I am a customer questioning why with your top of the line equipment, I opened my cold air return and found it not properly cleaned! Photos don't lie! Maybe a first in 5 yrs for you because no one has checked your work. I wouldn't have if my neighbors came up clean, but it wasn't! No one should have to follow a professional around, it's called trust! The only person destroying their business is you! Your work was judged by it not being done properly. I still want a refund I deserve that from you and you know it! I want this done properly by someone else. If you still refuse to do so. I will move forward as you wish! Given the  circumstances That the ducts were never cleaned I could have opened the main line with my roto saw and ready re assured the clean of the main lines. I offered to come back to clean any missed, left over dust in the main lines to your neighbor and was accused of a non professional business and felt my integrity as a human being was insulted with other comments your neighbors did not care to admit. My price is very fair of $170 which Was charged to you. We will not refund you for missing something when we offered to return. Both lady's watched us and we even cleaned your dryer for free. You can't expect your mechanic to restore your car if it was neglected. Air ducts should be cleaned every 3-5 years. Your place not only was never cleaned but the dust and mold stuck to the entire system! Which is very rare, uncommon. I am sorry you feel you got taken advantage of, but perhaps some communication on your neighbors who initially complained, will communicate there complaint instead of insulting someone with experience.

We cleaned the carpet which was was never cleaned. I think that the response to my complaint being several months after the fact, and the gross number of misspelled words indicate the attentiveness of [redacted] of this particular company.  Commenting on the quality of the neighborhood did nothing to enhance his response.  He knew the address before he left Brookfield.  Taking his fiancee along to the job was his choice.  I have been at that particular property at least 40 times in the past year and have never had a problem with the neighborhood. I am sorry that I will have to mention his attitude and coarse words when confronting a complaint to my associates with the [redacted]. I do not expect that he is in a position to refund any monies for the quality of his work. He did not mention any problem with the apartment to me when I took the time to drive to his home to be sure he was paid promptly. Perhaps he has a good imagination.  Nevertheless, he will not be employed by me or my friends in the future.

Cream City came to my GF's house to clean her carpets. She has two cats, one that has a hairball problem. They were able to get up all of the stains created by this problem, without any additional fees. This cleaning service is one of the better ones I have used, and was very professional and straight forward. Gave me a legitimate assessment without tacking on any unnecessary charges. I will not use another service, and will recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Review: My neighbor and I decided to have our air ducts cleaned. She found Cream City Carpet Cleaners. [redacted]. She found he had an A rating so scheduled him to do both houses on Dec 18th 2015. He arrived and did my house first. He brought a helper who took vents off while he cleaned them. Told me mine was the worst he'd ever seen! He worked quickly complaining his machine was working really hard and he had my neighbors house to do. He informed me I was getting my money's worth because ducts were horrible! He also advised me because he gave us a good price he only used 1/2 bottle disenfectant on each house. We have small ranch houses. He spent less than an hour here and went next door to my neighbor [redacted] and [redacted]. Approximately 1 week later I was informed by my neighbors they had a new furnace put in and when they cut a hole in the cold air return all this thick dirt and hair fell out! Photos taken. Professional said the ducts were filthy!! Not done properly! So in following days I was worried mine were not properly done so I had the end of my cold air duct open. I was shocked at the filth left. He had done nothing but go into my duct from the furnace! Never cut any holes. Basically just cleaned my vents upstairs. I was appalled! I took photos. I trusted he did a proper good job. I sent him the photos and asked him to explain himself. I have never heard back from him. I want a full refund for this awful job! I do not want him back in my house especially after the way he treated my neighbors when they confronted him. This person should not be doing duct cleaning! May be good at carpets? Not Ducts. How many other people has he done this to? I would have never known if I had not checked mine! I bought a groupon for carpet cleaning from this business. I made an appointment and then a few days later I wanted to change the date. I called about 10 times and he never called back. Finally I called early on a Friday morning and he answered. He refused to change the date and complained that he doesn't make any money on goupons. I said ok then I will keep the date scheduled. I took most of the furniture out of my living/dining room the night before and they were coming between 10 and noon Friday. He called me at 10 and said just get your money back from groupon I am not coming. When I told him I am very disappointed in his service he said once again it isn't worth his time and also said [redacted]!! I have never encountered such a rude person in my life.

We have found a Carpet Cleaning Service for life.

[redacted] was so easy and polite to work with. We had a very challenging carpet situation and Jason went above and beyond to make sure that we were completely satisfied. He worked very efficiently and worked past business hours (fit us in within 24 hours) to help us out with our carpet cleaning dilemma. I highly recommend this service and will be using them myself in the future.

After purchasing carpet cleaning through Groupon from Cream City Carpet Cleaning I telephoned for an appointment. While discussing the date I mentioned that it was on a Groupon coupon. At that point the representative from Cream City stated that there "wasn't any way to get this service done within the 30 days remaining on the offer, unless I would pay extra". I refused this offer and asked if they would honor the coupon after it's expiration date. The response was "No". This was the end of our conversation. The attitude of the rep seemed to change as soon as he found out it was a Groupon offer. Groupon attempted to rectify this problem with the owner without success and then refunded my money.

I've used Cream City Carpet Cleaning four times now and have always had great results and good service. They have reasonable prices and go out of their way to make sure your specific needs are met. I had a couple of dog accident spots and they addressed those spots with specific cleaners. I would definitely recommend Cream City Carpet Cleaning to others and I have.

Awesome customer service! Friendly, polite, and fast. My carpet looks as good as the day it was installed. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
