Mr*** signed up on 8/1/At that time he provided his full digit credit card number. The cvv security code came back as a match. The email address and phone number used at time of sign up does match the information provided on the Revdex.com complaintThe first call we received from Mr*** was on September 8th, after the trial had endedWe were able to locate the account with Mr*** phone number. He was immediately canceled, and a refund was initiated as shown on the document we provided by a third party financial institution The cancellation and refund were completed prior to our receipt of Mr***'s compliant to the Revdex.comThis is not conjecture or opinion, this is factSince this claim has been invalidated through evidence we request that it is removed, or at least closed

Ok yesterday I received a refund from the company I have the complaint with but it was only instead of the it was suppost to be I got on and looked at my card online today and they have charged me again for the 3rd time since the 3rd of *** and can u please tell me what I need to do
for them to stop charging my card and taking my money

The records show that Mr*** signed up on 10/12/17. Mr*** claims that he has been charged times at $39.90, but the records show that only two billings of $were actually charged to Mr***’s card. There is no record of Mr*** calling to cancel at any
time, and certainly not during the trial. Mr***’s has now been cancelled and a refund for the two $charges billed to his account has been issued. Please allow approximately business days for the refund to go through

When Mr*** signed up for our program he provided his 16-digit credit card number, as well as his 3-digit security code, which was a matchThe IP address is located in Texas, which matched the location of the customer. Based on this, we had no reason to believed it was a fraudulent

Although the business conveniently does not have me on record as calling to complain and stop the account, I want it noted that I did indeed call more than a few tihe's to do just that as for that reason,  even going so far as speaking to a "manager" (a [redacted] or [redacted]). The $26.00 is acumulated fees from my bank due to your company repeatedly trying to charge me even after my calls. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.

Ms. [redacted] signed up for our company’s services provided her full credit card and billing information and confirmed her identity through  third party authentication.  Prior to receipt of this Revdex.com compliant our company had already issued 3 separate refunds of $29.95 each.  to Ms....

[redacted].   In addition, she received a refund from her bank for an additional two charges of $29.95 each.  These refunds were also issued prior to the  receipt of this complaint. Since Ms. [redacted]'s desired settlement (that she receives refunds for the 5 charges she lists in her complaint) was satisfied before we received this complaint, we respectfully request it is removed as invalid.

We do not believe the signup was fraud. Our records show that Mr. [redacted] signed up on 2/7/2018, providing his full 16 digit credit card number and correct cvv code.  Mr. [redacted] passed verification authorization, which is identity verification by a third party company requiring the customer to...

answer questions from their credit file, to ensure the person is who they claim to be, in order to access their credit reports and scores.   Our records indicate that Mr. [redacted] accessed his credit report and scores the day he signed up.  Mr [redacted]  called on  3/15/2018 requesting to be canceled and was in fact canceled that day.However, as a courtesy, we will honor Mr. [redacted]’ request for a refund of  $39.90.  Please allow 7 days to process.

The name, address and contact information we have on record for this account matches the information supplied in this complaint.  However, since Mr. [redacted] stated he is not the one that signed up for the account, we have cancelled the account and issued a full refund.

Mr. [redacted] claim is untrue.  Our records indicate that he signed up for our 7 day trial on 11/20/2017,  from an IP address located in Westminster , California, the city he is located in. At that time he provided his 16-digit credit card number and his card’s cvv code. He also provided his...

name, email address, and phone number, all of which match his Revdex.com complaint.  He was required to authenticate his identity with an independently administered Level 3 verification, which he did so successfully. Mr. [redacted] initiated a refund for the charges by his bank , prior to his compliant to the Revdex.com.  Since Mr. [redacted] signed up for the program, and since he received his refund in advance of requesting an additional refund via the Revdex.com, there is not only nothing we can do to assist him further, we also respectfully request that this complaint be removed as invalid.

including the costs, and he received an email reminding him of his sign up, when he would be charged, and exactly how to cancel (along with a toll free number to do so).We also see that Mr. [redacted] passed Level-3 Verification, which is independently administered by the Credit Bureaus and is designed to verify that a person is who they say they are.We have no record of Mr. [redacted] calling us or emailing us to cancel. Our cancel number is very accessible -- he mentions in his complaint he was charged by crscr.com, but he did not call the phone number that is listed in multiple places on crscr.com, notable at the top and in the middle of the page. Also, Mr. [redacted] claims that he called "the number list on my debit account and no one has ever answered the phone." We would very much like to know what phone number Mr. [redacted] sees posted on his debit account so we can determine if the number is not functioning.Even though Mr. [redacted] signed up for our program on 6/21/2107, was verified by third parties, and we have no record of him trying to contact us even when our contact information was obvious and available, as a courtesy we will refund him $240.60, which is all the money Mr. [redacted] paid to us for the services we delivered to him. Please allow 30 day for the refund to process.
