Wanted to buy a Groupon for them, so I called to see if they had the date I needed open. Even though they said they'll go someplace within 8 miles of Milwaukee, he said they don't go out "that far" when I told him Thiensville, which is within 8 miles of the Milwaukee border.

[redacted] were very polite & professional. They cleaned, sanitized the carpets & air ducts in the same day at a VERY reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them.

The owner [redacted] came from Milwaukee out to Brookfield and did the cleaning himself, the end result was amazing. He did our main family room, hallway, and without me asking he did a few spots within the doorways of my kids bedrooms.

He then offered to do our 3 bedrooms for a great price, will definitely be having him back.

[redacted] and his team were at our house this week. We only requested two rooms (that are heavy traffic areas) to be cleaned and for a small amount more he agreed to clean our entire home, which is about 1800 sq. ft. They did a wonderful job. The carpet looked brand new! We couldn't have been happier. And they were quick. All in all it took about 45 minutes. We would definitely have our carpets cleaned by them again, anytime.

Buyer beware! The owner, [redacted], has some serious anger issues - he called me a dumb [redacted] faced [redacted] and hung up on me.

He returned my call this week to make an appointment, and when I told him that I had purchased two Groupons, he said he would never accept two at once, and that he makes no money off of Groupon, it's really only for advertising. I told him if I couldn't use my Groupons, I was going to call Groupon to see about getting a refund. He told me that the equipment he uses cost $15k and that he would never accept two Groupons. I again said that I would call Groupon for a refund, intending to end the conversation. When he started to talk again I interrupted him, and he said, "Listen you dumb [redacted] faced [redacted]." and hung up on me.

My boyfriend called him back a little while later, and asked why he called me that. [redacted] said I was rude to him and that I needed to learn a lesson. He also said that I needed financial counseling if I couldn't afford to get my carpeting cleaned for full price, and that he didn't care about losing my business because he had so many customers from Groupon it didn't matter. He could treat customers any way he pleased.

Luckily, Groupon was able to refund me, and I won't have to deal with him again. I would recommend looking for a company who knows how to treat customers.
