I am rejecting this response because:I would like the following two questions answered in lieu of further  ambiguous responses : The prior response states that we will be taken off the mailing/marketing list.  Was our address and credit card information sold or provided to a third party?  Will we receive unsolicited marketing from a third party processor?

Corresponded with customer week of 7/5, and sent her a promotional voucher for $150 to replace her shoes. Also did counseling with representative who did not properly handle customer's original contact to us.  Thanks!

I am rejecting this response because:The company did NOT refund my money.  They offered me an "E-Voucher" that is good for only six month.  The original purchase was made from a non-expiring gift card.  The refund should be cash or a credit back to the gift card.
