Placed the order not checking reviews ahead of time. Have reached out by email multiple times and no returns. The phone number is disconnected, so could not leave a message. Been 3 months now since I ordered. Money was taken right away and not charged when shipped like most companies. Still waiting.

Review: On June 3, 2015 I placed an online order for a baseball display case. It has not been received as of July 7. I made email inquiries about the status of my order on 6/25, 6/26 and 7/7. The company has not responded. When I try calling the business, I get a busy signal. Review: I placed an order through Crystal Caseworks' website for an acrylic helmet display case. Although I was invoiced for the product the order was not filled and the product was not shipped. Requests for updates regarding specific delivery dates were not honored. Communications with the vendor were dishonest and designed to be elusive and evasive. A request for order cancellation and credit was made and although the vendor stated that a reimbursement had been issued no transaction was physically processed and payment was not returned. At this time it is my belief that Crystal Caseworks' intent is to commit fraud as they are not willing to fulfill the order or issue a creditDesired Settlement: I wish to have the invoice posted against my credit card refunded in full

Review: On or about 4/8/13 I placed an order with Crystal Caseworks for 2 Lacrosse Ball Acrylic Display Cases with a Built In Stand and Engraved Nameplates in the amount of $21.58. Despite repeated attempts to ascertain where my merchandise is, I have yet to receive (1) the items I ordered and (2) an acceptable explanation as to where my merchandise is.Desired Settlement: Ideally, I'd like Crystal Caseworks to provide the 2 cases as described above and in my original order to me at absolutely no charge. Barring that, I expect a complete and immediate credit to my credit card account.

Review: Hello, on August 23,2013 I ordered a softball case. Since then I have emailed several times no response to any. Tried to go thru PayPal to dispute which passed the cut off time. I was still hoping it was on its way. I would just like my money back. Poor customer service on crystal case works.

Review: Place an order on August 6, 2013 for a ball cube at which time my account was charged. As of this date, I have yet to receive the product after a couple of promises that it would be sent out by September 3, 2013.Desired Settlement: Would like the product or my money refunded with a premium included for use of my money for over 30 days.

Review: I placed an order with Crystal Caseworks on 12/28/2013 for an 8"x8" glass dome display case with a walnut base. What drew me to Crystal Caseworks over other similar companies was their promise of a free engraved plaque to go with the display case. I received an automated email confirmation for the order the same day I placed it.

The amount of $65.99 was charged to my credit card on 01/02/2014. After hearing nothing from Crystal Caseworks, nor receiving the item, I emailed them on 02/01/2014 letting them know that I was cancelling the order and requesting a refund. I received an email from [redacted], within 2 hours of me sending my email, stating that shipment had been delayed as the item had been on "backorder". He wrote: "I have canceled your order and sent it back to bookkeeping to be refunded." I received one more email from[redacted], dated 02/02/2014, which read: "We are closed on weekends. Your email will receive a proper reply as soon as we reopen." Needless-to-say, I never heard back from him again. It is now 02/26/2014. I have received my credit card statement today in the mail, and there is no sign of any "refund" from Crystal Caseworks.

I have since placed the same order through another company on 02/03/2014. The item was received promptly on 02/06/2014. Granted, there was no engraved plaque through the other company; however, I still -at least- received the display case & stand, which is more than I can say for Crystal Caseworks.Desired Settlement: I want Crystal Caseworks to credit my [redacted] Card in the amount of $65.99, which it charged me for an item that I never received.

Review: I ordered a baseball case for my son's homerun [redacted] hit in Cooperstown in July 2014. I ordered the custom case online through Crystal Caseworks. I emailed with [redacted] and he provided me the price and the estimated delivery time. I paid him online and it showed up on my credit card statement that it was paid. I understood it would take a while to get the product, but in September I still had not heard from the company and still had no product. I contacted him in September and he indicated that he would check on the product. After a month, he indicated that they thought it was lost in shipping and he would refund my money and also make me a case for free. It is November 3rd. They can not provide me an update of my case, my credit card has not been credited and they are no longer answering my emails or phone calls.Desired Settlement: I want the case I ordered and my refund!

