I agree that they are trying but how long does it take? I have been waiting since September of for my house, the house is finally set but the electric inspection failed times and we are now waiting on the plumbingJerry was informed on January 15, that there was no pressure tank for the well, his response, oh that’s going to take some time I guess I better get on thatHe asked if they were the ones that removed my house and I reminded him again that they wereBecause of the house being set and sitting cold, and probably because they rushed the house is cracking on the walls and ceiling as well as the woodwork bowingI attached some picturesI have so many more that show things that are happening/done because of the rush? The homes on their lot don’t look like this. Again they are working on it but a turtle moves faster.Thank you again for your time.

*** *** I contacted D&J Homes and told them what needed to be finishedThey did nothing moreI am very concernedThe ground is frozen so it will be impossible to re-skirt the unit now.I am also concerned about how D&J Homes will honor any warranty on this new homeIf I cannot get them to respond in a timely fashionI think I may need to seek legal advice at this point.

[ Matt has contacted my lawyer again said he would call the next day and that will be weeks ago come next Monday . Said all his partners agreed with my requestsYet there has been no through movement on their part So if they would complete the action they agreed to I would be satisfied]

I text message Matt/Jerry to find out how and where to pick up the money they owe, Matt did not respond to the text on 12-7-17, the day Jerry said he would pay us back JERRY AND MATT DID NOT PAY the money they told you they wouldALSO, since 1st contacting the Revdex.com we have another $10,that is owed us, this is our bill from Contractors due to repairing the mess D & J homes left our property inWe have a seperate bill that we have to pay for this correction for our property in order to put another home on this land D & J DID NOT PAY ANYTHING AS THEY STATED HERE and I feel this is another stall tacticThis time they lied to the Revdex.com

D&J Homes response to repair issuesWe had our service tech scheduled 10-5-to complete repairs on the home, but he was sick for days and did not complete the service work until today Oct7th (Wednesday), He complete the drywall in the breezeway, repaired the tub spoutThe sales
agreement did not include a hand rail at the front doorI have left a voice mail with the homeowner to request information on the linoleum flooring problem, this was the first report on problems with the lino.D & J Homes has contacted *** *** * *** to check and repair the lights that flicker on/offWe have had our service tech try to fix the light problem previously and he thought he had the problem corrected*** *** * *** will be calling the home owner to arrange a date to complete the service work.Thank you,Beth *** D&J Homes Richmond, IN

Re: Customer ***I spoke with Jerry and Matt J*** today on 12-4-and they asked me to inform you that within the next days we will reimburse Mr***s money back to him.Thank YouD&J Homes

*** ***The business has been promising me to return the money for several months now, and still have not returned it(read the complaint and dates) They are holding our 24k that we need to purchase another homeWe want our money back immediately as was promised for months. *** ***

Permits weren’t the issue to my knowledgeNot having the manpower is what was said from his employeesAlthough we are making progress, we do have a foundation but was told that house would be set this week and it wasn’tWas told today that it will be next week Thursday or the following MondayI was told we’d be in by Thanksgiving and still not even going to be in by ChristmasWhole thing is still disappointing but seeing progress is awesomeWon’t hold my breath until all done thoughI have learned better! I hope to be able to give a better report next time.

I Lost my old house about a year ago to a fire it was a complete lossD.NJwas to replace myhouse just like before are the same lot like new as I was told by Matt ***Since beginning of August and of July is when I moved in my new houseThe house is falling apart there is no drywall tape in the bathroom in the walls are played a part Crackin I have screws come in through the walls I have nails come in through the trim, I have saved all conversation since October saying that they were going to drywall/insulate the garage/mud room only to be put off and told that they were going to get back with me and never doThe mud room now has black mold on the walls and ceiling in they are aware four weeks now I've saved those documentsOn my windows have mold growing around them through the whole houseThe very first shower I took my Fossett shot off the wall that was in August still not fixedMy house is literally unsafe and is falling apartMy carpet has holes in it we're starting unravelNobody help me or getting back with meThe mold has caused my boyfriend that as an attacks every night I have juvenile remark toward arthritis so I have an immune issue with it my bones hurt or to even hard for me to get out of bedLiving with colds sore throat runny nose is itchy eyes.! also have a six-year-old little girl who lives here as well full-timeI don't understand why they chose not to get back with me and fix these things, they were personal friendsAlso I have a little girl that's living in a house of mold and its very unhealthyI've still tried calling and still have no return phone callsI have saved all pictures and documents since October of our conversations with Matt ***Some of them are factory issues but I was told to have to go through them and they are to go through the factoryI would like to put my house up for sale but I cant because I have mold issues I've been under enough stress because of them and been treated very unfairly.Desired Outcome: I would like to have everything fixed and finished the way it should beI want them all taken care of.

D&J Homes has scheduled our drywall person to install & finish drywall in the garage the week of November 16th He will also install a hand rail on the porchAs a note, there is nothing in writing and nothing was no dollar amount on the sales agreement stating that this work was included in sale of the homeWe are completing this work as a means of satisfying our retail customer.Thank you,*** ***
