This was also before me what he ordered is below: Stock/Stwin turbo Stock/Stwin turbo COLOR = BLACKpiping kit piping kit DOWNPIPE = INCH MODEL = 03- Subtotal Shipping Tax Total 1325.00He ordered this online with no tech help what he needed was hi Jamie I just received my twin turbo piping today and its for an hxover an sso I looked at my order and it says 03-stock over swhich isn't right either I need an s3rd gen style over sJamie stated to the customer if this was out mistake we would eat the cost of the shipping and the item Asked the customer to send the pipe back to us [redacted] would not take it back due to it being a special order itemSent him the address 12/29/Asked for tracking showing where he sent back to us and explained we do not make in house these are special order and are currently held up due to suppliesCPP Diesel

This also was before me from what I can see out website was under construction at the time of this orderThe price did come up as which was less than what we paid for the itemWe did offer the customer first to pay the retail amount of and the customer declinedI do see notes where they contacted the customer offering the item at our cost with free shipping the customer declined and was refundedCPP Diesel

The customer made a purchase from us on March 18th We submitted the order and was told the item needed to drop ship and our warehouse did not have a ship date at this timeThe customer wanted to cancel the orderWe cancelled the order and issued a credit in the full amount of the order

Transmissions times are an estimated time of buildAll transmissions are built to the customer needs At the time our transmission shop was running 2-weeksThese times can be delayed due to parts on back-order, or shop falling behind on the builds etcWe place the order and build in order receivedThe transmission has shipped to the customer

I made my purchase online and with no update in two weeks I started sending emails to all available contacts on their websiteWith no response I had to file a claim with paypal to get someone to email me backAll the response asked for was my name on the order and then I received a refund with no excuseI don't typically go off reviews from forums but I should have listenedI would recommend that you shop elsewhere or at least look at what people are saying about this businessI'd gladly pay more for customer serviceLook under there return service it specifically addresses people that go public about there bad experienceI don't think any reputable shop would have a disclaimer like that!

I've been a long time customer of CPP and have had great experiences with them 1) My orders are taken in a timely fashon2) Appropriate questions are rendered 3) Answers to my inquiries are answered and explained with options when possible 4) Any time that I have ever had a problem with my order it was resolved within a day Thank you CPP

This case did happen before I got here from what I can tell the customer did email us few times and he did get a responseThe item came up at zero dollars at check out and the customer was given the items at cost and no shippingThere was a slight back order issue on the
BD item and I do see where they send him a email letting him know but no response from the customer just a hit with the Revdex.com rights.. CPP Diesel

The engine did ship out and was damaged in shipping We are not sure of the damage/dirt contamination until the engine is brought back in for inspection.. Mr*** signed for a damage engine and now we are awaiting for FedEx to do their inspection before they will allow us to take the engineWe are also picking up the bill for the non-warranty injectors that were damaged due to the melt down from the faulty turbo for the inconvenience

The customer ordered an Custom built engineAt times the machine shop can run behindThis can be due to waiting on parts to shutting down to assist our local coal minesThe customer was updated on the delaysThe customer was sent a engine discloser explaining the process of his
build. Per the paperwork that was sent to him these are non-cancelable the customer signed understanding the terms and conditions on the engine build

The transmissions are custom built to the customer's needsAt times the transmission shop will be delayedAt this time the shop did have an issue with their Dyno unit and waiting on GearsALL transmissions must be Dyno tested before leaving the shop

After getting notification from Revdex.com they processed my credit a month later. Thank you for your help.

The customer purchased an item that was not included in the free shipping category. It clearly states on CPP website anything going freight is subject to the customer paying the shipping cost. The item was ready to ship and the customer refused to pay shipping. The fee was a cancellation fee not a...

restock fee.. Per the terms and conditions all orders that are cancelled are subject to a cancellation feel.
