Mr. [redacted] contacted us before we received this complaint. With him on the phone we identified the account that was being charged (it was not in his name), canceled that account, and processed a refund for all three charges he requested. Because his complaint was completely resolved before we...

received notice from the Revdex.com, we believe this compliant is invalid.

As Ms. [redacted] states, she signed up for our program on 2/28/2018. She provided her 16 digit credit card number and her card's cvv code. She provided the same name, phone, and email address that she provided on his Revdex.com complaint. When she signed up, Ms. [redacted] agreed to our terms and conditions, as...

well as the cost for the program after the trial ended.  Our offer terms are clearly conspicuously posted both on our home page and unavoidably on our order page. Ms. [redacted] contacted us on 3/8/2018, after the end of her 7-day trial, which she explicitly agreed to.Because Ms. [redacted] signed up and agreed to the offer details and terms of service and because her first call to us to cancel was after the trial ended and because we did in fact cancel her when she called, all before she made the complaint to the Revdex.com, we respectfully request that this complaint be removed as invalid because of its inaccurate information.

As per the customers request, we have issued a refund of $29.95. Please allow 7-10 business days for that refund to process

Our records indicate that Ms. [redacted] signed up for our program on 10/6/2017. At that time she provided her 16-digit credit card number and her card’s cvv code. She also passed Level-3 verification, which is independently administered by the credit bureaus and is designed to verify that a person is who they say they are.  The email address provided is the same email address provided to the Revdex.com on this complaint. As a courtesy, we have issued a refund for $89.95.  Please allow 7-10 day for the refund to process.

Our records indicate Ms. [redacted] signed up for a 7 day credit monitoring trial on September 8, 2017 providing her full credit card and payment information.  We also show that she logged in to view her credit reports and scores that day as well.  Her monthly monitoring membership began on...

October 16, 2017.  She did not contact us to cancel her membership until November 9, 2017, at which time she was immediately canceled.  She was in our customer service queue this morning to process her refund and return her call.  We have also issued the $29.95 refund as requested.  Please allow 7-10 days to process.

The customer has been issued a courtesy refund of $29.95, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to process.

In her complaint of 7/5/2017, the entirety of Ms. [redacted]’s “Desired Settlement” is “I would like my refund in the amount of 29.95 back in my account ASAP.”  We did in fact refund her $29.95 on the day we received her complaint.   Since we have fulfilled her Desired Settlement we respectfully ask that the Revdex.com consider this complaint closed.

We will refund Mr. [redacted] the 2 months of service he has requested. We do not have a record of Mr. [redacted] being denied roadside assistance (which is one of our benefits), but we will investigate what happened immediately. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to process.

Ms. [redacted] signed up for our program on January 19, 2017. She provided her 16 digit credit card number, and her cvv credit card code.  As part of the signup process, Ms. [redacted] was presented with a set of random L3 questions that credit bureaus use to determine the identity of the customer....

She answered them correctly.    The IP address showed that the signup originated from Southern California, where Ms. [redacted] is located. The street address, phone number and email address used at sign up match the same info used on the Revdex.com complaint.  We have no record of receiving any call from Ms. [redacted] at anytime.  We would like to know what number she called and also what number she called from in order to further investigate. As for her refund, Ms [redacted] is requesting $460.00, which exceeds the total amount we charged her, which is $449.65. We have refunded the $449.65 as a courtesy since Ms. [redacted] did not find our service satisfactory (please allow 7-10 days for the refund to process).Since Ms. [redacted] 1. very certainly signed up for our program2. explicitly agreed to our terms and conditions3. never contacted us, whether to cancel or for any other reason4. is requesting a refund that exceeds what she paidwe respectfully believe that this complaint should be removed as invalid.

Our records indicate the first time Mr. [redacted] called was on 2/6/18, 2 weeks after the trial ended and the monthly service began. When Mr. [redacted] called on 2/6/18 we canceled and refunded his account.  The cancelation and refund was completed prior to his complaint to the Revdex.com. Therefore...

we we respectfully request that this complaint is removed as invalid.

As indicated in the initial response, Ms. [redacted] was refunded, but refunds can take up to 10 business days to process.

Ms Buffman has been issued a refund of 39.95.

Ms. [redacted] did contact us the day she made the complaint, and we refunded her in full on that day, which was before she made her complaint to the Revdex.com and certainly before we received her complaint. Because of this we respectfully request that this complaint be removed as invalid.

