No one has contacted me directly in regards to me demanding a refund for legal fees. I also have made numerous attempts to speak with the manager of this company and she has yet to call me. I deserve that atleast.

[redacted] lienholder on her property objected to the plan and the issue was unable to be resolved to allow the creditor feasibility and Ms. [redacted] income did not support a increase in plan payment thus causing a dismissal of her case. The attorney fees for services were still due to the attorney for services rendered and an Court Order releasing such payments supported that. If Ms. [redacted] would like to file another case my office would be more than happy to re-file her case with no upfront cost to Ms. [redacted] and all fees would be paid through the plan.

I'm not sure I can trust Critique. Why did I have to go to this extreme to get them to tell me what was going on? If they are willing to refile for me then that is fine. I just want someone to call me and tell me what I need to do.

This is my 2nd time filing a complaint with this company. I really wish I had never started this procedure of Chapter 7 with them. After my first initial complaint I was contacted and given a date to come in and SIGN my bankruptcy petition. I paid them in full Oct 1 and did not get to SIGN my petition until NOV 17 after I contacted Revdex.com. I was told at the time that my petition will be filed and I will receive my Case number with in 7-10 business days. I have yet to receive or been contacted regarding the filing of my petition. I checked the Bankruptcy automated system all last week and the week prior my petition has NOT BEEN FILED! I even spoke with [redacted] "owner" that said she will have my petition filed and I will be contact the next day. NO one has contacted me I've called there numerous times no one has responded and explained why my petition has yet to be filed. While speaking with [redacted] she asked me if I came into the office? I did on NOV 30 because I was told by Dec 1 I will have a Case number. She states because I came in my file was pulled and that's reason why I haven't received my Case number with the group of client that filed the same time I did. My file was NEVER pulled when I went in and spoke with Cierra. Per their recording we are welcome to come in to speak with them regarding our case if no one does not answer or respond to voice mails left for them.. Since then my Gas was turned off and I explained this to [redacted]. Because I refuse to pay for a bill that is listed in my Bankruptcy. I spoke with [redacted] last Wednesday and I called there first thing MONDAY morning and I was told she was busy with other clients and they have a packed house. PLEASE!!I need your help on making sure they file my CHAPTER 7 immediately. They are giving me the run around and I have more bills that are coming that are included in my Bankruptcy that I will have to pay for along with a Garnishment that is being deducted from my payroll. Please help me...
