hi Jamie I just received my twin turbo piping today and its for an hx35 over an s400 so I looked at my order and it says 03-07 stock over s400 which isn't right either I need an s300 3rd gen style over s400.
Jamie stated to the customer if this was out mistake we would eat the cost of the shipping and the item.  Asked the customer to send the pipe back to us [redacted] would not take it back due to it being a special order item. Sent him the address 12/29/13
Asked for tracking showing where he sent back to us and explained we do not make in house these are special order and are currently held up due to supplies.
CPP Diesel

Week after week after week I’ve been told lie after lie after lie about the transmission being on the dyno for over 10 days now waiting on gears. This and that. Never a straight forward answer. I was quoted 3-4 weeks when I gave CPP my very hard earned 5400 dollars. That was August 9th they took my money. Now it’s November 3rd and I’m really starting to wonder if this transmission is ever going to come because I know the money is gone I just got nothing in return except for false promises and lies. Being straight forward with your customer is a much better idea than throwing them around in your bag of deception and fibs. Grown up people

The business responds stating that, "The customer purchased an item that was not included in the free shipping category." but fails to acknowledge how the item could have been entered into the cart with a $0 freight charge if freight was not advertised as free.  The fact that I placed the item into the cart with a $0 freight charge is evidence that the freight was advertised as free and therefore any claims that it did not fall into the "free shipping category" indicate the company is acknowledging their false advertisement.  Then the business states, "It clearly states on CPP website anything going freight is subject to the customer paying the shipping cost."  This statement is indeed on the website in the "shipping & returns" section but when freight is advertised as free and there are no issues with processing the purchase in the cart why does the company expect their customers to read the "fine print?"The business then states, "The item was ready to ship and the customer refused to pay shipping."  Of course the item was ready to ship.  All they had to do was call Carli Suspension and place the order.  Which of course they did not do because they hadn't received confirmation from me that I would authorize the additional freight charge they wanted me to pay.  As I stated previously, no one at CPP contacted me to let me know there was an additional freight charge.  No one at CPP called me to inform me my order was delayed.  I called them 13 days later after I didn't receive an email response where I inquired about my purchase.  It was not until I took initiative that I found out CPP's website was falsely advertising free freight and that my order was not being processed.  Because of my timeline to install the product that waiting period was completely unacceptable and further illustrates the poor customer service from CPP.  The last sentence the business responded with is, "The fee was a cancellation fee not a restock fee.. Per the terms and conditions all orders that are cancelled are subject to a cancellation feel."  CPP has gone back and forth with calling this a "cancellation fee" or a "restocking fee."  Whatever they wish to label this unnecessary charge is their choice and does not change the issue at hand.  It is true that in the "shipping & returns" section of their website it states that "all order cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee."  I completely understand why they would feel the necessity to charge customers this fee if the customer made a mistake which is utilizing the businesses resources.  However, the situation I am describing is completely different.  I have proved my point that this issue stems from false advertising of free freight.  I have email records to indicate that I was never informed about the delay in shipping or the desire to charge me an additional freight charge.  And when I found their lack of customer support and the surprise additional freight charge completely unsatisfactory I cancelled the order over the phone.  The lady who cancelled the order did not say anything about a "cancellation fee" or a "restocking fee" and she completely understood the fault of the business in this matter.  It is shameful how CPP will not own up to their mistake and correct the issue at hand.  I feel sorry for the employees at the company (especially one I have had numerous email exchanges with) who have to work for someone like the owner and with individuals in the credit department who all have poor moral compasses.

Transmissions times are an estimated time of build. All transmissions are built to the customer needs.  At the time our transmission shop was running 2-3 weeks. These times can be delayed due to parts on back-order, or shop falling behind on the builds etc. . We place the order and build in order received. The transmission has shipped to the customer.

this company does not stand behind there products, they are extremely hard to get in contact with and there products are not as advertised

if you pay with a credit card and he didn't give you your money back just have the credit card company reclaim it for you by filing a dispute. it's 100% legal or else the credit card companies wouldn't do it. also juat look it up. Jamie will try to tell you otherwise and let him call the police on you. just makes him look bad. wish you all luck on getting your money back. he screwed me also.

