my experience was not unlike the others, but with some FRAUD with it. I am going one step further than these other people. I am opening an investigation with the ATtorney General, the Consumer Advocate and others who can help with bringing charges against this company.
They are scamming people in more ways than you know from reading these reviews. Get ready Crystal Clean. I'm coming after you!

Last week John F. came to clean the system in our house, which included ducts, vents, returns, blower fan and housing, a/c coils, and the dryer vent. After a thorough inspection, he showed me what needed to be done and the associated price. He and his manager were quite helpful and even provided a discount. What a great job! He also sanitized the air passage interiors, treated with a moldicide, and resealed these passages to prevent any further soiling. He did a superb job, and was very considerate of my home. He cleaned up, and left the house clean and smelling very fresh. I am a very happy customer!

As you can clearly see in the invoice [redacted] attached, She did not pay for a dryer vent. It was only Air duct cleaning, as previously stated. All recommended services where denied. I circled the service Crystal Clean preformed and the total amount she paid. After further investigation, I did notice [redacted] did pay over 10 cents. I would be glad to refund that.As far as the accusation of harassment, Crystal Clean only made contact one day to try and resolve the issues. After speaking to a very irate [redacted]., it was determined she was not being truthful and it was not able to be resolved via phone. Crystal Clean again stands by our work. If there are any problems with services we preformed we would be glad to fix. Services not provided or paid for, we are not and will not be liable for. Therefore, other then clerical error of 10 cents, Crystal Clean at this time will deny any refunds.

Crystal Clean charges an extra fee for dryer vent cleaning as stated on our coupon. It is not included. Our work order contract that [redacted]. signed states she only had air duct cleaning performed. Upon her request, she wanted a different technician to come back because she was unhappy with her air...

ducts. When he arrived, she wanted him to fix both her dryer and the dryer vent instead of checking the air ducts. We do not service the mechanics of a dryer, we only perform cleaning of the vent. When the technician explained this to her, she said to only fix the vent of the dryer. After speaking with management, the technician checked her air ducts and it was cleaned properly. Both management and the technician explained, we did not perform anything on her dryer or the vent of her dryer - she would need to call whom ever serviced it last to fix it. We did not charge her for checking her air ducts and coming out the second time. After speaking to the original technician, he only cleaning the air ducts as per our work order reflects.[redacted]. paid for air duct cleaning only. The original technician also recommended other needed services that she declined. Check # [redacted] for $179.19 was paid for our air duct cleaning of vents, returns, mains, and access panels. As our coupons state - components of the furnace needing services, dryer vent cleaning and/or chimney cleaning is priced separately. Crystal Clean has made multiple attempts to resolve this matter with no outcome. At this time Crystal Clean will have to decline [redacted]'s request for a refund. Crystal Clean does stand by our work, and if there's anything that [redacted]ad paid for but is unhappy with, we would be more than happy to come back and fix.

As per our email conversations, Crystal Clean will be glad to unclog or fix anything CRYSTAL CLEAN was paid and contracted to do. other than CRYSTAL CLEAN whether is was done unknowingly or on the side - Crystal Clean is not liable or responsible. Crystal Clean stands by OUR work and have been nothing but cooperative in providing everything you needed to file a report. Crystal Clean has file our own report as well surrounding this matter.

Wanted my heat/air ducts and dryer vent cleaned. Called them in from advertisement that they would clean unlimited vents, returns and ducts for $134,09 with an additional $35 for dryer vent cleaning. As soon as the guy came in without looking at anything he started up-selling. I did not go for any additional services. He used a handheld vacuum did not take any of the vents off and claimed he cleaned my ducts. The dryer he pulled out from wall; he said it was too close to wall and was squeezing the dryer vent and claimed all is well with dryer. I could have done what he did. This guy never even looked at my heater or air conditioner. He never even opened the door to where it is stored. He walked around the house with a mask on and the handheld vacuum going to each vent and vacuuming the vents. I had to call in another company to get the job done properly. The other company took all vents off and actually put hose throughout the ducts and cleaned all of my air ducts. They had a hose attached to something in their truck to collect all of the dirt. The dryer vent they got all of the lint out (which supposedly Crystal Clean was supposed to do and I paid for them to do). I called Crystal Clean to complain and they were EXTREMELY NASTY!! They defended the job the guy did. I was so upset they were willing to send someone else out. I asked if that person would actually take vents off and would look at heater system, the response I got; he will look and decide what needs to be done if anything. I made the appointment but then decided why have them come again if they would not guarantee doing the job properly. When the other company saw what Crystal Clean did they told me I had a valid complaint since nothing was done except for the handheld vacuum of vents. I would NEVER recommend this company.

