Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:On 7/28/a rep from CreditRepair.com named Julie contacted meShe stated she wanted to go over my Revdex.com complaint to get my issues resolvedI explained my situation & the reason I chose to file a Revdex.com complaintShe asked me multiple times what my expectations were to resolve the issue, & I repeatedly requested with her a full refund and complimentary subscriptionEach time she became combative & stated she could give me only a partial refund, due to the fact that they were returning most of my funds as if I should think that should be good enoughI stated to Julie that was not satisfactory as my account had been debited a total of FIVE times in the same day unauthorized (times $and times $TOTALING $309.75)She stated a partial payment had already been submitted (charge of $and charges of $19.95) and she would only reimburse me $more dollars, leaving me still to pay $I once again to her that was not satisfactory & she again asked what would be satisfactory I once again informed her of my original request & she stated she could only partially refund meIn addition to only being able to partially refund me Julie stated CreditRepair.com would BLOCK me as a future subscriberI inquired as to why would I be blocked as if I did something wrongJulie stated CreditRepair.com blocks anyone who files a complaint with the Revdex.com, Attorney General, etcso CreditRepair.com could remain having a great ratingI told Julie I did not agree to thatI also stated it was not satisfied with the fact that she kept asking me what would make me cancel my Revdex.com complaint & when told she would be combative in stating why I should be responsible for paying and that CreditRepair.com was doing more than they had to & I will be BLOCKEDJulie stated she would sent me a email that would allow me to not be blockedNeedless to say I did not get my request nor any email of any sort Julie statedAlthough I initially cancelled my subscription in the beginning with intentions on signing up again in the future, they lack of customer service & the handling of this situation is unsettling to meTo BLOCK the reputation of a company, by not allowing consumers to be heard makes me believe there is something to hide & that I was not the only one treated in this mannerSincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution was my only choice to accept I see that the business credit repair claims that the charges were accurate and they did a "good faith" payment like they did me a favor they did themselves a favor cause they knew the charge was bogus and only hope they change there policys going foward unfortunately there is no accountability for business's to operate in a fair way for the consumer this is just a bait an switch operation so yes my only option is satisfactory Sincerely, [redacted]
