to apologize for the fact that you were told your shoes will not wear out.  That is not true.  Although overall our shoes can be durable, depending on many variables, the amount that you wear them and where you wear them, concrete and asphalt, rocks and gravel, any rough surface will start to wear the soles down due to friction.  At this time I would be more than happy to warranty those shoes.  I looked up your order history and it appears you ordered a pair of our clogs.  The Classic Realtree V2 appears to be the style.  The shoes have the camouflage pattern.  We do still have those in stock, in your size, so I've gone ahead and set up CASE [redacted] to have you shipped a new replacement pair.  I've also set up for you to receive a $15.00 promotional voucher (that works like a gift card) for your extra efforts in trying to get this issue resolved.  Once again, I'd like to apologize you were told incorrect information.  We normally warranty shoes within a 90 day period if their is a quality issue, but after that, on a case by case basis, if their is normal wear and tear we will not.  If you have any questions Rodney, please don't hesitate to reach out.  I'm happy to help.  You'll receive the promotional voucher via email within the next 48 hours. Best regards, kevin westerwickcall center production manager303.848.5343 office