To begin with, they are telling a bold faced lie. I did not curse at them. I did say I would contact the Revdex.com though, and (Mike the "manager") said "go ahead". He knew the technician cleaned the blower fan blades with his fingers and he agreed with me and said that they weren't supposed to clean them like that. He agreed with me that it was an improper way to do the job. I did in fact hang up the phone first because I felt I was not getting anywhere with Mike after I told him I only wanted a refund, and  I wanted no more techs from their company to come back to the house because we had already had the carpets cleaned by then and did not want anymore dust stirred up because of my asthma. They would have to come onto the main floor of the house with all their equipment and go down to the basement where the furnace/A/C unit is. This would be unacceptable at this point since we have already had the carpets cleaned. I feel this company should stand by their product and services better and not make up lies about people who are just trying to get a refund for an unacceptable service. I don't feel that my request is unreasonable and there is nothing in writing on the copy of the receipt concerning no refund for unacceptable work. I stand firm on the request for a refund. Crystal Clean came out on 10/13/17. [redacted] was home during the appointment. When completing our "walk through" at the end of the appointment to make sure everything was clean and put away - [redacted] had stated her husband was replacing the ductwork on the basement floor. The ductwork was not...

connected down in the basement. The technician cleaned all the ductwork other than the ductwork that was disconnected on the floor. [redacted] later called on 10/16/17 evening and spoke with a receptionist. She had taken the message from him for a manager to return his call. The next day, a manager returned his call and sent the same technician out to fix any problems or concerns. During this second appointment, the technician went ahead and cleaned the disconnected ductwork in the basement and the fan was also re-cleaned at this time for [redacted].  The customer has stated he is satisfied.

Had an awesome experience with this company, receptionists were kind and informative. Very professional. The technician did a great job! Excited to use them again in the future.

I am rejecting this response because: this man has harassed me by phone and email and has been told NOT to communicate with me via either. He was instructed to communicate by USPS mail only. His last for of harassment is to state that the release forms can ONLY be given by email. It's total bunk, based on all his previous excuses and ultimatums, this is just yet another. He's had over the 21 days and 2+ notices to respond to you, plus over a month to just mail the elusive release form to me but has chosen not to. He apparently likes to toy. 
Done with him, his bunk excuses and his harassment. He could have mailed the check weeks ago and made things right, but hasn't. Waiting till the 11th hour to respond to this company is just a classic example of his behavior towards me: all talk, no action. Done with this fool!

I am rejecting this response because:  Your response was a load of [redacted].  One, no one ever called me, none the less several times.  Was there a message left?  Of course not, because the call never actually happened.  If you couldn't get a hold of me (I use that statement with sarcasm given I am the only one that checks my phone and no one called) why wouldn't you use the same forum to contact me that I used to contact you?  Second, I appreciate being called a liar, it’s a great way to treat a potential customer.  I am definitely not a liar and your representative definitely did hang up on me, was rude and yelled at me.  If you actually listened to the audio you would already know what my questions were that she couldn't answer and you would have heard her say that she was not going to give me her name.  I also called right back and no one answered.  Lastly, I am not sure how calling a potential customer a liar and lying to that customer by telling them that you attempted to contact them is a way you are going to gain their business but you are definitely never going to get my business.  I would never want to do business with a company that just lied to me and called me a liar.  I like to do business with companies I deem ethical and your company is not one of them.  OTHER POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS - BEWARE.  THIS COMPANY WILL BE RUDE, HANG UP ON YOU, NOT ATTEMPT TO HELP YOU, LIE THAT THEY CALLED YOU, I CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW THEY WOULD TREAT YOU ONCE THEY GOT YOUR MONEY.  LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR THIS SERVICE.

A dryer vent and chimney cleaning for a one-man crew takes
on average, 20-40 minutes if there are no difficulties. A two-man crew would
cut this time in half. Our technician’s clock in and out with our office at
every house - this is our policy. They clocked in for 23 minutes at this
location. The technicians did not leave either of these homes with a chimney
vent door ajar.
Crystal Clean spoke with [redacted] and offered to send a
technician back out to check any work that was done and offered to redo
anything she’d like redone for free. In addition to coming back out to home
#334 & #335, a full refund would given back if the work was in fact not
done properly. She told me she needed to discuss this with her husband and
would call me back.  After not hearing
from her, I tried calling back both her and [redacted] several times. I also left 2
voicemails. My phone system records all call data and I have times and dates of
these calls made. In additional to continuing to reach the both of them, I sent
back and forth multiple e-mails to Anne, the manager of their association, in
regards to their filed complaints. I have those e-mails to prove as well. There
still has been no response from both [redacted] and [redacted], except now two
stopped payments.  I assure you we did
good work and this is looking to be like a simple case of her and her family
member next door not wanting to pay for services rendered.
Crystal Clean stands by our work. Nothing we do is harmful
or potentially dangerous. We’ve been in business for many years now. We have many
happy customers in her same association that have mailed us back wonderful
reviews.
At this point, I’m not sure what else I can possibly do for
these 2 customers.

Crystal Clean uses many methods to clean air ducts. We only follow NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaning Association) procedures. We use negative pressure machines, 4x4 (4 motors, 4 hepa-filter) machines, air tools, different brush systems, high-pressure foggers and tools.

a “Crystal Clean” uniform. Our logo is on the left side of every shirt.Crystal Clean stands by our work. Our technician made several notes on the work order contract that was signed by the individual at the appointment, not [redacted] - For instance, "The filter has not been changed for 2 years" "The coils were heavily soiled and potentially a problem". This person also signed off that Crystal Clean was not responsible for various problems the technician noticed while he was there.We would be more than happy to send someone to your home for free to take care of any problems or concerns that was paid for, but at this time, Crystal Clean will be declining any refund. Our records also show this amount has already been disputed by [redacted].
