Receptionist's are very nice and have great customer service skillsThey flexible and work with their customers in order to please everyoneI've had a couple friends use this company as well and I will most certainly be using them again! Crystal Clean is very professional and I highly recommend using them

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Crystal Clean $refund is unacceptable Crystal Clean charged me $for the UVC light and its installationCrystal Clean authorized $refund reflects three trip charges which is being deducted from the original cost The initial trip was a Prepaid [redacted] which I paid ($46); 1st trip has been paid The second trip was to inspect and remove Crystal Cleans’ faulty and/or improper installation of the UVC light; 2nd trip supervisor removed UVC light I assume, the third trip is to pithe UVC light, Supervisor refused to take the UVC light on 2nd trip advising to keep UVC until we get a refund The UVC light shouldn’t have been installed my A/C unit was aged (17yrs) an experienced A/C company/technician would have recommended replacement of the aged A/C unit However, Kenneth R [redacted] , Crystal Clean technician trainee, recommended the installation of the UVC light, my aged A/C unit couldn’t handle such installation causing a short in my A/C system The UVC light installation caused a hazardous fire condition, straining the A/C system and causing the malfunction and ultamently the replacement of the A/C system (replacement cost $3,742) I am requesting a refund for UVC light $500; also $1,(50%) re-imbursement for the cost of replacing the air-conditioning system Due to damages caused by Crystal Clean Technician’s Kenneth R [redacted] inappropriate A/C system recommendation and improper installation of the UVC system, which caused Central A/C system to malfunction and void [redacted] home warranty A/C coverage Total refund $2, ($will be accepted for the UVC light, legal action will be taken for full replacement cost of AC unit) Regards, [redacted]

When I called the receptionists were kind, informative, flexible , and the technicians were polite and performed above and beyondI would use this company again :)

On day of first appointment was called and told the technician will arrive at the last hour of a three hour timeframeMy day had been wasted and the timing will not work so we rescheduledReceived a call on scheduled date and told when the tech will arriveJohn did arrive on time and got to work right awayHe was professional and seemed knowledgableOf course, he successfully sold me on a few other items and got the job done in an efficient mannerHe also cleaned up well after himselfJohn did a great job

Wanted my heat/air ducts and dryer vent cleaned Called them in from advertisement that they would clean unlimited vents, returns and ducts for $134,with an additional $for dryer vent cleaning As soon as the guy came in without looking at anything he started up-selling I did not go for any additional services He used a handheld vacuum did not take any of the vents off and claimed he cleaned my ducts The dryer he pulled out from wall; he said it was too close to wall and was squeezing the dryer vent and claimed all is well with dryerI could have done what he didThis guy never even looked at my heater or air conditioner He never even opened the door to where it is stored He walked around the house with a mask on and the handheld vacuum going to each vent and vacuuming the ventsI had to call in another company to get the job done properly The other company took all vents off and actually put hose throughout the ducts and cleaned all of my air ductsThey had a hose attached to something in their truck to collect all of the dirt The dryer vent they got all of the lint out (which supposedly Crystal Clean was supposed to do and I paid for them to do) I called Crystal Clean to complain and they were EXTREMELY NASTY!! They defended the job the guy did I was so upset they were willing to send someone else out I asked if that person would actually take vents off and would look at heater system, the response I got; he will look and decide what needs to be done if anything I made the appointment but then decided why have them come again if they would not guarantee doing the job properlyWhen the other company saw what Crystal Clean did they told me I had a valid complaint since nothing was done except for the handheld vacuum of vents I would NEVER recommend this company

As per our email conversations, Crystal Clean will be glad to unclog or fix anything CRYSTAL CLEAN was paid and contracted to doAs per our email conversations, Crystal Clean will refund any moneys CRYSTAL CLEAN received after a standard release form is signedMoneys contracted to other entities other than CRYSTAL CLEAN whether is was done unknowingly or on the side - Crystal Clean is not liable or responsibleCrystal Clean stands by OUR work and have been nothing but cooperative in providing everything you needed to file a reportCrystal Clean has file our own report as well surrounding this matter

Crystal Clean charges an extra fee for dryer vent cleaning as stated on our coupon. It is not included. Our work order contract that [redacted] *. signed states she only had air duct cleaning performed. Upon her request, she wanted a different technician to come back because she was unhappy with her air... ducts. When he arrived, she wanted him to fix both her dryer and the dryer vent instead of checking the air ducts. We do not service the mechanics of a dryer, we only perform cleaning of the vent. When the technician explained this to her, she said to only fix the vent of the dryer. After speaking with management, the technician checked her air ducts and it was cleaned properly. Both management and the technician explained, we did not perform anything on her dryer or the vent of her dryer - she would need to call whom ever serviced it last to fix it. We did not charge her for checking her air ducts and coming out the second time. After speaking to the original technician, he only cleaning the air ducts as per our work order reflects. [redacted] *. paid for air duct cleaning only. The original technician also recommended other needed services that she declined. Check # [redacted] for $179.19 was paid for our air duct cleaning of vents, returns, mains, and access panels. As our coupons state - components of the furnace needing services, dryer vent cleaning and/or chimney cleaning is priced separately. Crystal Clean has made multiple attempts to resolve this matter with no outcome. At this time Crystal Clean will have to decline ***'s request for a refund. Crystal Clean does stand by our work, and if there's anything that [redacted] *ad paid for but is unhappy with, we would be more than happy to come back and fix.

