I do NOT accept the response from the business because Critique Services CLAIMS to have made multiple (5) attempts to reach me via phone which is absolutely not trueI have received only ONE phone call from Critique Services (XXX-XXX-XXXX) on YESTERDAY 10/26/at 4:PM and the caller left no voice mailSURPRISINGLY, when I called the office today I was actually able to make contact with a customer service rep who assured me that all of my paperwork has been turned in and nothing else is needed on my partWe also discussed some logistics and address changes that I need to come into the office and make
Again I DO NOT accept the response because my case was continued due to my lawyers lack of professionalism and her not turning in the paperwork to the trustee in a TIMELY manner and fraudulently telling my the case had been continued because I failed to include some paperworkI am not pleased with the service I have received from Critique Services and I WILL NOT be satisfied until a lawyer shows up to the meeting with the trustee with me at the scheduled timeAlso, it should not be necessary for me, or any other client, to have to VISIT the office during office hours to get assistanceI SHOULD be able to get in contact with someone via phone since that is given as an option to resolve concerns
