Less than qualified hacked translation. No documents ever delivered. Customer service not responsive after receiving the payment.

I asked them to translate one single paper , which takes lesss than 10min for grade 10 student to do.
Result is; after one working day passed, no feedback, no even a draft!
I sent reminders , texts on web and no feedback once money is received , I need to know how to file a complaint

I am reviewing translation order of legal documents from English into Russian.
- translation had many mistakes both grammatical, content related and simply sloppy spelling my last name is three different ways on one page.
- so unless you speak the language you absolutely can not trust their service
- if you speak the language and willing to engage into daily conversation with their customer service by a chat on their page, and then maybe get your order corrected, you can try, but I would rather use another service.
- after two weeks of daily promises from customer service that I will get my document in a few hours, I mentioned that I was going to dispute the charges as they did not deliver the services they promised. That produced a ready document in 5 minutes. However, another customer service representative with whom I had a chat open in another window, still continued telling me that they need few more hours. That was after I already got the document from the agent who I was speaking to

- terrible experience overall, so much time spent that I am even willing to spend more time to file this complaint:(

Thanks for a quick and accurate translation of my divorce documents.

There is no way to contact customer support aside from the online chat. They charged my account 4 times without my permission, after promising to refund my money nothing has happened and three weeks have passed, now they wont even respond to chat. I received my translated documents but still no refund. I am in the process of deputing the charges with my bank. Do not use this service.

I'm still trying to get my money back after they gave me a terrible translation of my foreign diploma, full of mistakes and typos. I had hired them to have my university credits evaluated and got a really bad translation instead. Of course, they are not responding so I'm not happy at all and wish I had done more research on them before.

I needed a quick translation for a couple of contracts. Sent them to CreditEval, paid the money and got the translated documents a short time later. Really fast service, the quality was great and the price seemed fair. I would recommend them, especially their customer service which seems to really care about its customers. Over all I had a really positive experience.