When I had Michael come to my home back in the spring, he was so polite, respectful and did such a wonderful job cleaning our vents He even helped me with my tv I had back @ neck surgery and could not do something, so that is why he helped me He deserves to be a supervisor, that is how kind and caring he was I recommended a friend to your company Her name is U*** She is really nice and is looking forward to her vents being cleaned Thank you for your time Please look for the copy I sent to your company, the certificate and a letter attached I sent it about months ago Thank you for your time Sincerely, L*** A***

Called to have all my duct worked cleaned showed the tech all the duct work and all the vents minutes later he was done I said did you get all the duct work he said no you I have fiber board I told him that the contract was to clean all my duct work as well as what the coupon said he then told me that he could not clean the duct work beacuse it was iber board I was nover told that before proces was started they tryed to get me to ppay $ to my my vents cleaned I could have done that with a shop vac after talkijng to a manager he told me they dont cut into fiber board well that should have been asked when I made the appointment and or told me when he got here tech was very freindly however managent was very rude he said he cleaned the vents and not the duct work what do you want me to do > do not use this company advertisement

My experience with Crystal Clean was a very positive one from the time we call to get some information into the job was doneThe technician arrive on time and immediately introduce himself and explain to us what needed to be done and more less how long it will takeHe was very professional and knowledgeable.We are very happy with the service provided and with the customer serviceWould definitely recommendThanks for an excellent job!

I had just moved into a new house and was getting everything cleaned, my ducts being one of them I scheduled for Crystal Clean to come out and do a routine duct clean When they got here he didn't clean my ducts, instead he played on my emotions of having just moved in and having small kids He said that I needed to evacuate my house (that we just moved into), move everything out of the house, that we have mold and fungus and that we were breathing mold spores.....oh and it was going to cost $to have our problem fixed!!! It was a day from hell!!!! Long story short I got on the phone calling everyone (insurance co, inpector, real estate agent, etc.) We got a mold & remediation company to come out in a few hours.....NO MOLD! Our HVAC system had condensation which cause particles and dirt to blow in the registers (easy fix) The rep would not leave without me signing....he went from $for everything to $for today's treatment to $service fee and you can think about it My concern is how many people did they scam out of fear of living and breathing mold?!!! If this were anyone else they would have a lawsuit on their hands, I would rather notify the public to beware

The company performed an unlimited vent cleaning and return unit, and the blower fan cleanedI had vents and returnsI also had the dryer vent cleanedThe technician did a wonderful jobHe was very polite and professionalHe gave us recommendations, which we will take care in the near futureWe have used other companies in the past, and there were no comparison to the work we had performed by Crystal CleanWe will definitely will be using them from this point onGREAT WORK!! I am rejecting this response because:
Air Ducts: *** Voucher services was not rendered, Crystal Clean Technicians
(CCT) stated my vents were clean, however, the system had MOLD and proceeded to spot spray and wipe the front of my indoor
main A/C system. CCT redeemed *** on
2/23/@ 2:17PM (attached). *** cost $UVC Light Installation: Due to its aged condition
the UVC system shouldn’t have been installedNevertheless, my A/C system was aged, but running well, I purchased this
*** for A/C maintenance. Upon arrival CCT’s recommend UVC light to control allergens and dust, he also suggested
next time purchase a Hepa electro-static filter. I, therefore, purchased the UVC light at an
additional cost of $cash. Placement of the UVC light and its electrical
connections were improperly placed/installed, which shorted out other parts of
my A/C system Nevertheless, CCT’s faulty
service also voids my *** *** *** (***) (###-###-####) A/C warranty
coverage (Dispatch # ***)TAMPERED UVC: *** *** ***
(###-###-####), sent by ***, on 4/8/removed the Crystal Cleans’ UVC’s burnt electrical
connectors to prevent a fire disaster and further damages to the A/C unit
(picture attached)Crystal Clean responded within hrs to my complaint, a supervisor was sent to
inspect the situation on 4/9/15. I
requested the UVC system be removed, returned and also be refunded the purchase
cost of $500. He said he did not carry
cash and was instructed to contact the office and fight for a refund and was
further instructed to keep the UVC light until I get my refundTake Advantage: Kenneth R*** and
Partner, CCT were out-of-towners,
trainees in Florida. Crystal Clear acquires
clients through *** and dispatches its TRAINEES to service calls. Is trainee workers non-disclosure a deceptive
practice? Also services purchased thru *** are not rendered,
but redeemed. Crystal Clear takes
advantage of customers by recommending enhancements, which may be inappropriate
for the actual A/C system, in effort to increase sales for monetary enrichmentCrystal Clean specified refund
is unacceptable. Furthermore, CCT initial
service was a Prepaid Groupon service call and the second service call
was due to CCT improper installation of their UVC, no other service calls
were rendered by Crystal Clean.
I am requesting a refund of the *** $
and the UVC System $500; also $1,(50%) re-imbursement for the cost of replacing the air-conditioning
system. Due to damages caused by Crystal
Clean Technician’s Kenneth R*** and Partners’ inappropriate A/C
system recommendation and improper installation of the UVC system, which caused
Central A/C system to malfunction and void *** home warranty A/C coverage.