Review: I purchased a product off of CUMMINSPERFORMANCEPARTS.COM. The product is a Fabtech K1006 Crossmember kit. I paid the advertised sale price of $689.41 with free shipping on March 27th 2014 through PayPal. The order number is #[redacted]. On April 1st 2014 I received an e-mail stating that the advertised price was not correct. I was informed through the e-mail that the correct price is $1897.96 and that they would not send the product until the remainder was paid. I checked the website right after that and the regular sale price is now set at $698.41. If the price is incorrect then why is it still advertised for the sale price I paid on March 27th? I would like to know what can be done to keep companies like this from stealing peoples money. What can be done to get the product I ordered for the price I paid. I contacted PayPal about the matter already. They informed me that they could only request that they send me the product, but most likely I would just receive my money back. If this is how this company does their business then I would not have them as a member. I am being held responsible for their mistake...if it is even a mistake or more likely on purpose hoping the consumer wants the product and would be willing to pay the difference to get the product.Desired Settlement: I would like the product I ordered for the price I have already paid.

Response:

This also was before me from what I can see out website was under construction at the time of this order. The price did come up as 689.41 which was less than what we paid for the item. We did offer the customer first to pay the retail amount of 1897.96 and the customer declined. I do see notes where they contacted the customer offering the item at our cost with free shipping the customer declined and was refunded. CPP Diesel

Review: I ordered a engine rebuild kit for my 1996 dodge cummins. I had the option to add a cummins oem head gasket which I did for the extra fee of $80. Come to find out cummins performance parts sent me the wrong gasket when I ordered and paid for a oem cummins gasket. They sent me one with the part number [redacted], which is not an oem gasket. I contacted them through email and they responded saying it had already been 30 days. So returns or refunds aren't issued, but I was never given the product that I paid for and they were misleading to making me think I was getting that product.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund. Mr. [redacted] ordered:

Review: I purchased a BD Super B turbo from cummins performance parts on 9/2/2013. After receiving it I found that it was the wrong type. So I was going back and forth with the owner of Cummins Performance Parts (CPP), on it being the correct type in emails and on 9/25/13 he agreed to allow me to return the unit. So on 9/27/13 I called the office of CPP and spoke to a [redacted] and he setup the return to BD Power who was the manufacturer and who it was shipped from when I ordered the unit. He gave me an RMA# [redacted] and address to return it to, and asked that I email him a tracking number once shipped. I shipped the unit back to BD Power on 9/27 using FedEx. The tracking Number was [redacted]. It was delivered to BD Power on 10/03/2013 @ 1:28 PM and signed for by a T Woodbury. A couple of weeks go by and I did not hear anything from CPP and so I emailed [redacted] and the owner on 10/7/2013. I asked how the RMA process was going and asked for specifications on the turbo I wanted to get in exchange for the one I sent back. The owner replied and answered my questions on the specs of the turbo, but did not say anything about the credit for the RMA. So I decided to give it some more time and I got busy working a lot of Over Time to try and pay for this 5.9 diesel engine overhaul as the turbo was only one part that needed to be replaced. 5 weeks go by and I contacted him on 12/4/2013 and asked about the RMA and credit for turbo return and the owner stated that he would check on it on 12/5 when he got back to the office. I have not heard anything from them. Since then I have sent about 4 more emails and made 2 phone calls. No one from CPP has responded. It has been 3 months since I returned this turbo and have not received any credit or refund. This turbo cost me $1000.00 and I have nothing to show for it.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a refund as I feel I would get the run around again if I got a exchange from CPP. It is a shame that this could not have been on better terms, as I have more parts to purchase and more business to do with online retailers.

