] shipping label to them again so they can ship the documents back to me. I did that within 10 minutes of receiving the note. Since then, each time I have spoken with their representatives, they ask me to be patient, and have told me they have escalated the issue with their dispatch team, and they were guaranteed to contact me within 24-48 hours. Each CSR also asked me if I could go over to their collections center and pick up the documents in person. I had to repeatedly tell them that I'm in a different city hundreds of miles away from [redacted]. There is no way to speak with anyone in their [redacted] office, so I can't even request anyone in person who could mail my documents back to me.Desired Settlement: I want my daughter's documents shipped back to me immediately.

Review: Hi, My Name is [redacted]. I am U.S. Citizen and living in [redacted]. I applied for renunciation of my [redacted] Citizenship upon becoming U.S. Citizen by naturalization. I applied for renunciation and OCI visa application through Cox and King Global services LLC. After they received my application on [redacted] September 2014. I didn't receive any update on my application so I called them 10 times from last two weeks about my application receipt. They only pick up the call during the 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM window though website says It is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Also sent them an email and I received their response that they will send email to New York office about my application and get back to me in 24 to 48 hours and They never call me back. I sent them my [redacted] passport though mail to cancel that .I went there this morning and they didn't let me in to talk to the [redacted].Desired Settlement: Give update on the application as it seems like they have website for application tracking and extend their call center time so we can get answer from customer care.

Review: I am a US citizen trying to obtain a tourist visa for a trip to India from the US. The only way to obtain this visa is through this company, Cox & Kings Global Services (CKGS) who collects passports and visa applications, takes them to the consulate for processing, then collects them from the consulate for return. I submitted all of my materials as required to CKGS for processing and they arrived at CKGS on June [redacted], 2014 (one month ago) by FedEx. According to CKGS tracking they were submitted to the consulate, the visa was issued, and the documents returned to CKGS on June [redacted] (now almost 1 month ago). I also included in the application package a prepaid FedEx return label and envelope for overnight return shipment as requested by CKGS for return of my passport to me. I live over 200 miles from New York and this is why I opted for their FedEx return service. When I saw the visa was obtained on the [redacted] of June I made travel plans for this week (July [redacted]) that require me to have my passport. I assumed the passport with visa would arrive to me within a day or two because I had included the overnight shipping lable. Since June [redacted], I have received two e-mails asking me to verify my mailing address and on July **, I received a FedEx tracking number for a package that has not yet been delivered to FedEx. Thus, l my passport has not been returned almost one month since the visa was issued. I have inquired by phone multiple times but can never reach anyone who is physically in the office and every time they tell me to wait another day. I have tried five times now to get an update on the status of my shipment. One month of my six month visa has already passed while my passport sits in the CKGS office and I desperately need my passport to travel out of the country this week (I indicated this to CKGS, by phone, twice). Because I paid for overnight shipping it is still possible I can travel if only they will return my passport. I feel as if my passport has been stolen and I have no way to recover it. I cannot find any way to contact anyone who can help me retrieve this sensitive document that I now urgently need for travel.Desired Settlement: Return of my passport to the address indicated in the application (and included on the provided shipping label)
