Made my complaint on September 19th and received a call from Critique Services on September 22nd. I'm and very pleased with the way Revdex.com handled my complaint. She contacted me last week and she told me that she would get the information to me. She faxed me the information and I faxed it back. She said she would call me the next day with a case number and she never did. I am waiting to know if my case has been filed and for her to call me back.