I am writing this email in regards to case ID #[redacted]. The customer was originally emailing [redacted] who worked with us for a short period of time. When [redacted] left, we were not informed of the issue with Mr. [redacted] and when I became aware, I was on a business trip. I sent the customer a refund from my cell phone based off the info I got from a phone call. When I got the letter from the Revdex.com, I immediately called the customer so that we could work out our issue and get a explanation from him as to why he filed a complaint. We found out that the card number that I refunded was not the correct number and I again credited him right away. The customer and I spoke after he was credited and I forwarded him a copy of his receipt showing that he was credited the full amount plus $200 for his troubles. We hope to put this all behind us and further our business in the future. Thanks

Review: I bought a front bumper from cpp diesel and got a bumper from cpp diesel. they send it to me in a box that only had 6 sheet rock screws on each side of the wood box they sent me.and the bump weight is about 175 lbs. so ups gets it to my house with missing parts cause it came apart.so not only is there parts missing but some of the bumper parts were not made the way we agreed. so I talk to the sale lady to get the right parts for my truck. she said she will have him burn it out the next night and they will send it out.a week gos bye and I get an email stateing to me that cpp diesel was sending me a package.sure enough its not the right parts again they sent me the stock peaces. for the bumper not the peaces that were speical make for my truck. ive sent count less emails and then the guy who took my order the first time calls me up and we go over the peace again on what they need to make . its now going on three weeks and they will not return any email and im guessing there not going to finish my bumper. order# [redacted] cpp-bumper2g-2Desired Settlement: need to finish my bumper or give a refund of my order.

Review: I ordered a [redacted] from the Cummins Performance company once I received the brake I happened to realize it was the wrong brake so I returned the brake in error to [redacted] Company. Once I realized the mistake I contacted [redacted] and a credit was issued to Cummins on the 06/03/2013 #[redacted]. I have tried repeatedly to contact the company no calls have been returned/no response. I even enlisted the help of [redacted] at [redacted]. [redacted] was promised on Sept. 4, 2014 that a refund would be issued as of Oct. 21, 2014 nothing from them. On Oct. 16, 2014 he once again sent all the information concerning this matter to Jessica and she promised to look into it. No response. Again on Oct. 20, 2014 an email was sent to Cummins stating all the information needed to process the refund again no repsonse from them. My daughter has an email trail that will prove that they were contacted by [redacted] repeatedly with no response from Cummins. This has been going on for over a year now this is inexcusable customer service and how many other people have been swindled out of their hard earned money?Desired Settlement: a refund including all shipping charges total amount due: $689.15($634.15 for the part pluse $55 for returning the unit)

Review: I ordered injectors for my truck from this company and they posted the charge of $1275.00 to my account on 5/30/2014. I called the company several times asking where it was and they said they were backed up and it was almost done. I did not receive these parts until July 24. When I installed them in my truck the following week, they worked for 3 days but then they malfunctioned. I tried calling the company many times but they either leave me on hold then hang up on me or the woman picks up and tells me the guy I need to talk to is busy and he will call me back but never does. I finally ended up taking the parts back out of my truck and sent it back to them. I've tried to call them again since I sent them back and again they just leave me on hold. I timed it the last time and it was 1 hr and 56 min then picked it up and hung up on me again.Desired Settlement: At this point I just want my money credited back to my account because I don't want to deal with this company anymore.

Review: I ordered a turbo piping kit from this company on 9/10/13 the kit that I received was for a different set of turbos than what I ordered for when trying to get this problem corrected I would either not get a reply or get an email saying that I ordered them wrong till I told them I still have the receipt of what I ordered then I got an email back saying that they would fix the problem and when a couple months would go by after not receiving anything I would go through the same deal it is now 5/1/14 and the problem still hasn't been corrected.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the correct parts.

This was also before me what he ordered is below:

I've been a long time customer of CPP and have had great experiences with them. 1) My orders are taken in a timely fashon. 2) Appropriate questions are rendered. 3) Answers to my inquiries are answered and explained with options when possible. 4) Any time that I have ever had a problem with my order it was resolved within a day. Thank you CPP.

