HELP!
I had a loan that was sold to BB&T years ago and serviced through CSC Logic. I show the last payment made was in February of 2021 but I never received a Lien Release letter and I need that so that I can sell my car.

Neither of the phone numbers listed here work anymore.

DISREGARD THIS! I FOUND IT!

Almost 3 years ago I paid of my car loan in full. about 6 months prior to paying it off I moved from Wisconsin to Minnesota. When I did this I received a Minnesota title in the mail the listed CSC Logic INC as the protected party for the lien. After paying off the car I received lien release documentation from CSC but but BMO Harris bank (the original loan holder) stationary and information along with the old Wisconsin title with a lien release from BMO Harris bank. Minnesota will not accept this documentation to release the lain because CSC Logic INC is the same on the title. I need a signed Notification of Assignment, Release or Grant of Secure Interest from CSC Logic INC and not with BMO Harris information on it. How the heck do I get this so I can finally have a clear title for my 2013 Dodge Avenger after almost 3 hears?

Such a pathetic company, I have called them more than five times and they are still not ready to send my Certificate of Title (Release) letter, what I received just promises. The very first letter I received was on October 17, 2018 stating that my loan has been fully paid I should formally request for this letter, I called and my wait started.

Thinking that it might have been sent to my co-signer's address as all other mail was going there, I got my address updated and requested to mail again, if it was already sent or returned.

I waited for a month or so and called them gain and they said it was taking more time than normal due to work load, I said no problem. On July 8, 2019, I again called them and same answer. Last week I called once again and the Rep said that she talked to her supervisor and it will be definitely sent in the next 3 days and she also promised to call me to confirm.

Since I did not get that call and called once again today (Feb 10, 2010), to my surprise their system still showing no action my request.

I would request Revdex.com to help me on this matter and get my letter.

Incompetent wouldn't be the right word. Grossly incompetent maybe. I moved states and had the local DMV request the title. Nothing came. They said 14 days. Then they said 30 days. When I called the fifth time, they still hadn't "ordered it" from their storage box (can't make this up). I don't know how to MAKE a loan company do it's job. May have to seek legal action.

This company is grossly incompetent in their ability to keep track of customer payments. Their handling of customer services and complaints is unethical and grossly incompetent. I will never do business with this company again and suggest that anyone looking for a loan avoid this company at all costs.

I have 3 car payments left and up until now I have been making car payments every month but something is very suspicious it started out okay, but last maybe 6 months this company seem like a scan same lady answers the call everytime and stop sending me proof of payment in the mail but I have bank statements to prove I paid and now with only 3 payments left, they are not answering phone, what should I do

These people are crooks. We sent a customer pay off over 30 days ago and still never received the title or lien card and every time that we call they stay that they will overnight it to us and still have not. The Supervisor lied to me about how they were sending the title. The next time that I called in she answered the phone and I found out that she was actually not even a supervisor but just another customer care rep. Finally had to file a loss of bond title and do not care about customer service. The part that makes me nervous it I bet they are robbing peter to pay paul. Worst experience ever in my 20 year automotive dealership experience. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING.

Csc Logic Inc skips mailing out statements, and their online services don't work, they don't answer their phones and they hang up on you.
CSC Logic Inc skips mailing out my statements once in a while, so then I try to call when my bill is due and they don't answer, they put you on hold and then it eventually hangs up on you after so long. Their online services don't work. And I have no way of making my payment which is affecting my credit score when it's not even my fault. Their customer service and online services are not usable. They are horrible and are the WORST company I've ever had to deal with. My credit is going to be ruined because they can't do their job right. I am concerned that they do it on purpose to try to gain late fee money from their clients. They're robbing people. I want someone to look into this and see how often it is happening with other people!! Thank you!!! Ps, how do I make my payment!?!

Desired Outcome

I would like monthly statements so I can make my car payment on time!! I can't even set up an automatic withdrawal because no one answers the phone and the online services don't work! I don't know what to do and it really sucks! I want to pay my bill.

Holding my Lien release until I fix their mistake.
CSC Logic Inc sent me the incorrect lien release form when I paid off my vehicle. I called them to see how I can get it corrected and they told me that I needed to send them back the incorrect lien release and gave me an address to send it back and use my own postage. I called again a couple days later (Thursday) and that customer service representative was more responsive, didn't mention sending back the lien release, but said she would email the title department and get back to me on Monday. No returned call on Monday. I called back on Tuesday and they claim they only have records of me calling in one time. They also said that they have no updates of the incorrect lien release being returned and that they aren't going to be able to do anything until they receive that. So, because of an error on their end they are now holding my lien release of the car that I paid for until I correct their mistake.

Desired Outcome

I want them to send me the correct lien release to my vehicle so that I can sell it and don't lose any more sales. I am going to have the sale of my vehicle fall through because I can't produce the proper paperwork.

