As Ms [redacted] states, she signed up for our program on 2/28/She provided her digit credit card number and her card's cvv codeShe provided the same name, phone, and email address that she provided on his Revdex.com complaintWhen she signed up, Ms [redacted] agreed to our terms and conditions, as well as the cost for the program after the trial ended Our offer terms are clearly conspicuously posted both on our home page and unavoidably on our order pageMs [redacted] contacted us on 3/8/2018, after the end of her 7-day trial, which she explicitly agreed to.Because Ms [redacted] signed up and agreed to the offer details and terms of service and because her first call to us to cancel was after the trial ended and because we did in fact cancel her when she called, all before she made the complaint to the Revdex.com, we respectfully request that this complaint be removed as invalid because of its inaccurate information

Mr [redacted] signed up for our program on 6/21/At that time he provided his 16-digit credit card number and his card’s cvv codeHe also provided his name, email address, street address, and phone number, all of which match his Revdex.com complaintHe agreed to the terms and conditions of the site, including the costs, and he received an email reminding him of his sign up, when he would be charged, and exactly how to cancel (along with a toll free number to do so).We also see that Mr [redacted] passed Level-Verification, which is independently administered by the Credit Bureaus and is designed to verify that a person is who they say they are.We have no record of Mr [redacted] calling us or emailing us to cancelOur cancel number is very accessible -- he mentions in his complaint he was charged by crscr.com, but he did not call the phone number that is listed in multiple places on crscr.com, notable at the top and in the middle of the pageAlso, Mr [redacted] claims that he called "the number list on my debit account and no one has ever answered the phone." We would very much like to know what phone number Mr [redacted] sees posted on his debit account so we can determine if the number is not functioning.Even though Mr [redacted] signed up for our program on 6/21/2107, was verified by third parties, and we have no record of him trying to contact us even when our contact information was obvious and available, as a courtesy we will refund him $240.60, which is all the money Mr [redacted] paid to us for the services we delivered to himPlease allow day for the refund to process

Our records indicate Ms [redacted] signed up for a day credit monitoring trial on September 8, providing her full credit card and payment information We also show that she logged in to view her credit reports and scores that day as well Her monthly monitoring membership began on October 16, She did not contact us to cancel her membership until November 9, 2017, at which time she was immediately canceled She was in our customer service queue this morning to process her refund and return her call We have also issued the $refund as requested Please allow 7-days to process

Ms [redacted] signed up for our credit monitoring on 2/8/ At that time she provided her full digit credit card, the unique cvv number on the back of her card, and her billing address and email address (which match the billing and email on her complaint), and agreed to our terms and conditions including how much she would be charged and when She also received an email at the email address she provided (which again, matches her Revdex.com complaint) informing her of when she would be charged, and providing her a toll free number at which to cancelThe IP address that her order originated from is Live Oak, FL which matches the address on her complaint Ms [redacted] first month service was billed on February 16th, but that payment was declined so she paid no money at that time Her second month service payment which was due on March 16th, successfully went through our billing system Since signing up, Ms [redacted] has only paid for month of service in the amount of $ We do not understand the $(or $20.50, she uses both amounts) that she is claiming in "fees." Those charges were not made by us.We have no record of Ms [redacted] contacting us to cancel, but we have cancelled her nowShe will receive no further charges As a courtesy we have refunded the $to the customer Please allow business days for the refund to process

Ar Ms [redacted] states, he signed up for a 7-day trial on 1/28/When he signed up, he agreed to the terms and conditions of the site, including the costs and when he would be charged. The cost of the program, when the billing will occur and how to cancel are not in fine print as Mr [redacted] claims To the contrary, it is posted clearly and conspicuously on the home page, on several pages on the site, but most importantly it can’t be missed on the payment page, where the customer had to agree to the termsIt is unavoidable on that page.As Mr [redacted] states, he did not call us until 2/7/2018, which is days after he signed up for his 7-day trial. We will refund Ms [redacted] 's charge as a courtesy, but we respectfully request that this complaint is removed as invalid, since we only charged Ms [redacted] on the day he agreed to be charged, for the amount he agreed to be charged

Since Mr [redacted] signed up for our program, agreed to our terms and conditions, was aware when he needed to cancel to avoid being charged, was refunded as he requested, and acknowledged that he received this message -- all before we received this Revdex.com complaint -- there is nothing further we can do to assist him and we respectfully request that this complaint be removed as invalid