I made my purchase online and with no update in two weeks I started sending emails to all available contacts on their website. With no response I had to file a claim with paypal to get someone to email me back. All the response asked for was my name on the order and then I received a refund with no excuse. I don't typically go off reviews from forums but I should have listened. I would recommend that you shop elsewhere or at least look at what people are saying about this business. I'd gladly pay more for customer service. Look under there return service it specifically addresses people that go public about there bad experience. I don't think any reputable shop would have a disclaimer like that!

[redacted] Said:

Hello I am still waiting on the rods I will update you with tracking once I have confirmation.

OK

You Said:

Hello there [redacted]. This is [redacted]. I received some bearings and gaskets. Pistons, springs, rods, cam and barring tool are still to come. The spring compressor tool is supposed to come with the springs.

One question? Are the stock spring retainers going to be good enough with the increased spring pressure?

Give me the eta for the other parts.

Sincerely

[redacted] Said:

Hello we are still waiting for the harden rods to come in. I am very sorry for the length of time. If you have a set of cores to send in I can get them harden and get to you a lot faster.

The retainer question:

what kind of HP are you making?

Order from Oct 16

Nov 10th 2015 @ 1:26 PM

You Said:

To whom this may concern. This order was placed with [redacted] and at that time all matters of concern were addressed. It was know that the stock cracked cap rods were to be replaced with the 12 V rods of earlier models. Not having cores was also know at this time.

The delay in time is a problem!

Had the time factor been known at time of order or within reasonable time I could have looked for some rods else where. Now we are stuck or so it seems.

The hp is 700+

I well look for alternatives please keep me informed

and do not stop getting those rods in.

Sincerely

In regards to your response time

You Said:

Yesterday 11/10/15 I spoke with a lady who told me she would check the status of the order and let me know . I see no such response. I have done my do diligence to help remedy the situation by finding vendors that have the missing parts. At this juncture incompetence comes to mind. If some one tells me one thing and does another I am going to find out why and have the proper action taken.

You are causing punitive damages and proper compensation is in order. I am not joking.

Re: In regards to your response time

[redacted] Said:

Hello I am sorry they just got back to me.

Mahle Piston Assembly w/o Rings and Calico CT-2/3 Piston Coating

The Rods we can get new ones from Industrial Injection but we use cores and then have them redone. New ones would run 1850.00 plus a 300.00 core.

I am very sorry yours is the next to go out.

Thank you for the response

Nov 12th 2015 @ 12:57 PM

You Said:

There is an issue of pistons and a barring tool as well.

It would really be helpful to narrow the time line on this stuff. Can you give me a reasonable expectation?

Re: Thank you for the response

[redacted] Said:

The Rods can be another 2 weeks

I well look for some cores on my end. I still need to know the stat on the pistons and barring tool.

Let me know asap

I called today at 10 AM pacific time. I followed the promps and entered 3. Was told I was next in order to be answered. I waited 35 minutes and hung up.

I called back and entered 1 for new order. I was told I was second in order and waited 25 minutes then I hung up. I don't know about you but I bet if you were treated this way you would be pretty steamed up.

You do not return calls and you do not follow up. you do not keep your client informed properly.

Give us our money back on the parts that are not delivered and we well move on. If not I well seek legal action starting with the Revdex.com and so on. I am easy to get along with just don't ignore or evade. Together it can work just be honest and realistic at the time of ordering.

your service

Nov 16th 2015 @ 1:20 PM

You Said:

It is 10:14 AM Monday the sixteenth of November. I have once again dialed your number to speak with a rep and am on hold. I give up with you people .

You well be hearing from us.Desired Settlement: I would like these people to know that keeping clients properly informed is essential to the well being of all involved.

It seems nobody cares at this company and they don't answer the phone if they know it is a unhappy customer.

