Review: Placed order for a baseball display case on 12/13/13, order number [redacted] for approximately $45.00.

The item was not received. Contacted Crystal Casewrorks Jan. 6, 2014 and was advised the order would ship in approximately 1 week.

As of this date, the order has not been received. Have contacted the business several times by phone and email with no response.Desired Settlement: Complete the order or issue a full refund.

Review: I ordered a product on 11/13/13, which I paid for in full by credit card via this companies website & have not received it to this date (2/25/14). I have called & emailed them to find out when my order would be ready & cannot get any responses. I sent an email on 2/11/14 to see if anyone could tell me what's going on & I received a response that evening telling me they could not do anything now because the business was closed but they would check on it the next day & let me know. I didn't hear anything from them so I sent another email asking them what's going on on 2/23/13 & to this date still haven't heard anything from them or received my product.Desired Settlement: I would like the product delivered that I ordered over three months ago. I would also like some communications or responses about my order to explain where it is &when I can expect to receive it.

Review: I placed an order on July 15, 2014 over 6 weeks ago. It was for a soccer ball display case. The order has not been delivered and my last 2 calls and last 2 emails have not been acknowledged or responded to. I've asked if the order could not be fulfilled to notify me and I would cancel and reorder from another company. I cannot get a response from anyone in the company. Also the product I originally ordered "basket-102" is not the same product that is now on their website as basket-102.Desired Settlement: I would like honest communication from the company. Either delivery of the original item ordered or notification that it cannot be delivered, and a refund if it was already charged, so that I can reorder from another more legitimate company. I need to know the honest status of my order.

Review: I placed an online order with Crystal Caseworks on January 11, 2015 for a glass football display case (order # [redacted]). The order was billed to my credit card on February 3, 2015 for $122.99; however I still have not received the item as of June 29, 2015. I have received a litany of excuses from [redacted] as to why I have not received my order ranging from no power, to no wood available, to my order was "lost spinning around in the system." No one seems to take ownership of the issue. I emailed [redacted] on June 9, 2015 inquiring about the status of my order and [redacted] responded stating that he would be refunding my credit card. I have contacted Chase and that refund has not been authorized.History:2/1 - I emailed CCW regarding the status of my order.2/2 - [redacted] responds that they have no power2/3 - [redacted] responds that they have been out of red mahogany wood but should have more within the week.3/15 - I emailed [redacted] regarding the status of my order.3/26 - No response so I emailed [redacted] regarding the status of my order.3/26 - [redacted] responds that he was going to check on it that he thought it was done already.3/28 - I emailed [redacted] regarding the status of my order.3/30 - No response so I emailed [redacted] regarding the status of my order.3/31 - [redacted] responds that they are still out of wood and would ask book keeper to issue refund while they try to complete the order.5/18 - No refund and no product so I emailed [redacted] regarding the status of my order.5/20 - No response to my email on 5/18 so I emailed [redacted] regarding the status of my order.5/23 - [redacted] send an email to [redacted] and cc's myself. "[redacted], I need to know what is happening with this order ASAP."6/9 - Still no response from [redacted] or [redacted] regarding the status of my order so I emailed [redacted] again.6/9 - [redacted] says he will be refunding my account and gives no explanation as to what's going on.6/23 - I follow up with CCW and receive no response.6/29 - I follow up with Chase Card Services and there still hasn't been a refund issued.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card refunded the $122.99 that was charged on February 3, 2015. I am tired of dealing with this company. They obviously don't know how to run a reputable business.

Review: I placed an order through Crystal Caseworks website on April 17, 2015. As of May 6, 2015, I have not received any confirmation that the product was shipped or any indication from Crystal Caseworks when I could expect the product to ship. I have sent two unresponded to emails, one on April 29, 2015 and one on May 6, 2015. I have also left voicemail, which has yet to be returned.Desired Settlement: I would settle to have my credit card refunded in full. Or, if the product has already been manufactured, to have the product shipped today.

Review: I ordered two baseball display cases from this business over 8 weeks ago. The business has failed to deliver the product and has failed to respond to multiple inquiries.Desired Settlement: I want this business to fulfill it's obligation to deliver the promised product.

Review: I placed an order on August 27, 2015. To-date I have yet to receive my order. I have made several attempts via e-mail and leaving voice mail messages to get an answer on an ETA. The basic response is "I thought my warehouse manager was dealing with you. Let me look into and get back to you." Aside my e-mail to this business today, my last e-mail inquiry was October 19th with no response. Obviously, I am not happy because they processed my credit card on August 29, 2015. I'm also not happy that they don't want to respond to my inquiries about an ETA.Desired Settlement: Delivery of my complete order (including name plates) in the next week.In my original complaint I had asked that I get "Delivery of Order" asmy settlement but I have changed my mind. My desire is to now get afull refund on my order with Crystal Caseworks. I did e-mail themdirectly requesting a refund and they responded indicating they wouldsend this request over to their bookkeeper to handle. Having said that,I have read other reviews wherein a refund was to be forthcoming but iteither took a really long time or has yet to arrive. I would hope toavoid the same issue.

Review: I ordered 3 display cases back in April, Order #[redacted], my debit card was used and they charged my account. After about a month I haven't received anything so I E mailed Crystal caseworks and was told they would look into resolving the problem, this has been going on for some time now and I was told by [redacted] that I would be refunded 2 wks ago but still nothingDesired Settlement: I want my account reimbursed or the product delivered immediately
