If I could give ZERO stars I would, we contacted the company about how there must have been a mistake because my husband only got a flashlight, deck of cards and a canteen with filter for $130. I could have found all of the items on Amazon.com for a total of maybe $40. They also deleted my husbands honest reviews about how he felt he got ripped off and how nothing even got resolved when he contacted them. Will never try them again and we will be warning people to save their money!

This is supposed to be a monthly subscription my first order was on 12--2017 and they claim you can cancel anytime but before I could even decide if I like the product they build my card again two weeks later now they refuse to refund my money telling me the the product has already been pulled from the shelves and packaged for delivery. When I told them to cancel they told me it was too late for this month...no
You can't call something a monthly subscription if you are going to be billing people every two weeks...I want my money back.

While signing up for a subscription the Crate Club leads you to believe you can sign up for monthly subscription. When you go to check out it abruptly signs you for a yearly subscription for $1368.43. My wife immediately cancelled my subscription but they took the whole amount out of our account. We emailed them a week ago stating our problem and they will not return our emails. There is also no way of getting ahold of them besides email. No phone number.

We are sorry you did not realize all our 6 and 12 month subscriptions are prepay only and that cancellations only affect the auto renewal of the orders, not the original orders placed. This information is clearly stated on our FAQs, and our marketing team has made adjustments to the website in the past to reflect the subtotal in a pop-up window and during the checkout process to reflect the total charges. To make a gift, a customer can subscribe and then cancel after payment has gone through to order it as a one-time shipment/term length. For this reason, automatic refunds are not issued for cancellations.

A full refund has been issued to you, and you may keep the shipment instead of returning it to save more work on your part. Please reach out if there is anything else you have questions about.

I signed up for operators crate with them for $600 for 6 months I was in turn charged $1800. When I brought the issue up with them they quickly adjusted the issue and stated they would provide me with a refund in 2-3 weeks. I emailed them again regarding the matter and they replied again stating they would look into it and get back to me, that was two weeks ago. It’s now been over two months.

I went online and wanted to try crate club for ONE MONTH. I proceeded to order and it was supposed to be $24.99 with free shipping. After I paid it says that the bank card was charged $406!!! They DO NOT inform you that they charge for a full year which is not what we wanted. I have emailed them and left messages on Facebook but they refuse to answer. I don't have my money for my mortgage because this company STOLE it all!!

I requested a refund and cancellation of my membership prior to thefirst product of the annual membership being shipped. I received a reply that my membership was cancelled and that I would receive a refund within 10-15 business days. Today marks the 17th business day and the refund has not happened. The website states 24-48 hour response time with emails. I have been waiting for an email response for 8 days. Their facebook page states a quick reply through messenger. I have sent 3 messages, all of which have been ignored.

I ordered from crate club. Their advertising is false and I wasted over 250.00 on a 2 months of crates ( actually no crate, only a cardboard delivery box). Items that were supposed to be military or tactical were actually cheap items that you could get anywhere like Home Depot. Items I received consisted of coffee mugs, beer openers, flashlight, knife, playing cards, etc. This was an operators crate that was the second best.The picture shows a huge crate with 10+ military items. I cancelled the second I received 1st cratebut still they sent me another. After few emails they finally responded and basically said oh sorry, your are cancelled. Buyer beware

I was charged for a 12 month subscription that I did not sign up for and was charged over $100 in shipping fees. The company is only available to contact through email or Messanger, they do not provide a phone number. Attempted numerous times to contact them to cancel and submit refund with no response. They failed to provide a review before finalizing order. Orders received are not what they have been advertising. This business is a scam.

The Crate Club is a bait and switch company. That advertises special ops items and tactile gear for a monthly subscription fee. They advertise you will receive a crate monthly filled with hand picked items by Veterans. Sadly, when we got the “crate” which was really a small 4 c 6 padded envelope it contained 2 items that are cheaply made and definitely not worth the money EVEN if picked by a Veteran. My husband is a Veteran and I bought this subscription for Christmas for him. It was a clear disappointment. When I emailed them about how dissatisfied I was about the whole scam, they told me that I was paying for and the value added is that it is hand picked by a Veteran. There is also no phone number or way to connect to this company other than Facebook messenger. Many many comments and complaints on their own website about this company. No way to review the company on Facebook either.

Our gear is chosen and varies monthly depending on the manufacturer's MSRP values, not discounted websites. Our Special Ops veterans test and choose the gear monthly. The gear you received (Neck Knife and Tactical Pen) had a total MSRP value of $50. This was sent out for our Standard Crate level intro.

Typically, we try very hard to work with our customers for them to be satisfied with their purchase. We have had an unexpectedly high volume of inquiries this season, and are adjusting our staffing numbers due to the increase. I have issued a full refund to you for your disappointment. This company advertises a monthly payment and the at point of sale they charge you for the entire year. I authorized my card for 47dollars per month and they charged 616dollars in one charge.