My client is very frustrated because of the time delays. There is no reason for these mishaps other than a lack of professionalism. We are currently incurring expenses because of cpps lack of honesty. Litigation against cpp well ensue if there is no response from cpp. We are asking for a refund on the p[arts that have not been shipped.

Review: I contacted Cummins Performance Parts about buying an ATS transmission, and was told they could build a better one for the same price. I removed my transmission and took it to them and was told by the owner [redacted] that they would have it done in three weeks. Four months later and after multiple phone calls I got my Transmission back. They paid for the shipping in order to make up for the amount of time it took to return my transmission. When I got the transmission back, it was missing parts on the outside that had been on it when I brought it to them. Feeling like I may have been lied to about the work, because of past issues I hired a transmission tech to take it apart in front of me. Half of the parts were after market, the other half were actually old parts from the original transmission, or another used one. all of the steel plates were used, to include in the overdrive. A helicoil had been used in the pump housing and metal shavings were in the pump. the band was used, no extra clutches were in the over drive or the main unit. Bolts were cross threaded in the overdrive with metal shavings in the overdrive unit. I spent $1300 to get the parts I needed. and more in labor. Truck was down for six months, costing me a lot of income as it is used to deliver hay. I called [redacted] with Cummins performance parts and he wasn't there, got no call back, called again, nothing, emailed, nothing. Finally called and said I was coming down there. [redacted] Called me back and failed to take responsibility for it, blaming the transmission shop. I called them, and the owner doesn't even think he worked on that transmission. [redacted] with Cummins Performance parts didn't commit to making it right, and seemed disinterested in solving the issues.Desired Settlement: I want refunded what I paid in replacement parts, nothing else, not even the labor. just to be done with it.

Review: I ordered a CPP CYLINDER HEAD (07.5-13 CUMMINS) on 4/25 from CPP and was promised it would be here with in 7 to 10 days after they argued with me about the core charge and not getting that. I took my truck to Performance Authority where the part was being shipped to. After 10 days it still hasn't came in so I called and they gave me a story about how there's a delay in the shipping we will contact the shipping company and see what's going on... I called back the next day "Jessica" with CPP gave me a answer that the wrong shipping company pick it up and the part is now in a different state and we will get it to you when possible.. (Frank) the owner of Performance Authority who is working on my truck finally called CPP and was getting angry with them cause the truck had been sitting there and he wants it out of his shop and that told her I paid $200 for the shipping and that you better find a way to get it to me this is a work truck she said that she understood. After 3 more days go by I got a phone call that they refunded the $200.00 and that my part is on its way. Every day to every other day I had called them to check the status on this part nobody seemed to know what was going on. By now its been a month Performance A. called me 5/23/2016 and said that they part came in and they will get the truck going. On 5/24/2016 the mechanic called back and said its the wrong head it wont fit your truck. I called and talked to Jamie which he was not happy with me Ill I asked was for a refund and he said that he needed proof that the head is wrong I sent him 2 different pictures as well as emails about it being wrong and performance authority also sent pictures and called this guy saying to refund my money so we can move on. Jamie refuses to refund the money. I am just tired of all the promises and lies and just want my moneyDesired Settlement: I would like my full refund of $2,849. If you would like to minus the $200 off of that because you did refund that to me that is fine... I would just like to send back the part and get my money and move on this is my work truck and I am losing out on lost of business. I am just tired of all the promises and lies and just want my money

Review: I ordered a heavy duty transmission for my truck from this company under two years ago and it recently stopped working. I've had a local transmission service technician open up the transmission to find that what is wrong. I've been told by my local technician that this transmission is not what I paid for which is lack of heavy duty parts I was billed for in the original receipt given by CPP.

The report that I received from my local tech was that the transmission is a basic stock transmission with a billet input shaft, worth only $3500 and I paid $6649 before tax. I now have to pay around $3000-$4000 for my local technician to build the transmission to the level I originally ordered and replace failed parts.Desired Settlement: I require reimbursement for the difference of value from the product I paid for and the product I received. the amount of compensation is for the repair and upgrade of the transmission to what I ordered, which was a heavy duty transmission with a billet output shaft and billet hard parts.