Review: On Aug 25, 2015 I ordered a case. Despite multiple reminders I never received the product, so I wrote to ask for a refund. I was sent an email letting me know that the order would be cancelled but to date I have not received a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the amount charged to my credit card $83.99

Review: We placed our first order with Crystal Caseworks on 12/31/2014. Our company needed 9 cases to showcase items in our new addition. I reaching out to many case companies and Crystal Caseworks was by far the most responsive, my main contact was [redacted]. He answered any questions we had about the order and was always prompt. Happy with the customer service received, we ordered from them two more times. As time went on, we started to see extra charges on our credit card from them. I reached out to [redacted] to check in on everything and ask about the charges. This snowballed into a long stream of excuses of why they couldn't get us answers about the charges on our card and the products that were missing delivery deadlines. When I asked for invoices he would say; "Our bookkeeper was supposed to go on maternity leave the end of the month but the baby had other plans so I am trying to do the receipts. I'll get it to you this week" (1/26/15 10:57am). Never received.

When it came to when we absolutely needed these cases, more excuses from [redacted] came flooding in for the lack of retrieval of all our orders. "I will check with my production mgr. They should have been completed the middle of February. He is out today so if I don’t get back to you today, that’s why" (3/6/15 9:39 am). "...the delay is because the silver finish is a special order. I thought we had all colors but apparently not. It shouldn’t be too much longer" (3/6/15 9:45 am). After months of us asking questions and getting excuses, we reached out to him for a refund and he said "I'll take the order back and get it over to [redacted] the bookkeeper"(5/5/15 8:34pm). No refund received. When we got to the point of demanding our money back he said "If you're tired of waiting, why don't you just call your bank and dispute the charges? Then we will send them our posted refund policy and they can decide. Or...have you already done that and they told you they will not rule in your favor?" (6/29/2015). No refund policy found anywhereDesired Settlement: We want to be refunded in full for the items we have not received. Three separate orders of $537, $241.50 and $1,291 were placed, however, $2,211 in charges were discovered. $2,211 should be refunded to the credit cards in which they were charged.

I am a very long time customer of Crystal Caseworks and Phil [redacted] and have bought a lot of items from his company. Unfortunately, there currently seems to be major problems at the company. I ordered a helmet case in mid February, it is now mid August (6 months have passed) and it has still not arrived. Phil gave me excuse after excuse for months and months. Then I finally gave up on expecting to receive what I ordered so I requested a refund from him. Now more excuses on the refund. Phil has been promising a refund time and time again and nothing. I would not recommend doing business with this Company as you will only be disappointed and out of cash on whatever you order. Review: On April 16, 2012, I placed an Order with Crystal Case Works for 2 Football helmet cases. I paid for the products through their website via Paypal ($551.98). I received an email from the company ([redacted]), due to the products being shipped to Canada, there was additional shipping charges. After he calculated the additional charge, I paid that fee via PayPal on April 19, 2012 ($93.02).

Since that time, I have been in regular contact with [redacted] who originally advised he was waiting for a piece from another supplier and was unable to finish the cases without it.

In October of 2012, I request a refund. I was advised the bookkeeper would prepare and send me the refund.

For several months, I continued to be promised my refund would be sent.

In June of 2013, as I still had not received my refund, I requested my order be changed to a football shaped acrylic case which is much less expensive. I was told it would take about a week or so to make and it would be sent to me along with the difference in price from my original order.

July 26, 2013 I received an email advising the case has been packed.

September 12, 2013 I received an email advising it was just packed and "sorry about the delay".

Since that time, I have sent 2 emails to the company and have not received a response.

Review: I ordered a case on 6 May and despite repeated requests for an update on the status of my order, I have received no additional information on why my order has been delayed and when it will be fulfilled. E-mails I send are acklowledged infrequently, and when they are, they provide no new information - they are slow rolling me and are either unable or unwilling to provide me with the information I have requested on my order (now almost two months old).Desired Settlement: I either want the item I ordered to be delivered ASAP, or I want the charges reversed on my credit card so I can find another more reputable and customer friendly company to fulfill the order.

Review: I ordered two football helmet acrylic display cases on Dec. 14, 2013. The order totaled $134.18 and was charged to my Visa, however I have yet to receive the product. I emailed several times and had a reply from a man named Phil who said he would check with his customer service dept., but after several more emails and phone call to the company, I received no credit, no product, and no reply.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the order that I had placed. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift and I would like to be able to follow through with it. If they are unable to produce the merchandise, I would like a full credit of $134.18 plus interest.