Ms. [redacted] signed up with our company on 2/12/17 providing her full credit card and billing information, which matches the information on this complaint.  In addition, she  passed an L3  verification process that authenticated her identity. As stated in Ms. [redacted]’s complaint, she...

contacted our company on 8/23/17 seeking to cancel her account and receive a one-month refund.  On that same day, 8/23/17, pursuant to Ms. [redacted]’s request, her one-month refund for her most recent charge was granted and her account was cancelled.  As stated in Ms. [redacted]’s complaint, she is now seeking a refund totaling in the amount of $209.65.  As we greatly sympathize with Ms. [redacted]’s condition, we will provide Ms. [redacted] with the full refund she is requesting, in the amount of $209.65, Please allow for 7-10 business days for the refunded amount to process in full.

Ar Ms. [redacted] states, he signed up for a 7-day trial on 1/28/2018. When he signed up, he agreed to the terms and conditions of the site, including the costs and when he would be charged. The cost of the program, when the billing will occur and how to cancel are not in fine print as Mr. [redacted] claims....

To the contrary, it is posted clearly and conspicuously on the home page, on several pages on the site, but most importantly it can’t be missed on the payment page, where the customer had to agree to the terms. It is unavoidable on that page.As Mr. [redacted] states, he did not call us until 2/7/2018, which is 10 days after he signed up for his 7-day trial. We will refund Ms. [redacted]'s charge as a courtesy, but we respectfully request that this complaint is removed as invalid, since we only charged Ms. [redacted] on the day he agreed to be charged, for the amount he agreed to be charged.

Ms. [redacted] signed up for our credit monitoring on 2/8/18.  At that time she provided her full 16 digit credit card, the unique cvv number on the back of her card, and her billing address and email address (which match the billing and email on her complaint), and agreed to our terms and...

conditions including how much she would be charged and when.  She also received an email at the email address she provided (which again, matches her Revdex.com complaint) informing her of when she would be charged, and providing her a toll free number at which to cancel. The IP address that her order originated from is Live Oak, FL which matches the address on her complaint.  Ms. [redacted] first month service was billed on February 16th, but that payment was declined so she paid no money at that time.  Her second month service payment which was due on March 16th, successfully went through our billing system.  Since signing up, Ms. [redacted] has only paid for 1 month of service in the amount of $39.90.  We do not understand the $26.50 (or $20.50, she uses both amounts) that she is claiming  in "fees." Those charges were not made by us.We have no record of Ms. [redacted] contacting us to cancel, but we have cancelled her now. She will receive no further charges.  As a courtesy we have refunded the $39.90 to the customer.  Please allow 7 business days for the refund to process.

As Ms. [redacted] states, she signed up for our 7-day trial on 1/5/2018. She agreed to the terms and conditions of the site.  The offer terms, including the date the 7 day trial ended, the cost of continued membership on a monthly basis and the toll free number to cancel was displayed on the home...

page, several other pages, and most importantly clear and conspicuously on the  payment page.   It is impossible to complete the signup without agreeing to the offer terms.  As Ms. [redacted] states, she did not call us until 2/9/2018, more than a month after she signed up for her 7-day trial. We have refunded Ms. [redacted]'s charge as a courtesy, but we respectfully request that this complaint is removed as invalid, due to the inaccurate statements made in the complaint.

Our records indicate that Ms. [redacted] signed up for our program on 11/7/2017. The IP address from that order originates in Fresno, CA, where Ms. [redacted] is located.  At that time Ms. [redacted] provided her 16-digit credit card number and her card’s cvv code. She provided an address that matches her Revdex.com complaint. She also passed Level-3 verification, which is independently administered by the credit bureaus and is designed to verify that a person is who they say they are. She also used the credentials she has established with our company to log on and view her credit scores. Ms. [redacted] called on 1/4/18 to cancel.  She was canceled that day and was not billed again after that date.Even though Ms. [redacted] signed up, and her identity was verified by a 3rd party, and she used our service, we have issued  a refund in the amount of $79.80. Please allow 7-10 day for the refund to process.

The customer did call in on May 5, 2016 requesting to be canceled and refunded.  She was canceled that day.  Our refunds take between 7-10 business days to process.   The customer should see the refund on her credit card statement no later than May 19th.  We apologize that...
