D&J Homes response to repair issuesWe had our service tech scheduled 10-5-to complete repairs on the home, but he was sick for days and did not complete the service work until today Oct7th (Wednesday), He complete the drywall in the breezeway, repaired the tub spoutThe sales

this mobile home is a pre owned mobile home approxyears oldall of our pre owned homes are sold as is,? anything to the contrary would be in the original bill of sale, we have no such agreement reflecting any warranty or agreed repairs? ? ? ,

The deck was in very bad condition and when we moved the deck it fell apart. Mrs [redacted] said
she would have her familly build a deck or rebuild the old deck that fell apart.

I hated this happened we had permit issues among other things foundation is adjusted now and home to be set a week from Monday I hope good expireince from here on out
