Cpap.com has very good customer service, and are very helpful and careful in helping you choose the correct medical cpap or bipap deviceI rate them 5/The very nature of medical devices is that you just can not take them back, look at any websiteThese people do a good job of matching person to devicemuch better than the other sites I as a cash customer looked atThey are well worth your time
The cpap machine I purchased recently from CPAP.com began to make noises, so I called to inquire about having it serviced under warrantyI was told that it would be evaluated and worked on the same day it was receivedIt was not Several further calls were all met with assurances that I would hear from them "by the end of the day"I did notOne person told me that they do not work on the machines, that it had been sent to the manufacturerIt fact, it was not sentOne person told me that "it is being worked on right now", but that was also not trueToday I was told "well, we have only had it for one week"Is this the way medical equipment service is supposed to work? BEWARE - although they have good prices, they have very POOR SERVICE
I ordered a spare cpap today for traveling, since I was paying out of pocket I had to use a few different credit cards, David R was awesome, he waiting on the phone while I submitted my order, then processed different cards for me due to the expenseHe made this an easy transaction for me and I really appreciated it

CPAP.com has offered to resolve my Revdex.com Complaint by refunding me $185.00. When I receive a check for $185.00, that clears my bank, then I am be willing to drop my Revdex.com Complaint despite the fact that a colleague of mine witnessed me opening up the box that contained the CPAP Unit and didn't notice any "white dust" that allegedly voided the warranty. Also, in the event that CPAP.com does in fact send a valid check for $as offered, this still won't resolve the fact that this company "blew me off" and the fact that neither the President nor the Manager found it necessary to respond to my inquiries. However, when CPAP.com does send the check for $then I will drop the Houston Revdex.com complaintIn response to the belief that I have moved on from this CPAP machine, the machine was my "bamachine" so it had very little usage on it. I still have it. I still want to have it repaired. This particular machine, when in working order, in the recent past has had a significant value on *** when sellers have posted them for resale. I'd still like to get it repaired, but obviously not for the $plus that CPAP.com wants for the repair.

I have been a customer of CPAP.com for many yearsI have bought many masks from them and have always had very quick deliveryToday I placed another order for a new mask and at the checkout time I forgot to put in the promotion code for a 20% discount before I placed the orderI clicked on the chat window and typed in, that I forgot to put in the promotion code and Crystal was there to assist meShe was wonderfulShe updated my order WITH the 20% promotion code which lowered my amount by $She also made the adjustment to my *** accountI am so thankful that Crystal was able to do that for meWonderful company and service!