Review: I started this deal in October of 2014 and I am just now closing the absolute worst experience in anybusiness dealing since I have been in the truck sales and service business. ln over 40 years in dealingwith suppliers, this is by far my most horrible experience. We spent $17,998.00 on two engines from CPP for one of our best customer's 2 trucks, on October 14th,2014, today lgot a $4,50O.OO refund, May, 9th 2015.We installed one ofthe engines in one of our customer's truck; it ran like a sewing machine for onehour. We drove the truck 100 feet and the engine began a horrible knock. This is how my nightmare with this company began. When anyone deals with this company, my advice is to read everything you can about warranties andreturn policies BEFORE YOU PAY FOR ANYTHING First,we ordered these engines, I told them I would pay for one and when they both got here I wouldpay for the other one. They told us that they would be here in two weeks because the machine shopwas backed up and they didn't have any engines on the shelf. I called two weeks later and they had noteven ordered the engines yet. 4 weeks later, we finally got approval for delivery, but then he would notship until he received FULL payment and denied he agreed to take payment when both engines arrivedat my shop. Now my customer is ready to shoot me, I needed the engines, so I paid. BIG, BIG mistake! The warranty on the engine on the web site read, 3 years. One month after we purchased the engineswe received, after many requests, the warranty regristration forms. lt is NOT warranted for 3 years asadvertised. lt is 3 years for a pickup truck, 2 years for an F350, F450, F550 it is one year if any of thesetrucks are used commercially. Then in order to make the warranty good, a person needs to install NEWturbo chargers, {2 at about S1,500.00), NEW injectors (8, at about 5400.00 each), NEW oil pump (1 atabout 5950.00), NEW EGR cooler (2 at about 5585.00 each). I was told NONE of this prior to themgettlng $17,998.00 of my money. Then, if it fails, I need to remove the engine, send back to CPP and letthem decide, fthey willcover the claim, which of course they did not. ALL these charges are at MYexpense. ln addition, all of a sudden there is NO return policy. Their claim is that these are CUSTOMengines, although it says NOWHERE in theirweb advertising about custom engine. So, now i'm outS17,998.00, I have one engine I have not even taken out of the crate, one engine in their possession thatthey tell me something was ingested into the engine and it failed. Of course they are in Pennsylvaniaand I am in Missourl. No way to prove the engine ingested anything. I cannot sell the engine in the crate, they will not buy it bacck and they sent me $4,500.00 to settle the failed engine. They will not tell mewhere the engine was remanufactured, so, I cannot put a warranty on this engine in the crate, because Ido not know who did the remanufacturing. I even offered to sell it back to them at a 20% restockingcharge. They will not buy it back for any amount. To settle with my good customer that I made anenemy of because of the defective engine, I purchase new engines from Ford and have not had anyproblems. These engines are $12,500.00 for a complete engine which includes the componentrymentioned earlier, with 3 year warranties,This only scratches the surface of the heartache we experienced with this company. They WILL NOTanswer the telephone in a reasonable time- At times I stayed on hold for over 45 minutes. The averageon hold time with these people is about 15 minutes. The owner WILL NOT return messages. You have tocall in on a phone they are not familiar with and just hope he will answer, again after being on hold foran average of 15 minutes. I have been dealing with this company for 7 horrible months. I wouldn't wishthis company on my worst enemy. The help employed by this person is very personable, but the owner is extremely rude, and ignorant. Iwould advise anyone doing business with this company to use a credit card because when you haveproblems, do not expect any satisfaction from Cummins Performance Products. At least you can getyour charges reversed when you have problems. Just read the Revdex.com reports. Out of 12 complaints, only 4have been resolved. 8 have not even been responded to.THIS COMPANY IS FROM THE BOWELS OF HELLDesired Settlement: We would be satisfied with a refund of the full price we paid for the engine that we purchased from CPP.[redacted], President
