I tried this company due to a coupon I found for unlimited vent/return cleaningThey were wonderfulVery polite and informativetechs arrived and woked well togetherThe one tech explained everything he was checking and what he found even showing me the video of my ductsHe explained my furnace parts that I was not as familar withThe prices were great as extra work needed done, they even gave a discount as I couldn't afford everythingThey did everything in their visitI am very pleased and noticed a difference in my air quality almost immediatelyThe one tech even went above and beyond by spraying a small section of my basement with mold spray as I had a slight moisture issueI will definitely use this company for future needs

Highly recommend! I have never had my air ducts cleaned before but decided to have them done due to my allergiesThe technicians were extremely professional with meThey were also very patient in explaining the process to me - which I appreciateWill use again, they did a wonderful job!

Complete bait-and-switch with a bonus of an estimate fee! Advertizement of "whole house special" for duct cleaning of $per system; great deal! Called for an appointment, gentleman comes in and removes all my vents - great! Then after about an hour walking through the attic and basement with me, I am given a paper with a lot of numbers - all of which were explained in great detail - I asked what the total would be and my $special times two systems jumps to OVER $2,000!!! I explain that I need to talk to my spouse, so the gentleman waits - husband says that amount requires multiple estimatesGentleman has to charge me a fee of $for coming out I'm sorry, what!? He calls his supervisor who then talks to me, and offers for his employee to wait at my house while I get my estimates I'm sorry, WHAT!? I explain, my reasons for why that is not going to happenThen the business of the $50...he offers to take $off the $2,bill if I get my ducts cleaned right now, or the $can be applied toward the bill after we get our estimates So, we discuss a moment further and now the $is "no big deal." Good I felt so completely uncomfortable that I cannot hire or recommend this company EVER

From the moment I called they were very pleasant and informative, they were able to work around my schedule and the technician was great, I will definitely be using this company again in the future!!

Our competitor that the customer invited to come out after us wouldn't have seen any dirt or signs of mold because we had already cleaned it. *** *** opted not to have her air ducts cleanedShe only applied her signature to have a UVC light installedShe did not pay for any other services nor were any services performedInstalling a UVC light cannot impact a coil or cause a condenser unit to be low on coolant.Our company
dispatched a field supervisor to *** ***'s home when she contacted our officeUpon inspection, our UVC light was in fact installed properly but it did look like it was tampered with*** ***'s wanted us to remove it, so we didThen she demanded the supervisor to give her a cash refund on spotObviously that is no company's policyWhen the supervisor explained to her he does not carry any cash on him, she refused to return the lightHe explained to her that all refunds are processed through our office, but they cannot refund her if she keeps our equipment. Crystal Clean denies her ridiculous request to be refunded $2,If our equipment is returned in the same condition, we will refund the amount of the UVC light minus the travel fees for going out there*** *** had also provided us with documents from a different company stating that her system was "low on R-22" and her system had an "impacted coil", (which our technician had told her as well)Another company also stated on a document, "Found dirty condensing and evaporator coils"Found pressures to be low""Located a leak at bottom left hand side of evaporator coil." *** *** also provided us with pictures that clearly show rusted and dirty coils and a very neglected unit - which would cause all of the above problemsThe cause of any of those would be from neglect/poor maintenance on a unit, as any company would tell you.
We do not appreciate *** *** trying to take advantage of a good companyWe stand behind all our warranted products.
So to resolve this matter, I will authorize a refund of $for the UVC light, which is the total minus our trip chargesHowever, a refund will only be given upon return of our equipment, as when we removed it by our supervisor.

A dryer vent and chimney cleaning for a one-man crew takes
on average, 20-minutes if there are no difficultiesA two-man crew would
cut this time in halfOur technician’s clock in and out with our office at
every house - this is our policyThey clocked in for minutes at this
locationThe technicians did not leave either of these homes with a chimney
vent door ajar
Crystal Clean spoke with *** and offered to send a
technician back out to check any work that was done and offered to redo
anything she’d like redone for freeIn addition to coming back out to home
#*** & #***, a full refund would given back if the work was in fact not
done properlyShe told me she needed to discuss this with her husband and
would call me back. After not hearing
from her, I tried calling back both her and *** several timesI also left
voicemailsMy phone system records all call data and I have times and dates of
these calls madeIn additional to continuing to reach the both of them, I sent
back and forth multiple e-mails to Anne, the manager of their association, in
regards to their filed complaintsI have those e-mails to prove as wellThere
still has been no response from both *** and ***, except now two
stopped payments. I assure you we did
good work and this is looking to be like a simple case of her and her family
member next door not wanting to pay for services rendered

