Review: I ordered 2 wine bottle size display boxes in April 2015. The company charged my credit card at the time of my order. To date, I have sent 7 emails and spoken with "[redacted]" regarding the shipping delay. I also have left 2 unanswered voicemails. I have yet to receive the wine boxes. It is now 3 months since my purchase.I want resolution to this issue. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want my paid display boxes sent to me immediately.

Review: I ordered a glass case from this company on January 3rd. Despite several emails I have exchanged with the company, I have not received my product. I was assured on April 3rd that I was being refunded my purchase price, and as of today, I have still not received the refund or the product. I was given several different excuses. "It did ship. You should have received it." "We had to order more wood bases. We will send it out as soon as they are in." "It shipped already. You will receive it in 2-3 days." "I will contact my warehouse manager and find it for you." I never received a thing.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my purchase price issued to my credit card.

[redacted] Informing him that it has been a month's and have not received my cleat case which cost 203.99. I send three email to [redacted] and he responded that the item will be shipped in two or three days. I made it clear to him that if he could not complete my order to refund my money back to my [redacted] account. As of yet no case was shipped to me or refund given. This is a very bad way of doing business.Desired Settlement: I want my order delivered or my money refund back to my [redacted] Account.

Review: On May 13, 2015, I placed on online order for a baseball display case, for a total cost of $68.99. I received a confirmation by email that my order was received on the same date. My credit card was charged for the exact amount on May 22, 2015. To date, I have not received the baseball display case. I placed a phone call to the business on July 15, 2015, and was told the case would be shipped by the end of the month. Email status request were sent August 25th, September 3rd, September 9th and October 7th. An employee by the name of Phil responded to my initial email indicating the case should have been sent, then indicating he needs to check with a manager. To date, no case has been received .Desired Settlement: Have the full purchase price refunded to my credit card.

Review: On March 8, 2015 I ordered a Golf Ball Display Dome, price $34.99. Despite repeated emailed requests (probably 8) the product has still not been delivered. We've received a couple of email responses, first that the order was lost and then on backorder, but for the last month ( and three or four emails) there has been no response. I'm requested that they deliver the order, but if they have no intention of providing the product I'd like a refund.Desired Settlement: The company should either refund our money or deliver the promised product. Doing so within two weeks seems fair since we've already waited three months.

I have received no confirmation that any product is ever going to be shipped to me. It's been over two months. This company doesn't answer the phone they never return messages. And only try and respond thru email as their only way of communication. It's a total fraud! Everything is blamed on a warehouse manager that probably doesn't even exist or the product is back ordered. Not to mention the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The lies and the run around for 2 months have been to much! I have contacted my bank and reported fraudulent activity. If someone spends over $600 on a product it needs to be handled better! Also my wife has made several attempts herself to get ahold of this company and receives the same word for word responses that I received. We will be sending a certified letter to this company as well as possibly contacting the attorney general in the states of NC and NJ. How can this company be allowed to stay in business with an F- rating?Desired Settlement: Refund me my money and stop this from happening to anyone else!!

Review: On July 11, 2015 I order a helmet case with a custom-made plaque for $179.99. My order number is #[redacted] and I was told delivery would take 4-6 weeks. By August 26th, I had not received the item. On that day, I sent an email inquiring about my order. I got a response via from a man named Phil who said he would check with his warehouse manager but no information about a delivery date or tracking information was communicated. On September 3rd, I again inquired about my order email. No one responded. I have called the business multiple times and no one ever picks up or answers my messages.Desired Settlement: I would just like to item delivered within the next two weeks. Otherwise, I request a refund.

Review: Ordered 3 Die cast model showcases accommodating 1:32 scale each holding 24 models on 2-17-15 by email. Followed up with a phone call to a guy named [redacted]. Sent and received many many emails regarding delivery of product and would always get a reason for delay. Was advised by said [redacted] that indeed it was taking to long for the order to be completed, 4-15-15 and [redacted] advised me by email that he would have (Lisa) send me a complete refund. To date, 5-5-15, I have not received the product or the refund.Desired Settlement: Receive a complete refund of $599.97

Review: In December 2014 I placed an order for 3 hat cases totaling $389. I was given a 10-14 business day turn around time. January came and went without hat cases being delivered. February came and went. By the end of March 2015 I demanded a refund. Emails I sent went ignored and when yhe did respond d I was given the run around. They claimed to have mailed a refund check 2 months ago but can't verify the address they mailed it to, said they would cancel the check and reissue another. 2 more weeks of daily emails ignored. Once I said I would take this issue further ie legal, the owner decided he needed to "review" the situation more closely. Asked why I hadn't contacted my bank to dispute the charge, in fact I had contacted my bank and was told I only had 60 days to file a dispute and one could be submitted but there is no guarantee that I would get the refund. Now the "buisiness" wanted a letter from my bank in regards to their disputed charges policy and me not going to the bank after the "business" issues a refund. Even though they claim to have already issued a refund they are now back tracking.Desired Settlement: I want a refund. I did not receive my order so they do not get to keep my money.

