I had to translate urgently documents for USCIS, I paid for expedite translation and overnight shipment and documents came in a week later. I talked to the representatives from the day I submitted the documents and they promised a refund, but nobody got ever back to me and now their phone number disappeared from their website. I lost $100 and they have no communication channels what so ever. The worst experience ever

I've worked with CreditEval LLC for a quite some time. They provide a very good service and accurate translation.
Hello there, We have reviewed this complaint, and we have found that we have completed the translation project, and mailed them out. We will remail the documents overnight complimentary. However, we are at the mercy of the US Postal Service, so we will use Fedex this time.
The website advertised 24 hours turn around time for certified translations of documents and certificates. I placed an order of 2 page documents to be translated, notarized, printed and mailed. The translation job was first incomplete, and then the only way to contact them was through the website chat room. No one ever answer their service line...It is always straight to the voice mail box. They don't really reply the email either unless you contacted the website chat room. After a few inquires on my order status through the website chat room, they ignored my email and stop responding to me.
The company address are all over the places...the website said Texas, the credit card receipt is San Francisco, and the email is Wilmington. This is a total SCAM!!
Not only a 24 hours translation job became indefinite, I lost my money and precious time in processing my legal paperwork.