Mr [redacted] claim is untrue Our records indicate that he signed up for our day trial on 11/20/2017, from an IP address located in Westminster , California, the city he is located inAt that time he provided his 16-digit credit card number and his card’s cvv codeHe also provided his name, email address, and phone number, all of which match his Revdex.com complaint He was required to authenticate his identity with an independently administered Level verification, which he did so successfullyMr [redacted] initiated a refund for the charges by his bank , prior to his compliant to the Revdex.com Since Mr [redacted] signed up for the program, and since he received his refund in advance of requesting an additional refund via the Revdex.com, there is not only nothing we can do to assist him further, we also respectfully request that this complaint be removed as invalid

We do not believe the signup was fraudOur records show that Mr [redacted] signed up on 2/7/2018, providing his full digit credit card number and correct cvv code Mr [redacted] passed verification authorization, which is identity verification by a third party company requiring the customer to answer questions from their credit file, to ensure the person is who they claim to be, in order to access their credit reports and scores Our records indicate that Mr [redacted] accessed his credit report and scores the day he signed up Mr *** called on 3/15/requesting to be canceled and was in fact canceled that day. However, as a courtesy, we will honor Mr***’ request for a refund of $ Please allow days to process

The customer has been issued a courtesy refund of $29.95, please allow 7-business days for the refund to process

As indicated in the initial response, Ms [redacted] was refunded, but refunds can take up to business days to process

Ms [redacted] did contact us the day she made the complaint, and we refunded her in full on that day, which was before she made her complaint to the Revdex.com and certainly before we received her complaintBecause of this we respectfully request that this complaint be removed as invalid

Mr [redacted] contacted us before we received this complaintWith him on the phone we identified the account that was being charged (it was not in his name), canceled that account, and processed a refund for all three charges he requestedBecause his complaint was completely resolved before we received notice from the Revdex.com, we believe this compliant is invalid

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved Regards, [redacted]

As Ms*** noted, she signed up for our program on 9/24/At that time she submitted her 16-digit card numberWhen Ms*** signed up for the trial, she agreed to the offer terms which were clearly and conspicuously located on several pages including the payment pageThe offer terms
including the cost of the trial, the date the trial ended, the monthly cost after the trial, and the toll free number to call to cancelThe trial the customer signed up for was days. Ms*** also logged in and reviewed her credit score multiple times during the trial period. The trial ended on October 1. Ms*** was billed on October 2. Ms. *** called on October to cancel and was immediately canceledAs a courtesy we will refund the membership charge she is now requestingPlease allow 7-business days for the refund to process

We respectfully request that this complaint is removed as invalid for the following reasonsWhen Mr*** signed up for our program on 10/29/he provided his digit credit card number and cvv codeThe name and address he provided to us at signup matches what he provided to
the Revdex.comMr*** passed Level screening, designed by the credit bureaus to positively identify people logging into their sitesMr*** logged into our system and viewed his reportsMr*** requested a cancellation and refund, which we provided to him 11/6/2017, before we received his Revdex.com complaintHe received an email confirmation of his refund at 11/6/at 3:36pm, but we did not receive his complaint from the Revdex.com until 6:21pm Eastern time.Since Mr*** signed up and used our service, and his desired settlement was met (and he was informed of this) before we received his Revdex.com complaint, we respectfully request that this complaint is removed as invalid

The charge appearing on Mr***’s card, is for a signup made by Ms*** ***. We were able to find the account using the email address provided in the complaint, that matches the email address used by Ms*** at signup. When Ms*** signed up she provided her 16-digit
credit card number and her card’s cvv code, so it appears she had the card in her possessionShe also passed Level-verification, which is independently administered by the credit bureaus and is designed to verify that a person is who they say they are, so we believe it was Ms*** who signed up When Mr*** called on 12/30/at 2:42pm, the account was immediately canceled. An email went out confirming the cancellation at 2:57pm.Since it appears Mr*** was not aware that Ms*** signed up for this service, we have issued a refunded to their cardPlease allow 7-days for refund processing

Mr*** signed up for the day trial on 2/3/2018. The trial ended on 2/10/2018. He was billed his first monthly fee on 2/11/2018, which was the 8th day after sign up. He was not billed early as he claimedWe had refunded Mr***'s charge as a courtesy, but we
respectfully request that this complaint is removed as invalid due to inaccurate information in the complaint

Revdex.com:

Regards,
*** ***

including the costs, and he received an email reminding him of his sign up and when he would be chargedWe also see that Mr*** passed Level-Verification, which is independently administered by the Credit Bureaus and is designed to verify that a person is who they say they are.And finally, we see that Mr*** logged into our site (using the password he set up when he registered with us).Mr*** contacted us on 1/22/On that day we canceled his account, and he was not charged again. Now Mr*** is requesting a $refund for a service he signed up for and usedAs a courtesy we will refund that chargePlease allow 7-days for the refund to process