Review: I ordered a display case from this company on June 27, 2014, to date I have not received it. I paid for the display case in advance charging it to my credit card. I have contacted the company three times and each time I was assured by the company representative named Phil, that he would check the status of my order and get back to me. On each occasion [redacted] did not get back to me.Desired Settlement: If the display case I ordered is not delivered after receipt of this complaint, I formally request a full refund via a cashier check in the amount of $24.59 which includes shipping cost.

Review: I placed an order on May 29, 2015 for a pocketwatch display case, for a total cost of $34.99. My card was charged, but I never received the item. I requested a status update on June 16 and July 2 via email. I received a response back that they were out of oak but they were going to check. I emailed again on July 22, July 29, and August 13 asking for a refund if the item could not be delivered. I called multiple times during this timeframe and finally spoke with someone on August 14 and he stated that he would get it shipped out by August 21. I again contacted via email on August 22 asking if the item shipped. After hearing no response, I tried calling again and again, only to get hung up on after hearing the outgoing message on the answering machine.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the full $34.99 that was charged to my card. This account has been closed and I will need a cashier's check in this amount. Thank you.

Review: On 5/14/13 I ordered a basketball case for my sons 1000th pt basketball to be displayed at his graduation party. It never came even though I was charged $71.99 for it by the end of the month. I repeatedly tried to call AND email the company with no response. I am cleaning my sons room and ran across the paperwork with all the information. Review: I have orders pending from May that have not been received. Company will not answer phones and only emails. Guy keeps giving me different excuse as to why order was not sent. He won't give any details about shipping them either, or even when they shipped. I have been charged already and really want my money backDesired Settlement: I want my money back. Waited long enough for my order. Three months is too long for any customer to wait

Review: Display case ordered on 3/22/2014 not yet received. Was notified by e-mail it would be shipped on Monday 3/31/2014. I inquired by e-mail on 4/25/2014 if there was a problem because item had not arrived. I was notified by e-mail on 5/2/2014, that my item had actually been on back-order, but was assured by Mr. [redacted]s there was now "physical confirmation" that my item was in inventory and ask was it OK to ship. I responded yes and accepted his apology in a e-mail on 5/3/2014. After not receiving any shipment information, I followed up with e-mail on 5/16/2014 & 5/21/2014 asking for projected delivery time table, for which I have not received any type of response.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome would be delivery of my order ASAP. If that cannot be accomplished in a timely fashion, I would like a refund.

Review: I ordered a display case on 4/21 and they charged my bank account so they are fully paid. Then I heard nothing for 3 weeks. I tried tracking on their website but that was not an option. I tried calling and it continually went to voice mail. I emailed and heard nothing, I emailed again and heard they would check with the warehouse. Then heard nothing. I emailed 2 more times. Finally was told the item was out of stock but just came in and they would try to get it in production. I explained that in I month we were moving 900 miles and I needed it before we moved. There suggestion was that I give them my new address and they would ship it there. I have a bad feeling that have no intention of completing my order.Desired Settlement: Finish the job or refund my money. They should not have charged my account before shipping the item. They are a rip off company and should be shut down.

Review: We ordered a football display case on November 10, 2014 from Crystal Caseworks in the amount of $122.99. I noticed on January 5, 2015 our credit card was charged for the order which was supposed to occur when it was delivered. Prior to this we made a few inquires via email requesting a completion date. We email Crystal Caseworks on January 13, 2015 requesting a delivery date, as we had not received the football case yet. We received a response from [redacted] on January 14, 2015 stating it would be soon since our card had been charged. As of January 22, 2015 we still had not received delivery of the football case. We received an email from [redacted] once again on January 29, 2015 stating that more bases were being made in the next several days. As of February 4, 2015 we still did not have the order and request cancellation and full refund. We received a response on Februay 4, 2015 from [redacted] trying to get us to switch to a different product that would supposedly ship by the end of the week. Once again we asked for cancellation and full refund on February 5, 2015. We received a response the same day saying we should see the credit to our account within 24-48 hours. As of today, February 18, 2015 we still have not received a credit for the product we never received. All email correspondence has been kept and filed for verification if necessary.Desired Settlement: We would like a full refund for the football display case we ordered over 3 months ago in the amount of $122.99, as soon as possible. Thank you!

Review: On 06/13/13 I ordered a BASEBALL WALL MOUNT ACRYLIC DISPLAY CASE from Crystal Caseworks via their website (order # 30619). Within minutes of ordering I received an automated e-mail confirming my purchase and payment of $47.99 (paid via PayPal). To date no other correspondence has been received from this retailer and my e-mail and telephone/voice mail inquiries have not been returned.Desired Settlement: I would like for Crystal Caseworks to either A) produce/deliver the product I purchased or B) refund my money.
