We have days to register a vehicle before the tax office charges penalties, but the temporary tag that is issued to the customer is good for sixty days Due to different circumstances we are not always able to register the vehicle with in the days, but almost all our deals have it
done before their temporary tag expires In this situation the deal was contracted on July 4, The registration was completed on August 25, The registration was processed as soon as we received the title from the bank

Mr*** paid $24,when he purchased his first vehicle in May of 2015. Mr*** then traded within months of the original car deal. He did not give himself time to build any equity in theoriginal car

7-25-2:50PM I contacted the customer and agreed that Automax would replace his AC compressor at no charge to him, we scheduled appointment for Monday or Tuesday of next week, what ever is convienent to the customer. I also advised the customer that he has a model year vehicle with
236,miles on it and with the replacement of the AC compressor he may have other issues come up that we are unaware of at this time that we could not accept responsibility for. The customer agreed with the resolution

I am rejecting this response because:
I reject the previous message from the business for the following reason:
Shortly after *** Automax Ford replaced the steering gears and tie rod end on my Ford Explorer less than a month ago, I started to feel something loose in the front left side of my car and was getting feedback in my steering wheelI took the car to the local Ford dealer here in ***, ** as I have moved immediately following the initial repairs in ***The Ford dealer here in *** discovered that the tie rod end that was supposedly replaced by Automax Ford was loose, which caused my front end to come out of alignmentThese repairs cost me an additional $149.96, and I would like full re-reimbursement of this charge as it was a direct result of the negligence of Automax Ford's service department.

Automax (*** *** ***) has been in contact with Mr*** and has asked that he bring the vehicle into Automax Service for a diagnostic of the transmission to determine what is wrong and what can be done to fix it

Automax ownership has reviewed Mr*** response and agrees to send him a refund in the amount of $110.00. We hope this will resolve this issue to his satisfaction

Customer service in service area not positiveWife was told one thing and when car was brought in I was told something elseI had to get manager involved to get it fixed....saw lots of complaints while waiting

On April I went to have my Ford F-I had bought the previous day inspected for Hub caps rattlingTheir fix? They told me to go return my vehicle and they could help me get into a newer Ford F-I would not recommend going to them unless you want to go for a service on the vehicle and be told its better to just buy one from their lot

I went to have my vehicle repaired at Automax Ford in Killeen on Tuesday, April 28, The service representative, David C***, gathered my information and sent my vehicle to the service shop for diagnosticsTheir findings were that my throttle body, fuel sensor, and gas cap needed to be replacedI asked how long it would take to fix and I was told it wouldn't take long to repair, but they did not have the needed parts on handI was told that the parts would be ordered that day and usually arrive in about a dayI was told to follow up with them on Wednesday April 29, 2015, which I didAt that time, I was told that the parts hadn't arrived and was told to check in again on Thursday, which I did periodically during the dayNear the close of business Thursday, I was told to come in the following morning to receive expedited repair services if the parts had arrivedOn Friday, as instructed, I returned to the dealership and was informed that the parts were not in, but would arrive within an hourWhen the parts finally arrived, I received a phone call, took my vehicle back in for service, only to find that parts ordered were incomplete and could not be used in the repair of my vehicleIt had also come to attention that the parts had not been ordered on the date promised, which accounted for the delay in their arrivalMy vehicle is still in need of repair and my issues have not been resolvedMy customer service experience has been negative throughout, from the purchase of the vehicle to the time at which the vehicle needed repairI have been lied to, misled, and dismissed multiple times with regard to the condition of the vehicle at the time of sale and when trying to receive service on a vehicle purchased from this locationIt has been my experience that the staff are more interested in sales and commissions than customer service and repeat businessFurther, it is not likely that I will ever deal with this company again, nor will I recommend them to anyone

We heard an advertisement on the radio that this place bought your vehicle without you having to purchase on here or trade in yoursSo we wanted to sell our truckWe went in and the receptionist said yes we buy vehicles hereSo we spoke to a salesman named ShannonNothing but lies after thatHe said they do not buy vehicles for cashThey only do trade insSo we went ahead and decided to purchase a VW JettaFirst of all the truck was in mine and my husbands nameShannon only put my husbands name on the loan because he made more moneyBut he never said he was going to do it like thatWe didn't find out til it was to lateThen a week later the electrical system went out on the carWe took it back and said we wanted another vehicleHe said they'd have the service dept look at it and that it was to late to get another car that the deal was doneSo I called the lean holder Santander and she said no it hasn't even been finalized yetSo we went back in and told Shannon what she saidHe then goes to talk to his boss and comes back and begrudgingly shows us some more cars to look atWe bought a Ford FocusThey told us when we bought it that we could also have our oil changed and tires rotated at any ford service deptThat was another lieI went to the Ford place in BeltonThey said we weren't warrantied through FordSo I showed him our service plan we are paying for and it shows it's only through AutomaxSo we now have to drive to Killeen everytime we get an oil changeAnd were only covered for oil changesAnd it has to be every 5,milesNo soonerBut we sure are paying extra money every month for this service planHorrible placeNothing but liesWe will never step foot on this property againNot to mention we use to repo cars and we had a few to pick up here in the pastIt's so unorganizedThere were cars on there lot they didn't even know about
