Automax would like to thank you for the opportunity to help clear up this matter.
 
We can confirm that Automax entered in to a conditional sales agreement to hold the grey Ford Mustang that the clients had picked out. The conditional sales agreement is designed to hold the vehicle for a client until agreeable finance terms can be reached between a lending institution and the customer.
 
We worked to find the purchasers financing at the term and rate they agreed to purchase at, however, we ultimately were unable to find a lending institution that would agree to the terms requested. The best callback we received was at the higher rate and required a substantial initial cash investment from the customer.
 
In response to the desired settlement from the customer, we have attached a copy of the conditional sale / rescission agreement with this reply and we would be happy to share the (dated) bank specific information in person upon request.
 
Also, the grey Ford Mustang that the customer selected has not been resold at this time and is currently still in our inventory. The ‘sold tag’ in this vehicle was for the client and we have to move all inventory from time to time because we have limited parking.
 
Again, Automax we appreciate the opportunity to provide our customer’s a better understanding of our commitment to them. We are constantly working on improving ways to make our customer’s experience more enjoyable and satisfying.