As Christmas gifts, I ordered the premium crate club subscription for my husband, which cost approximately $1300. I also ordered the pro crate club six-month subscription for my father-in-law, a totally disabled veteran, which cost approximately $350. The products advertised and examples used on the crate club website or misleading and fraudulent. They suggest that the items are of high quality and hand selected survival gear. They suggest that they are a value for the price that you pay. They appear to come in a "great". All of these are false representations. I received each Of the first crates this week and was not only disappointed but a palled by the false advertising. Neither came in a crate. The procrate contained three items: a knife, a plastic lock picking kit and a sticker. The premium crate, valued at over $350 per quarter, contained in inexpensive hammock, a headlamp, a knife, a pen, a cheap poster, a "tree hugger" for the hammock, a writing pen and a bottle opener. Neither of the crates contained any actual "survival gear," with the exception of perhaps the inexpensive Gerber knives. Nor do they even contain the promised description of why each item has been included and how you can use those items.

I placed an order for a one month subscription and was confused when it billed me for a full year supply I’ve tryed contacting them in this 5 day period with no response I have even tryed contacting them through there Facebook page that states they will contact you in 1 day time and still no response I have sent them a mess for them to refund me my $698.47 into my account and fix the problem and just give me a month crate to see if my marine boyfriend would like the crate and nothing came about me contacting them. I also went through my billing which shows the total of $547 being taken out of my debit card but instead they took $698.47 dollars out and doesn’t explain what the rest of the money was for I feel like they have scammed me out of my money and have the worst costumer service with no number to contact them which states that you can call them but how if there is no number I don’t understand what kind of business they are running if they do not respond I would like my money back!

I have been going back an forth with crate club customer service about a refund for the package I was expecting. Tracking was useless and so was customer service. I asked for a full refund due to item not arriving when stated. I finally received the package today and told them I will send it back to them as soon as they send me a return label. They are now ignoring my messages amd.wont respond. I paid $35 for the item and in the package was a sticker and a neck knife which DOES NOT equal or go over the amount paid.. I already canceled my subscription with them. They are not a trust worthy "company" .. It is a shame they misuse the fact it's military based.. It's a big SCAM

The value of the gear chosen by our Special Ops veterans monthly is based on the MSRP value directly from the manufacturer, not a discounted website. The MSRP value of the Gerber Ghoststrike Punch knife was $52.00 and the custom sticker has a $4 value. So the Standard Crate you paid $34.99 for had an MSRP value of $56.00.

It is extremely important to us that our customers are happy with their orders. We do not accept returns on crates sent, however, I have issued you a full refund for your disappointment. Please keep the crate on us instead of returning it. I hope you enjoy the free gear, and thank you for your patience.

I ordered a "crate" from them, for $120. I received a water bottle, beer opener and two other extremely small things - that all apparently added up to over $300 in value. I find this hard to believe, and the packaging was a regular cardboard box with all the items thrown in, without any packaging or something to imply it was the great tactical gear they solicit. On top of the product being lackluster I was charged twice, after having reached out via email (as this is the only way they let their customers contact them - there is no phone number whatsoever on their website or upon searching the internet for other options) without any response other than the generic "we will get in touch soon". Now that I have been charged twice I have emailed them yet again, totaling 3 times now, in hopes that I can receive a refund not only for the extra charge that I am infuriated about, but the original payment. I would be more than willing to put the box in the mail for a return had I been given any instruction whatsoever.

All of our subscriptions are auto renewing, as our website states, which is why you were billed a second time for the December shipment. Tracking shows delivery 5 days ago, but then it has been given to *** the day before. now no-one has package. I have tried email multiple times over 4 days, and Facebook message. Can NOT get anyone to get a hold of, or to contact me back. I have paid $140, and what is supposedly lost somewhere or something only weighs 2 lbs as the high upgraded kit of Operator.....

On 12/*/16 Sarah requested a reship be sent to you with expedited shipping. It looks as though the package was lost somewhere between *** and ***. You responded to this message on 12/. After contacting our shipping facility, your order should be assigned a tracking number today. Sarah is waiting for them to send it over before she can email this to you.

I normally would ask for help but I was trying to surprise my husband. I thought I was getting this subscription for $11.50. It said $23 a month with 50% off the first month then 15% off the remaining 5 months to be billed monthly or so I thought. So I thought I was getting charged $11.50 and I was charged $195.22! I have bills out my account is overdrawn it’s Christmas time and now idk what to do. The numbers I found online were wrong numbers and I have emailed and left messages on their Facebook page and Facebook messenger and no response. All I want is a refund. Before my order is processed. I have tried and tried a few times a day to reach them with no response. Idk if maybe they were closed over the weekend, but they should have a working phone number! This is not right. I can’t believe I was charged this much. And no subscription box I have a subscription to has ever charged me $59 for shipping! And I didn’t know I was being charged for that either. Please refund my money to my bank account today. I need to finish Christmas and make sure the outstanding bills and gifts get paid.

This company has already issued me a refund for 5/6 boxes and mailed the other box. They said they had already processed my order and they couldn’t stop it so that’s why I only got refunded for 5 of the 6. I’m ok with this. The box itself only had a knife in it. I don’t think it values as much but this is not the issue at hand and I am satisfied with their results. Thank you!
