I had to translate urgently documents for USCIS, I paid for expedite translation and overnight shipment and documents came in a week laterI talked to the representatives from the day I submitted the documents and they promised a refund, but nobody got ever back to me and now their phone number disappeared from their websiteI lost $and they have no communication channels what so everThe worst experience ever

I am reviewing translation order of legal documents from English into Russian - translation had many mistakes both grammatical, content related and simply sloppy spelling my last name is three different ways on one page - so unless you speak the language you absolutely can not trust their service - if you speak the language and willing to engage into daily conversation with their customer service by a chat on their page, and then maybe get your order corrected, you can try, but I would rather use another service - after two weeks of daily promises from customer service that I will get my document in a few hours, I mentioned that I was going to dispute the charges as they did not deliver the services they promisedThat produced a ready document in minutesHowever, another customer service representative with whom I had a chat open in another window, still continued telling me that they need few more hoursThat was after I already got the document from the agent who I was speaking to In another window chat - terrible experience overall, so much time spent that I am even willing to spend more time to file this complaint:(

There people are total SCAMI ordered a certified translation of my university transcriptsThey said they willl deliver in 1-business daysNever got back to meI emailed them, called their customer service but no answerI filed a complaint at FBI Internet Crime Center (ICform) please do so if you are a victim too so hopefully they are shut down soon

Sent documents to CreditEval LLC on June 11,to be translated from English to German It is now August 10, and I still haven't received all of my translated documents They have only sent part of my order and continue to contend they have sent all of them I need these legal documents when I go to Luxembourg in weeks Very dissatisfied with their servicemonths turnaround seems reasonable when they say they can turnaround in hours