According to Crystal Clean it takes approximately 20-minutes to clean a dryer vent and chimney. I can assure you that the technician who had our service orders (*** and *** *** *** ***) only spent maybe minutes in each of our homes. When the technician came up stairs at my brother's home he said the furnace was clean. My brother thought that was impossible because the furnace hadn't been cleaned for several years. That is when my brother went downstairs to investigate and look at the furnace for himself. That is when he saw the furnace vent door ajar. There was soot, leaves, dirt, etcon the floor of the furnace, which is a good inclination, that the furnace had not been cleaned. He immediately called me and informed me of his situation and said that he was going over to my home to check on my furnace. Both my brother and *** ***, his fiancee, went over to my house to find the same situation - dirt, soot, etcand a basement floor with lint from the dryerThe door to my chimney vent was also ajar. Carbon monoxide could have caused a potentially deadly situation. The tech also never went outside to vacuum the vents out
When I spoke to the receptionist I told HER that I would have to discuss the situation with my husband. I told Mark the next day that my husband did not want Crystal Clean back in our home. When I told Mark I would like my money back he said, "Well that's not gonna happen!" That is when I told him I would cancel payment of my check. He said go ahead and I'll put you in collections. Mark did call my home, but I did not return his call because I had already notified the Revdex.com and did not want to be submitted to his sarcasmI can assure you that Crystal Clean DID NOT do satisfactory work. (I really do not think they did any work) I also resent that Crystal Clean would say that this is a simple case of a family not wanting to pay for services rendered. We always pay for services rendered and for him to suggest such a thing is an insult! When speaking with several neighbors we learned that they were also not happy with Crystal Clean. I would really love to see the letters of accommodation that they received from our neighbors at Trent Manner.At this point, I am very upset over the entire Crystal Clean episode. *** ***

We called you several times in response to your
e-mail the very next morning, but there was never an answer. Our office is under video and audio surveillance
at all times. After further review to address this situation - our receptionist
working the day your call was received at 5pm was never once rude to you or
hung up on you. We did hear that she was not able to answer all of your
questions but she was not dismissive of you. I do apologize if you felt this way but we do hope you consider our company in the future.

I am rejecting this response because:   Crystal Clean $350.00 refund is unacceptable. 
Crystal Clean charged me $500 for the UVC light
and its installation. Crystal Clean authorized $350 refund reflects three trip
charges which is being deducted from the original cost.  The initial trip was a Prepaid [redacted] which
I paid ($46); 1st trip
has been paid.  The second trip was to inspect and remove Crystal
Cleans’ faulty and/or improper installation of the UVC light; 2nd
trip supervisor
removed UVC light.  I assume, the third trip is to pick-up the UVC light, Supervisor refused
to take the UVC light on 2nd trip advising to keep UVC until we get
a refund.
The UVC light shouldn’t have been installed my
A/C unit was aged (17yrs) an experienced A/C company/technician would have recommended
replacement of the aged A/C unit. 
However, Kenneth R[redacted], Crystal Clean technician trainee, recommended the installation of the UVC light,
my aged A/C unit couldn’t handle such installation causing a short in my A/C system. 
The UVC light installation caused a hazardous
fire condition, straining the A/C system and causing the malfunction and ultamently
the replacement of the A/C system (replacement cost $3,742).
I am requesting a refund for UVC light $500; also $1,871 (50%) re-imbursement
for the cost of replacing the air-conditioning system.  Due to damages caused by Crystal Clean
Technician’s Kenneth R[redacted] inappropriate A/C system recommendation
and improper installation of the UVC system, which caused Central A/C system to
malfunction and void [redacted] home warranty A/C coverage.
Total refund
$2,371.  ($500 will be accepted for the UVC light,  legal action will be taken for full replacement cost of AC unit) .

Receptionist's are very nice and have great customer service skills. They flexible and work with their customers in order to please everyone. I've had a couple friends use this company as well and I will most certainly be using them again! Crystal Clean is very professional and I highly recommend using them.

When I called the receptionists were kind, informative, flexible , and the technicians were polite and performed above and beyond. I would use this company again :)

I am rejecting this response because: this man has harassed me by phone and email and has been told NOT to communicate with me via either. He was instructed to communicate by USPS mail only. His last for of harassment is to state that the release forms can ONLY be given by email. It's total bunk, based on all his previous excuses and ultimatums, this is just yet another. He's had over the 21 days and 2+ notices to respond to you, plus over a month to just mail the elusive release form to me but has chosen not to. He apparently likes to toy. Done with him, his bunk excuses and his harassment. He could have mailed the check weeks ago and made things right, but hasn't. Waiting till the 11th hour to respond to this company is just a classic example of his behavior towards me: all talk, no action. Done with this fool!

On day of first appointment was called and told the technician will arrive at the last hour of a three hour timeframe. My day had been wasted and the timing will not work so we rescheduled. Received a call on scheduled date and told when the tech will arrive. John did arrive on time and got to work right away. He was professional and seemed knowledgable. Of course, he successfully sold me on a few other items and got the job done in an efficient manner. He also cleaned up well after himself. John did a great job.

I feel like my concerns were not addressed in a timely fashion or appropriately. If Crystal Clean has a set price for this type of service, then why did the technician continuously ask my grandmother to pay for the fee in cash so she could get a "HUGE discount"? The way you conduct your business is unsatisfactory, and, quite frankly, the business and the technicians conduct themselves unprofessionally and unethically.