I received the Lien release in the mail which was overnighted after I submitted a complaint the the Revdex.com.

They will not verify with my mortgage lender that my account has been paid off. I have a closing date for a new house; ineligible without this verifiy
I sent a check to pay off my remaining balance on Friday 6/21/19 which was delivered and received by them on Monday 6/24/19. They didn't process it until Wednesday midnight 6/27/19. I told them that I have closing date for my new house and the mortgage lender requires proof that I owe them zero now. They said it's policy to wait 10 days to process the verification letter to me. I told them it's an emergency because I have closing date on Monday 7/1/19. I just need a simple email or call stating that my account balance is zero and that's it's paid off in full. (In fact, it's over paid by $600, so I should be getting a refund check from them too)

Desired Outcome

I want verification of my bill paid in full to my mortgage lender so that I can move on with my closing date.

CSC Log owes me 2906.84 since 04/22/2019. I want 6% interest on my over payment.
I paid my auto loan off, acct number XXXXXXXXXXX. On 4/22/2019 I paid 16,981.00. The pay off amount was 14,074.16. CSC Logic owes me 2906.84. I have been given no explanation of why I have not received my refund and have not been told when I will receive my money. I feel I should receive interest on my money after a reasonable time. I was told it takes 10 days for an over payment to be processed. I want 6% simple interest of my money from 05/02/2019 until the date my check is mailed.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund of my over payment, which is 2906.84, plus 6% simple interest on my money that has been held an unreasonable amount of time.

My complaint against CSC Logic has been settled to my satisfaction, thanks to the Revdex.com.

Payoff for my loan was not processed properly on 12/28/2018 causing a 30 day late on my credit bureau
payment processed on 12/28/2018 amount was incorrectly posted, Once I discovered this I was over 30 days past due, called immediately 1/3/19 to inform of problem, payoff remaining was processed. l I filed a dispute with credit bureau to have CSC fix this and they have not after 2 filings. This is causing me a problem with refinancing. I was NEVER 30+ late on this account before, why would I make my final payment late?? I want them to correct my credit bureau to remove the 30 day late masrk.

In the complaint the customer has stated that we made a processing error on 12/28/2018 which caused us to report
negatively on his credit report.

In response, we did open another investigation regarding this matter. Our research finds that a statement was sent on
10/20/2018 stating that $1,590.21 was due on 11/09/2018 which was also the maturity date. That amount would have
successfully closed the loan. The customer did make a payment on 11/02/2018 leaving a remaining balance of $1,191.91.
We sent this second statement on 11/19/2018 informing the customer was past due, and the payment was due on
11/09/2018. The final statement was sent out on 12/20/2018 which included the payment taken on 11/27/2018. This
statement stated that the customer owed $741.68 that was due on 11/09/2018. This account was closed on 01/02/2019.

Based on our research we made several attempts to inform the customer he was past due before we furnished any data
to the credit reporting agencies over the phone and thru the mail. Unfortunately, we will not be able to remove the data
furnished.

I traded in a car over 2 months ago. the dealer was given the wrong address twice and csc logic called me. I finally just paid for the car and asked for verification of payment. csc said they would email it but wrote down my email wrong though I confirmed it twice. I am frustrated with this company. the dealer will not pay me the trade in value but I have to wait 10 days for csc to send a postcard verification. I am not happy my loan was sold to csc logic.

