CSC Logic

failed to provide requested documents to gap company resulting in prolonged claim and missed payments.
My vehicle was totaled in February of 2017. Immediately a claim was filed and Csc logic was notified, I was advised that they would handle the entire claims process dealing with my gap contract and not to worry about anything. This is the first time I have been through this I was under impression they were doing as they stated and handeling the process until I received notices about my credit being affected due to in payment. Once this happened I contacted the gap company and was advised that they had requested multiple times for Csc logic to submit payment history documents and documents from when they acquired the loan from previous financial institution. I was advised by the gap company to acquire these documents on my own so I went to both Suntrust and bbt(Csc logic) and requested full loan history which was faxed to me at the branch. When I received my loan history and requested documents from Csc logic I also received another individuals loan documents and contract from the purchase of their vehicle. This was on May 11th. On May 17 I contacted the gap company back and the claim is now finally being processed thanks to the work I completed and their lack there of. I notified Csc logic that the claim is now being processed and requested they remove the derogatory marks off of my credit report. I also notified them of the breach of someone else's personal information.
