I am rejecting this response because:I received the referral check, but also complained about being over charged for the vehicle I purchased nearly
$3,I was treated so badly to the point that I was crying and under duress due to the poor sales service that I was receiving and the documents were not "Clearly" explained as they were being signed I wasn't even signing papers with an actual "Sales Manager", but with a young lady who I do believe only puts the documents together for this dealershipAgain, I have called and left a message for "Ken C***" immediately after the purchase, and also with the general manager, who both declined to return my calls

I am rejecting this response because:I cancelled prior to processing I was promised the refund for the deposit I did not sign necessary documents to complete the processI never took possession of the vehicleThe car is not registered, titled, or insured The Crowley team, whomever this may concern, operated in a very unethical, dishonest, unprofessional, and deceitful manner.I would like Crowley to resolve this matter in the way that basically follows what they advertise, great customer service I was under the impression that it was their mission to simply make their customers happy, and if not, Ken C*** wanted to know One would believe this would include providing professional, ethical, and quality services to those that walk through the dealership doors I find it hard to believe that I have to go through all of thisI'm not happy at all, nor have I been treated with respect, or dealt with in a desirable manner I understand the ultimate goal of the business is to sell, but is it to sell at ALL costs? To ruin families lives, put them in financial strain, taking advantage and totally disregarding the customer in the process? It seems like to those involved feel they have a corporation to stand behind and with that the ability to evade the details that will resolve this matter I would like Crowley to resolve this by honoring the cancellation, and providing the refundThis will make me happy!

We have followed every protocol and policy set forth from the states in regards to registering Mr***s vehicle in *** All official fees have been paid to the proper jursidictionsThe Customer was on a in transit plate making it legal to drive We have explained to the customer
that this is the case and that REG USA is a 3rd party vendor that does hundreds of regs out of state regs for us each year .
The customer now has their permanent plates and registration

Ms*** came to our business on Saturday November 28th, and purchased a vehicle I will not get into the details however I'll simply state Ms*** purchased a car on November 28th We are able to trade her out of the car for the amount she paid for it $15,991.00, she would have
to purchase another car and let me take the one she purchased in on trade

case # is *** and I am disputing his claim*** *** entered into agreement to purchase a vehicle from our dealership, provided a $deposit, and signed a purchase order where it clearly states, “Non-Refundable Deposit”
He called and emailed us a few days later wanting to cancel the transactionHis words were and I quote…
”I have decided to go with another dealership to purchase my NissanI am therefore voiding the contract signed on Friday afternoon within the business days allowed by ct state lawI realize the $2k is said to be Non-Refundable, I hope you will consider returning it, but I realize I probably will not get it backI enjoyed my experience with *** and ***, but the decision has been madeThank you *** ***.”
We immediately called him and let him know that his car was available and that he was required under law to proceed with the transactionShould he not proceed, then we would hold his $deposit to be used towards a future purchaseI have since called *** *** *** and his wife several times never to receive a call back
I am still willing to talk, but have no intentions of refunding his deposit or being held liable for his actions to cancel the transaction

As a courtesy I have decided to unwind this purchase and return all deposit monies .
The request for the deposit refund has already been processed .
The only thing that will show on the credit is the inquiries from us and our banks which we did at Ms***'s request .
She will need to sign official cancelation requests for the extended products to finalize other than that we consider this case closed .

This transaction and contract was fully executed on Saturday November 28th , Crowley does not have a cancelation policy after a customer has purchased a vehicle Ms*** did sign all necessary documents .The car is titled only and lein perfected . Ms*** also signed an agreement to provide insurance and her lender is entitled and likely to purchase her insurance and charge her for it. I mention this as a courtesy ONLYAgain I will be happy to take Ms*** car in on trade for another car for the $we sold it to her for . Sincerely , Ryan D***

Complaint Information:
There is nothing to compensate the customer for , she has been made aware that the protection plan is optional and signed for it times She has been made aware she can cancel that plan The consumers constraints kept us from doing a purchase and instead came to an agreement to lease to help all parties

I want Crowley to process the cancellation as requested multiple times - in person with and without a witness, over the phone, and through correspondenceThe last request was stated in the office of the Special Finance Manager, where I was told it would be done and I would receive a refund of the depositI also want Crowley to be held liable and financially responsible for any and all penalties and/or fees associated with the cancellationI want Crowley to make any and all corrections to my credit report if any negative impact is made or reported to the credit bureaus on my behalfIn addition, I would like my deposit fully refunded as previously promised by the Special Finance Manager

That is not true.  He called and left one message welcoming me to Crowley and telling me to call him if I needed anything.  I immediatley returned his call and was put through to voice mail.  Ryan never called me back and I did leave a message asking him to.  I have proof in my cell phone records.  I have since written a letter to Ken C[redacted] about my experiences with this Crowley Kia.  I attached the letter which better details my experience purchasing a car from Crowley Kia and my issues.  THe crowley web site stated that Ken C[redacted] wants to hear from his customers.  I did not hear back from him as well.  My next steps are to file a report with Consumer Reports and the Department of Transportation.
I asked Syed and Ruban to think about the purchase for 24 hours but they said they could not hold the car for me, even though I had it under deposit.  I was pressured into buying it right then and there or lose it.  I went by what they told me and did not have time that day to inspect the car with a fine tooth comb.  I trusted them.  I purchased a car from Crowley Painville and had no issues, last December.