CSC Logic has failed to mail me a corrected Lien Release after I have been calling them for 3 weeks requesting a new Lien Release to be send to me.
CSC Logic sent me what I thought was my lien release after I fully paid off my car in July of 2017. I purchased a new vehicle on March 11th, 2019 and decided to trade in my car that I paid off. I gave the dealership my lien release so they could process my title and registration of the new vehicle, but I quickly received a call back that the VIN number on the lien release was incorrect and that my registration could not be processed until it was corrected and I was given a new lien release.
I called the number that was on the paid in full paperwork and it brought me to company called Flagship. I assumed that CSC was bought out and that now I had to deal with Flagship. I spoke with multiple customer service reps that said that they did not have any record of me or my loan. I insisted that they had to have me on files somewhere as this was the number on the paperwork I was given. I was calling them for a week and come to find out that the number on the paperwork I was given by CSC Logic was wrong and I had been calling the wrong company the entire time. Why would a company put another company's customer service line on their paperwork?
On March 22nd, 2019. I was able to procure the correct number to CSC Logic which I called immediately and spoke with a woman named ***. They had my records and confirmed that the VIN was incorrect and that they would fix it. *** stated that she would try to fax the corrected lien release to the dealership, and have the original to be overnighted to me, and that if she wasn't able to do that she would give me a call in the afternoon letting me know. I never received a phone call back, so I assumed it was on it's way. I spoke with the dealership on 3/25/19 and they said that they never received a fax from CSC.
I called for a 2nd time on March 26th, 2019 and spoke with a woman named Rita. She was able to confirm for me that the VIN number was updated on 3/22/2019 and that a copy had been put into my file on 3/26/2019. I asked if she could email it to me, and she said no, she did not have that authority. She said that I would probably receive my hard copy in the mail shortly.
Still no lien release had showed up. I called for a 3rd time on April 1st, 2019 and spoke with a woman named Sherri Williams. She told me that she was the supervisor on staff and would be able to assist me. I stated my case, and asked if she could email me the document. She was able to and when I opened up the document it looked nothing like what I received in the mail back in 2017. Turns out, I only received my paid in full letter, and was never sent the actual lien release.
I immediately sent it to my dealership. However, the dealership came back on 4/2/2019 and said that they needed the original copy. They could not move forward with an emailed copy. I called CSC for a 4th time and was able to speak with Sherri again. She put through a request for me to have my lien release sent to my house via Fedex and once the Title department sent it out, she would call me back on Friday 4/5, or by the latest Monday 4/8 with the tracking number so I could know when I would release my lien release.
I never received a phone call. I called for a 5th time on Wednesday 4/10 and spoke with a woman named ***-Ann. I told her that I spoke with Sherri and that she was supposed to get back to me with tracking info, but never did and asked if I could speak with Sherri if she was available. Mary-*** told me that Sherri was unavailable and speaking with a customer, but that she would send her an email with my info and request for her to call me back. I also asked if there was another supervisor on staff that could handle my case and she said that they were also unavailable, but she would send them an email as well to get back to me with the tracking information.
Now it's April 11th, 2019 and it has been 3 weeks since I first called CSC logic and they told me that they were "overnighting" a new lien release to me that I never received.

Desired Outcome

I am looking for the original copy of my lien release to be sent to me. I would like to receive the tracking information to know that the lien release has actually been sent.

Since we never received this final payment another statement was created on 03/14/2019. Per Mr. contract a late fee is incurred when the account is past due 15 days. The final payment was made on 03/20/2019, the loan has been paid in full and closed.

The company services my auto loan. I have moved from North Carolina to Washington state and need them to send a copy of the title to the DMV.
I moved from North Carolina to Washington state. I have been trying, over the last 4 weeks to obtain a copy of the title to my car so that I can have the car registered. When I spoke to the customer service representative the first time she said to have the DMV fax their office and that they would return the fax with the title. I have had the DMV fax them 3 times over the last 4 weeks and called the company again Monday of this week and the service representative took my information and said that she would fax the title, it is 6 days later and they still have not sent the title.

Desired Outcome

I need the title to be faxed to the DMV in Fife immediately.

In part only. I have finally received the title but I called on the following dates:2/14/2019, 2/23/2019, 3/4/2019, 3/11/2019 and I had the DMV fax CSCCLogic as per the instructions I received on 2/14/2019. The service person said that they would reply to the fax with the title; they never did. I had the DMV fax CSC on 2/14, 2/23, 3/2. They only responded after receiving the complaint.

Horrible!! Stay clear. I paid my car off a month and a half ago. They are telling me I never paid the car off (although I have bank statements proving otherwise!). Refusing to release title and paper work.

These people have horrible customer service values. I have sent money to them thru Western Union ( which doesnt come up under them, only Flagship) they claim that they cant find my money and wont help me locate it. WU sts that Flagship has accepted it but hasnt posted it to my account. When calling either of the numbers I always get transferred to CSC Logic and they are rude and wont help me in any way at all. I have sat on hold for over an hour and was hung up on several times.......

I am completely unable to contact this company that holds my car loan. I checked reviews for the company on Revdex.com.org and was not surprised to see all 1-star ratings. I'm completely baffled as to how the company holds an A+ rating from Revdex.com. Who's asleep at the wheel??

Please be advised that we send a billing statement each month to the address on file. Each statement has the phone number specifically for payments. For future reference the phone number is XXX-XXX-XXXX. We are open Monday thru Friday 7AM to 7PM CST. For the customers convenience we also provide an automated system to make payments by using either an account number which is located on monthly statements, or a social security number. We have noted that her call is being dropped by the automated system for technical issues and investigating.

Failure of CSC Logic to send release of lien letter.
I originally had an auto loan with BMO Harris which was transfereed to CSC Logic. I paid off my auto loan over a year ago, but never received a release of lien letter from CSC Logic. I contacted CSC Logic on September 12, 2018 whereby I was told it would take 1-2 weeks for the release of lien letter to arrive. As of September 26, 2018, the letter has yet to arrive. During this delay, I have already lost the sale of my paid off vehicle to someone and am about to lose another sale due to the inability of CSC Logic to provide the release of Lien letter in the timeframe that I was told.

Desired Outcome

I need the release of lien letter sent to me as soon as possible to complete the sale of my vehicle.
